Deskripsi Pelatihan Operator Excavator

Pelatihan Excavator ini  berisi pembekalan dan sertifikasi Excavator e dengan durasi 2 hari pelatihan dan 1 hari ujian sertifikasi. Pelatihan ini ditujukan untuk Minimal lulusan SLTA yang  dengan persyaratan telah mengikuti pelatihan kompetensi Excavator sebelumnya.

 

Materi Pelatihan Operator Excavator

  1. Menerapkan Keselamatan Kerja dan Kesehatan Kerja Selama Pemeliharaan dan Pengoperasian Excavator.
  2. Melaksanakan Pemeliharaan Harian Excavator Sesuai Petunjuk Pemeliharaan.
  3. Melaksanakan Pengoperasian Excavator Sesuai dengan Aplikasi dan Teknik Operasi yang Benar untuk Jenis Pekerjaan Konstruksi Tertentu Dengan Waktu Siklus (cycle time) Maksimal 150% dari Waktu Siklus Standar (standard cycle time).
  4. Melaksanakan Pengoperasian Excavator Sesuai dengan Aplikasi dan Teknik Operasi yang Benar untuk Jenis Pekerjaan Konstruksi Tertentu dengan Waktu Siklus (cycle time) Maksimal 120% dari Waktu Siklus Standar (standard cycle time).
  5. Membuat Laporan Operasi.

 

Persyaratan Peserta

  1. Pendidikan SLTA/ Sederajat berijasah,
  2. Kelas I : Telah magang sebagai operator excavator min 5000 jam
  3. Kelas II : Telah magang sebaga operator excavator min 2000 jam
  4. Sertifikat pelatihan EXCAVTOR atau
  5. Telah magang sebagai operator excavator min 500 jam

Deskripsi Training Artificial Lift System

Salah satu persoalan yang cukup sering ditemui oleh perusahaan pertambangan minyak dan gas adalah ketidakmampuan tekanan reservoir untuk mengangkat fluida hidrokarbon secara natural dari dalam sumur ke permukaan. Untuk mengatasi persoalan tersebut, metode bantuan yang telah banyak diaplikasikan disebut artificial lift system. Metode tersebut juga digunakan untuk mengangkat fluida hidrokarbon dimana pengangkutan menggunakan reservoir tidak menguntungkan secara ekonomis pada keuangan perusahaan. Training ini akan membahas tentang bagaimana meningkatkan laju produksi sekaligus menurunkan biaya berdasarkan kerangka kerja artificial lift system. Pada training ini peserta akan dibimbing untuk menganalisa dan mendesain artificial lift yang muktahir dan handal. Selain itu, beberapa perkembangan teknologi terbarukan juga akan dikenalkan disini sehingga perusahaan dapat meningkatkan perfomansi menjadi lebih baik.

 

Tujuan Training Artificial Lift System

Setelah mengikuti training ini diharapkan peserta dapat mengetahui secara mendalam mengenai artificial lift system untuk meningkatkan kapasitas produksi perusahaan tambang minyak dan gas, melakukan pemecahan masalah yang seringkali dihadapi oleh perusahaan, serta memberikan gambaran best practice penerapan articial lift system.

Dr.Ir. Sutanto Hadisupadmo.MT.,IPM is a lecturer at Physics Engineering Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), and has been as a Head of Laboratory of Industrial Instrumentation at ITB. He is former Director of Instrumentation Center and Technical Services of ITB. His education started at Engineering Physics, Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB-1977), then at Diplome Universite in Energetique, Universite de Prepignan, France (1985), Magister Engineering in Instrumentation and Control (ITB) and Doctor (ITB). He has over 20 years of experience doing training, consulting work in instrumentation, measurement, safety and process control and Mr. Sutanto has trained many training/courses for many companies in Indonesia such as PT. TOTAL Indonesie, Pertamina, PT. Petrokimia Gresik, PT. Badak LNG, PT. Pupuk Iskandar Muda, PT. Pupuk Kaltim, PT. Jaya Ancol and many others. BOILER EFFICIENCY (ASME PTC 4-1) TRAINING OVERVIEW

Performance of the boiler, like efficiency and evaporation ratio reduces with time, due to poor combustion, heat transfer fouling and poor operation and maintenance. Deterioration of fuel quality and water quality also leads to poor performance of boiler. Efficiency test-ing helps us to find out how far the boiler efficiency drifts away from the best efficiency. Any observed abnormal deviations could therefore be investigated to pinpoint the problem area for necessary corrective action. Hence it is necessary to find out the current level of efficiency for performance evaluation, which is a pre requisite for energy conservation action in industry.
