TRAINING OVERVIEW:

ISO/IEC 20000® standard is the only international standard for IT Service Management; it is a formal set of specifications and requirements Service Providers should be aiming for. ISO/IEC 20000® is aimed at providing the required evidence that IT service provider has an effective and reliable Service Quality Management system which has been or can be audited against the international standard in IT Service Management. The standard was initially based on the British Standard 15000 and best practice of the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL®).

ISO/IEC 20000® international standard for IT Service Management promotes the adoption of an integrated process approach to effectively deliver managed services to meet business and customer requirements. The ISO/IEC 20000® standard and associated documentation enables service providers to understand how to enhance the quality of services delivered to their customers, both internal and external. ISO/IEC 20000® standard applies to both large and small service providers, irrelevant of the core competency the End-User-Organization.

The standard may be used:

  • by businesses that are going out to tender for their services;
  • to provide a consistent approach to IT service management by all service providers in a supply chain;
  • to benchmark IT service management;
  • as the basis for an independent assessment;
  • to demonstrate the ability to meet customer requirements;
  • to show proof of evidence in conformance and existence of Quality Management System;
  • to improve services quality.

The ISO/IEC 20000® Foundation Training is designed to provide basic level knowledge of the certification, conformance, and auditing based on ISO/IEC 20000® ITSM Standard.

 

TRAINING OBJECTIVES

This is a 3 day program including the certification exam preparation and ISO/IEC 20000 Foundation exam (optional) was developed in line with the new ISO/IEC 20000® international standard for IT Service Management. Its purpose is to provide the program participants:

  • To gain the knowledge-based and skills-set of the concept and best practices of IT Service Management (ITSM) based on ISO/IEC 20000 Foundation
  • The necessary information required to successfully achieve the Foundation certification in ISO/IEC 20000® standard (optional);

TRAINING OVERVIEW

Indikator kinerja utama (juga dikenal sebagai KPI) didefinisikan sebagai ukuran yang bersifat kuantitatif dan spesifik dari kinerja organisasi di area tertentu dalam bisnis. Tujuan KPI adalah menyediakan perusahaan dengan pengukuran kuantitatif dari hal-hal penting yang menjadi faktor penentu keberhasilan organisasi dan tujuan bisnis jangka panjang. Setelah ditemukan dan dianalisa dengan baik, KPI dapat digunakan untuk memahami dan meningkatkan kinerja organisasi dan keberhasilan secara keseluruhan.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI) harus menjadi alat navigasi penting yang digunakan oleh para manajer dan pemimpin untuk memahami apakah mereka berada di jalur untuk sukses atau tidak. Sekumpulan KPI yang tepat akan menyoroti kinerja dan areas yang perlu diperhatikan. Tanpa manajer KPI yang tepat, maka para manajer akan melakukan terbang buta, layaknya seperti pilot tanpa instrument/peralatan.

Masalahnya adalah sebagian besar perusahaan mengumpulkan dan melaporkan sejumlah besar dari segala sesuatu yang mudah untuk diukur dan akibatnya para manajer akhirnya lebih banyak menangani data.

Para manajer yang efektif memahami dimensi kinerja utama bisnisnya dengan menyaring ukuran ke KPI yang penting. Dan agar dapat mengidentifikasi KPI yang tepat bagi bisnis apapun, maka perlu mendapatkan kejelasan tentang tujuan dan strategi.Jadi pertama-tama didefinisikan dahulu strategi dan kemudian hubungkan KPIs dengan Objectives-nya..

Pelatihan selama 2 hari ini yang dirancang khusus untuk para peserta agar mendapatkan pengetahuan mengenai Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) dan Balanced Scorecard Framework. Dibimbing oleh trainer yang berpengalaman, para peserta difasilitasi juga untuk ikut dalam latihan dan simulasi penyusunan KPI, dan bagaimana melakukan implementasi dan menggunakannya. .Pelatihan ini juga mengadopsi banyak pendekatan dari KPI manual, yang pertama kali diterbitkan pada tahun 1996, dan telah memasukkan alat implementasi yang lebih, filosofi balanced scorecard, implementasinya.

Secara umum, ada pepatah yang mengatakan bahwa mereka yang gagal dalam perencanaan, berarti mereka sudah merencanakan untuk gagal. Tanpa sasaran yang jelas dan terfokus, maka sulit untuk berhasil. Menyiapkan KPIs sangatlah penting untuk mendorong jalan yang jelas dan terfokus untuk tujuan Anda. Pelatihan ini akan membantu para peserta menyusun KPIs untuk memenuhi tujuan mereka dan organisasinya.

IT PROJECTS TRAINING OVERVIEW 

Pelatihan Practical Planning and Controlling Projects/IT Projects akan memperkenalkan kepada para peserta bagaimana mengelola proyek secara praktis dan komprehensif mulai dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengendalian. Dalam pelatihan 3 hari ini peserta akan dibimbing secara hands-on oleh trainer yang berpengalaman dan pemegang sertifikasi internasional Project Management menggunakan metoda step-by-step dalam penyampaian pengetahuan mengelola proyek.

Selama pelatihan, peserta juga akan dibekali dengan PM Toolkit yang berisi diantaranya Proses dan template PM serta contoh studi kasus PM yang lengkap dan komprehensif sehingga akan membantu para peserta memahami perencanaan dan pengontrolan proyek secara praktis dan siap pakai. Dalam toolkit tersebut juga akan diberikan bahan referensi terkait dengan Manajemen Proyek.

