Deskripsi Training CSMS

Dalam menerima perusahaan kontraktor, perusahaan perlu melaksanakan sistem manajemen kesehatan dan keselamatan. Hal tersebut penting karena bahan baku, proses operasional dan program evaluasi yang dikerjakan oleh pihak ketiga (kontraktor) dapat mempengaruhi kinerja dan reputasi dari perusahaan induk. Oleh sebab itu, baik supplier ataupun kontraktor perlu untuk membekali diri dengan CSMS agar memiliki keunggulan standar sebagai persyaratan lolos kualifikasi tender yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan penyedia. Semakin ketat desain sistem manajemen kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja diberlakukan oleh pihak kontraktor dan supplier maka akan semakin besar peluang perusahaan akan dipercaya.

DESKRIPSI TRAINING CSR DAN COMDEV

Penyusunan program CSR bagi perusahaan merupakan langkah penting agar tujuan dan sasaran CSR sesuai dengan peruntukannya. Salah satu fokus dalam program CSR adalah keberpihakan pada masayarakat kurang mampu atau masayarakat miskin (Pro poor).  Mendasarkan pada Undang-undang no, 40 tahun 2007, tentang Perseroan Terbatas pasal 74 tentang Tanggungjawab Sosial dan Lingkungan , dan sesuai Undang-undang nomor 13/2011 tentang Penanganan Fakir Miskin yang telah disahkan pertengahan tahun ini, yang mana dalam Undang-undang tersebut diatur klausul mengenai keterlibatan perusahaan dalam penanganan kemiskinan.  Atas dasar itulah, maka Pemerintah dalam hal ini kementrian Sosial Republik Indonesia sedang menyusun naskah Rancangan Undang Undang Corporate Social Responsibility (RUU CSR) sebagai salah satu upaya mengatasi kemiskinan (AntaraNews.com).

Training ini akan membahas tentang bagaimana menyusun rencana, pelaksanaaan dan monitoring  program CSR yang memfokuskan pada peningkatan ekonomi untuk masyarakat kurang mampu (Pro Poor). Diharapkan dari training ini, penyusun program   CSR dapat membuat  program-program yang partisipatif, bermanfaat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan berkelanjutan, sehingga dapat membantu pemerintah dalam mengentaskan kemiskinan.

LATAR BELAKANG PETUGAS PENANGANAN BAHAYA GAS H2S

Pengelolaan dan penanganan kerja menggunakan H2S harus dilakukan oleh SDM yang berkompeten serta ditangani secara professional dan kredibel. Guna mendorong dan merealisasikan SDM yang memiliki kompetensi dalam penanganan H2S, maka Kementrian ESDM melalui PERMEN no. 20 tahun 2008 telah menetapkan Pemberlakuan Standar Kompetensi Kerja Nasional di Indonesia di Bidang Kegiatan Usaha Minyak dan Gas Bumi secara Wajib. Pelatihan H2S diperlukan untuk siapa saja yang bekerja di industri minyak dan petrokimia. Pelatihan Hidrogen Sulfida diperlukan untuk semua karyawan yang terlibat dalam eksplorasi minyak, produksi dan pemurnian sebagai panduan bekerja dengan aman di sekitar hidrogen sulfida. Karyawan dan Management perusahaan harus menyadari sifat dan karakteristik H2S. Program Pelatihan H2S mengajarkan bagaimana mengenali Hidrogen Sulfida dan kemungkinan risikonya muncul di area kerja dan penentuan tindakan pengendalian yang diperlukan untuk bekerja dengan Hidrogen Sulfida dengan aman. Pelatihan H2S disesuaikan dengan standar yang direkomendasikan API 49, ANSI Z390.1 dan standar peraturan lainnya

  1. Peserta memahami peraturan perundangan terkait K3 dalam bidang Migas dan Penaganan H2S.
  2. Peserta memahami jenis-jenis gas berbahaya dalam proses pengeboran Migas.
  3. Peserta memahami dampak kesehatan gas H2S.
  4. Peserta mampu melakukan identifikasi gas berbahaya di tempat kerja.
  5. Peserta mampu membuat prosedur kerja aman dengan gas H2S.
  6. Peserta mampu menentukan APD yang tepat dalam menagani gas H2S.
  7. Peserta mampu mengendalikan situasi jika terjadi paparan gas H2S.
  8. Peserta mampu melakukan P3K jika terjadi paparan gas H2S.
  9. Peserta mampu melakukan pengukuran dan menginterpretasikan data hasil pengukuran gas H2S.

CASING AND CEMENTING COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course builds a firm foundation in the principles and practices of designing, planning and conducting successful casing and cementing jobs. The course uses a process-based perspective that takes participants from initial casing depth and size selection, casing and liner design procedures, casing running practices, planning and executing primary cementing, through remedial cementing and plugging operations. In addition to the necessary technical information and procedures, the course is laced with considerable practical, experience-based content.

This course presents a non-technical, practical understanding of petroleum industry technology in an interesting, effective, and efficient manner. Participants are placed in the position of Reservoir Engineer, and “Our Reservoir” is defined, analyzed and put in production. Next, drill sites are chosen. Participants are then placed in the position of Drilling/Completion Engineer, and the drilling/completion program for “Our Well” is analyzed. Participation results in greater job confidence, enthusiasm and productivity.

PETROLEUM ENGINEERING PRACTICES TRAINING DESCRIPTION

This course is a basic introduction to most aspects of the Petroleum Engineering discipline which includes Reservoir, Production and Drilling Engineering as well as related topics. This course lays the groundwork for further specialized training in advanced courses for oil company and service company personnel. The course focuses on the field and application approach; and includes classroom exercises, fundamental engineering problems and basic field exercises. Basic Petroleum Engineering Practices will set the foundation for technical professionals with regards to technology and its engineering applications. The course starts out with a brief introduction of the history and current state of the oil and gas industry. Next, reservoir fluids, petroleum geology, and petroleum reservoirs are discussed.
