Training ships management will give a new experiences for audiences especially in shipping, handling a cargo, using shipping equipment, and all rules and government regulation in shipping. This course also give a detail information about ships types, sizes and features.

 

SHIPPING MANAGEMENT TRAINING CONTENT

  1. Introduction of Ships: different types and sizes with their important features and their suitability to different cargoes.
  2. Basic shipping terminology including abbreviations. General particulars of ships.
  3. Bills of Lading — functions, conditions, contents, types and general information.
  4. Classification Societies — background, their functions and importance.
  5. Statutory documents on board including mandatory surveys and safety certificates.
  6. Stowage factors and densities — importance in the carriage of dry and liquid cargoes, effect of density of water (fresh, salt, brackish). Different freight units.
  7. General structure of shipping industry — liner and tramp services.
  8. Liner shipping — essential features; break bulk; modes of unitisation; concept of intermodalism; container sizes and types; container terminology; freighting; CYs, CFSs and ICDs; marketing of liner shipping; documents.
  9. Tramp shipping — types of charters — time, trip-time, voyage, consecutive voyages, bareboat; contract of affreightment, features of dry bulk and tanker chartering; names of different charterparty forms for different trades.
  10. Cargo handling equipments used on board and ashore.
  11. Agents — ship, port and liner agents and their roles in shipping. Freight forwarders, freight brokers, ship brokers and other intermediaries in shipping.
  12. Structure of shipping — services of master and crew, etc.
  13. Cargo Documentation — Manifest, Mate’s Receipt, Tally Sheets, Notice of Readiness, Statement of Facts, etc.
  14. Custom house work — Inward and outward entry of ships documentation.
  15. Shipping procedures in ports for exports and imports for break-bulk/bulk cargoes.
    Customs Bill of Entry and Shipping Bill.

Experience in Marine & Oil Terminal/ Port operation as Person in Charge in the port operation and facilities, Head of Marine and Terminal Product Movement, Act Superintendent, such responsible for Marine & Terminal Installation, maintenance and operation; Ship shore – Shore Loading Procedure; Oil and gas processing; Calibration such equipment; Co-work with official government.
Mooring Master/ Head of Mooring Master at Unocal (Indonesian–American Oil Company) at Santan Terminal. Sehubungan dengan banyaknya kasus-kasus kebakaran akibat korsleting listrik atau pemeliharaan fasilitas listrik yg kurang memadai, bersama ini kami memperkenalkan tehnology dalam bidang PREVENTIVE Maintenance, yaitu menggunakan photo infrared thermography untuk menganalisa distribusi panas yang berlebih (OverHeating) pada titik-titik sambungan kabel, komponen listrik (Breaker, Capacitor, Contactor, Fuse, dll.) Tehnology pemeriksaan ini sangat aman dipakai (tidak ada effek samping, baik terhadap peralatan yg diperiksa ataupun lingkungan hidup disekitarnya), effective (langsung mendeteksi titik-titik overheatings & lokasinya) dan efficient (Pemeriksaan cepat, mudah dilakukan, dan tidak mengganggu operational peralatan yg diperiksa). Technology infrared thermography mempergunakan camera infra merah untuk mendeteksi penyimpangan panas yang terjadi pada peralatanperalatan listrik & mekanik (ME) yg sedang beroperasi. Setiap gejala kerusakan pada peralatan ME akan menimbulkan distorsi panas (Overheating) dibanding suhu normal operasinya. Pada pemeriksaan infrared akan diketahui secara tepat lokasi yg bermasalah, kondisi peralatan / komponen, mutu sambungan / koneksi kabel-kabel, dan kondisi titik-titik singgung rotary equipments. Dengan demikian perbaikan dapat dilakukan sebelum peralatan-peralatan tersebut mengalami kerusakan / kebakaran.

 

TUJUAN TRAINING INFRARED THERMOGRAPHY 

  1. Peserta memahami konsep Preventive Maintenance untuk mengetahui dengan tepat lokasi titik-titik yg mengalami overheatings sehingga perbaikan dapat dilakukan sebelum kerusakan tersebut terjadi.
  2. Peserta mampu mendeteksi kebocoran pada pipa-pipa steam atau sambungannya (Flanges, Valves)
  3. Peserta mampu menindaklanjuti laporan Infrared untuk dipakai sebagai acuan sebelum melakukan perbaikan / overhaul, sehingga persiapan kebutuhan suku-cadang dan tenaga kerja dapat dilakukan dengan baik.

LATAR BELAKANG PETUGAS PENYELAMAT (RESCUER) RUANG TERBATAS 

Program ini akan membahas bahaya, peralatan dan prosedur untuk bekerja dengan aman di lingkungan ruang terbatas. Peserta pelatihan akan memperoleh pengetahuan dan keterampilan melalui kombinasi presentasi ceramah, diskusi kelompok, dan latihan praktis individu dan tim. 

 

TUJUAN TRAINING PETUGAS PENYELAMAT (RESCUER) RUANG TERBATAS

Agar peserta mampu bekerja secara aman di ruang terbatas (confined space) dan melaksanakan prosedur kerja sesuai dengan program memasuki ruang terbatas dalam rangka pencegahan kecelakaan kerja dan penyakit akibat kerja serta kegiatan keselamatan kerja dan kesehatan kerja lainnya.

Agar peserta memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan untuk melakukan tindakan penyelamatan pada keadaan darurat di ruang terbatas. Peserta pelatihan akan menerima pelatihan dan sertifikasi yang sesuai untuk Petugas yang memasuki ruang terbatas dan Petugas Keselamatan untuk ruang terbatas.

 

PERSYARATAN  PESERTA 

Berpendidikan minimal SMA/ SMU, pengalaman kerja sekurang – kurangnya 2 (dua) tahun pada kegiatan industri yang bekerja di ruang terbatas / tertutup.

Peserta pelatihan harus dalam keadaan kesehatan yang baik dan diharapkan untuk berpartisipasi dalam semua persyaratan pelatihan fisik.

Latar Belakang Investigasi Insiden

Seringkali kecelakaan kerja yang sama terjadi berulang-ulang ditempat yang sama, padahal sudah dilakukan berbagai program pencegahan kecelakaan. Kenapa bisa terjadi?. Faktor penyebabnya adalah investigasi penyebab kecelakaan tidak dilakukan secara baik, hal ini bisa jadi karena metode investigasi yang kurang tepat atau personil investigasi (investigator) yang tidak memiliki kompetensi yang cukup untuk melakukan investigasi, sehingga hasil investigasi dan rekomendasi yang diberikan tidak tepat sasaran. Pelatihan ini akan mengajarkan bagaimana cara melakukan investigasi atau analisis kecelakaan kerja dengan metode yang benar sehingga dapat meningkatkan kemampuan peserta dalam melakukan investigasi kecelakaan. Training dirancang berbasis kompetensi (Competency Base Training) K3 sesuai SKKNI K3.

PENDAHULUAN PELATIHAN IMDG

Pelatihan IMDG ini dibuat untuk cargo acceptance staff, managers dan cargo specialist perusahaan penerbangan, pelayaran, cargo agents, courier, forwarders dan shippers guna pencerahan dan penambahan pengetahuan serta kecakapan dalam menangani pengiriman dangerous goods mengacu pada ketentuan national dan international. Peserta akan menjadi cakap membuat keputusan dalam penerimaan, penanganan pengiriman dangerous goods memakai transportasi Laut (IMDG) mengacu pada aturan national dan international yang berlaku.