Agar bisa membuat Jadwal Proyek, Alokasi budget, serta melakukan Tracking Proyek, maka dalam pelatihan ini juga para peserta akan dibimbing bagaimana menggunakan Microsoft Project 2007/2010 dalam perencanaan, dan pengontrolan proyek. Training IT projects ini berdasarkan pada standar *PMBOK terbaru yaitu PMBOK edisi 5 th. 2013.

Jadi secara umum, Pelatihan ini menggunakan pendekatan praktis dalam perencanaan dan pengontrolan proyek/proyek IT.

OVERVIEW TRAINING BUSINESS PROCESS MAPPING

Proses adalah serangkaian kegiatan yang merubah masukan menjadi keluaran. Proses pengenalan dan penggambaran kegiatan-kegiatan yang ada pada suatu organisasi adalah Pemetaan Proses Bisnis (Business Process Mapping). Proses-proses bisnis seringkali tidak tergambar dengan baik sehingga tidak semua anggota organisasi paham atas keseluruhan proses yang ada.

Apapun kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh corporate merupakan gabungan antara input, action, output, dan proses. Untuk menjaga agar customers, employees, dan shareholders puas, maka corporate management harus berjuang mengatasi conflicting priorities. Dampaknya akan terlihat dalam conflicting processes. Untuk membantu mencapai true customer satisfaction, management memerlukan tools yang dapat melakukan holistic approach untuk menganalisa proses-proses tersebut.

Pelatihan ini menggunakan pendekatan holistic approach mengintegrasikan proses-proses perusahaan agar bisa mencapai true customer satisfaction.

Melalui pelatihan ini para peserta akan memperoleh pengetahuan dan skill mengenai tool tersebut diatas. TRAINING OVERVIEW

Pelatihan The COBIT® 4.1 Foundation disampaikan secara interactive dan dalam suasana kelas yang menyenangkan saling berbagi pengalaman. Para peserta akan mempelajari tentang kebutuhan kerangka tata kelola (IT Governance Framework) dan bagaimana COBIT 4.1 bisa memenuhi kebutuhan ini melalu pendekatan enterprise-wide governance of IT. Pelatihan ini membahas elemen-elemen dan material pendukung dari kerangka COBIT 4.1, yang menggunakan pendekatan contoh dan logis bagi setiap orang yang tertarik mendapatkan pengetahuan COBIT 4.1 foundation level. COBIT is a trademark of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association and the IT Governance Institute.

COBIT 4.1 is focused on controls and metrics. It provides a more global view of IT processes at the IT organization management principles.  COBIT 4.1 also provide guidance, key indicators, and controls for the definition of service-level agreements, capacity planning, availability management, and business continuity, which complement ITIL service delivery processes. DESCRIPTION IT RISK MANAGEMENT 

The IT risk management is the application of risk management to Information technology context in order to manage IT risk, i.e.: The business risk associated with the use, ownership, operation, involvement, influence and adoption of IT within an enterprise.

IT risk management can be considered a component of a wider Enterprise risk management system.

Risk management is the identification, assessment, and prioritization of risks followed by coordinated and economical application of resources to minimize, monitor, and control the probability and/or impact of unfortunate events or to maximize the realization of opportunities.

This training is built around globally accepted standards such as ISO 31000:2009 and frameworks such as ISACA’s Risk IT, and NIST and OCTAVE guidelines for risk management.

TRAINING OVERVIEW

Information systems development is a process in which technical, organizational and human aspects of a system are analyzed and changed with the goal of creating an improved system. In spite of the advanced technology that surrounds computer-based information systems, the process of systems analysis and design is still largely an art. There is high dependence on the skills of individual analysts and designers even though there are established principles, methods and tools. This training will give participants an understanding of the most common tools, techniques, and theories currently used in requirements management and analysis.

During this 3-day training the participants will explore in depth the early phases of the software development life cycle commonly called software requirements analysis and specification. Topics  include the gathering of both functional and nonfunctional requirements, customer communication, requirements prototyping, requirements modeling, requirements validation, the documentation of requirements in terms of a formal software requirements specification, and the management of software requirements. *PRINCE2® stands for (PRojects  in  Controlled  Environment).PRINCE2 is a structured method  for effective project management of all types of projects. PRINCE2 is in public domain owned by the Cabinet Office in the United Kingdom and a widely recognized de facto standard used extensively by the UK government and in the private sector. PRINCE 2 is based on best practice method sourced from project management professionals.

PRINCE2® (Projects IN Controlled Environments Version 2) is extensively used by the UK Government and is widely recognized in the private sector, both in the UK and internationally. Based on management methodology, PRINCE2® is comprehensive in its approach but flexible in application and offers a structured method to control the start, progress and closure of a project. The PRINCE2® course comprises of Foundation and Practitioner certificates.

The PRINCE2® Foundation training imparts the elementary principles of the PRINCE®2 project management method. This level provides enough information for all those involved in PRINCE2® to understand their role and responsibilities, and to understand the terms and components of PRINCE2®. This is a three day overview, delivered by a classroom event and is designed for people who require a general level of PRINCE2® understanding. The training incorporates PRINCE2 Aligned.
