Sasaran Pelatihan Project Management With PMBOK 6

Pelatihan ini memiliki dua sasaran yakni

  1. memberikan penyegaran mengenai konsep manajemen proyek profesional dalam bentuk pembahasan dan latihan praktikal; dan
  2. mempersiapkan potensi kesiapan sertifikasi PMP dengan 16 jam pelatihan*).

  1. memberi gambaran dan pengertian manajemen proyek dan semua aspek terkait
  2. melatih peserta memahami 5 kelompok proses mulai dari Inisiasi, Perencanaan,   Pelaksanaan, Pengawasan sampai Closing

  5. menyusun anggaran proyek dengan kurva-s
  6. menyusun baseline dan update progres dengan metode earned value
  7. melengkapi rencana proyek dengan template proyek, analisa stakeholders, rencana komunikasi dan identifikasi risiko
  8. melakukan simulasi kinerja proyek dan mengajukan langkah korektif/preventif
