INTRODUCTION TRAINING ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTION NETWORKS:

This training will be presented for the supervisors or those who handle of electrical distribution networks in industries or mining. Therefore, the reliability of performance for the distribution network will ensure a secure energy supply lasted for 24 hours per day. So the condition of the performance of the distribution network must be analyzed and maintained with routine and programmed. During the training, presentation of the materials will be presented in a comprehensive manner, through the method of presentation of these things easily lead to a more complex, and practically based to a critical analysis.

After completing this training, at the end of the activities you will be able to explain clearly about the analysis, performance, maintenance of the electrical distribution networks in the industry.

Brayan Munthe was born in May 26th 1954. He got his education from electrical engineering IKIP Padang, then diploma of technical teacher training Hawthorn Institute of Education, Melbourne, and his master program from electrical engineering universitas gadjah mada, UGM Yogyakarta. He has followed many courses in Indonesia and also abroad to improve his capabilities. He is lecturer at politeknik TEDC and also at electrical department technical education development center Bandung. He has field experiences because he has done some projects in some companies in Indonesia related to his competencies.

TRAINING OBJECTIVE PROCESS CONTROL SYSTEMS

This training program is the design of control systems for the fluid process industries from basic theory to advanced control applications. It serves as a complete reference to controller selection and tuning, controller performance evaluation, and as a design guide for configuring optimum systems. Using time-domain and relative-gain analysis throughout, it shows you how to solve common control problems and apply proven system solutions–with a minimum of effort and mathematical skill. TRAINING DESCRIPTION H2S AWARENESS

Service technicians involved in the maintenance, replacement or service operations of industrial valves and piping systems involving hydrogen sulfide shall alert personnel (including employees, service companies, and contractors) of the possibility of hydrogen sulfide atmospheric concentrations greater than 10 ppm and sulfur dioxide atmospheric concentrations greater than 2 ppm that may be encountered in the performance of their work. All personnel working in an area where concentrations of hydrogen sulfide or sulfur dioxide may reach or exceed OSHA PELs shall be provided with training prior to beginning the work assignment. All employers, whether operator, contractor, or subcontractor, shall be responsible for training and instruction of their own employees. Personnel assigned to work in areas where they may be exposed to hydrogen sulfide or sulfur dioxide shall be trained by a hydrogen sulfide safety instructor. This course will provide delegates with the additional skills, information and knowledge, along with the appropriate attitudes to enable them to identify and manage a H2S hazard, assess the risks and implement the appropriate control measures.

Ir. M. Syahri, MT, Ph.D  is alumnus from UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta (UPNYK) and Institute of Technology (ITB) department of Chemical Engineering. Also alumnus from University Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) department Mechanical and Material Engineering. He has been as researcher at Oil and Gas; Renewable Energy Laboratory  UPNYK, he is also being as Senior Surface Facility Engineer in some project and Training Instructor. Some projects have been handled by him such as Senior Surface Facility Engineer, Plant of Development TAC Ramba-Pertamina Field, Sumbagsel (2008); Plant of Further Development East Pamanukan Field, Pertamina DOH Cirebon – Rainbow  Emerald (2007); Plant of Further Development Nglobo Field, Pertamina DOH JBT – Cepu (2005); Plant of Further Development Ketaling Barat Field, Pertamina DOH Sumbagteng – Jambi (2005); Also as Reviewer Team BP MIGAS, East Kalimantan Gas Deliverability  (Vico, Chevron, TOTAL) (2007). DESKRIPSI TRAINING LOGISTIC AND PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT

Pengadaan barang dalam rangka memenuhi kebutuhan logistic atau spare part, merupakan pekerjaan yg harus dan segera dilakukan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan gudang atau stock barang yang sudah mulai berkurang. Hal ini dilakukan untuk menghindari adanya kebutuhan yang tidak tersedia pada saat dibutuhkan. Pada kondisi seperti inilah manajemen logistic sangat diperlukan, bekerjasama dengan bagian pengadaan dan pembelian untuk mempersiapkan proses pengadaan (procurement). Namun dalam pelaksanaanya pengadaan barang tidak semudah yang dibayangkan membeli barang yang dibutuhkan kemudian selesai. Banyak aspek yang harus diperhatikan sehingga pengadaan yang dilakukan tidak menjadi efektif da efisien.
Pelatihan ini akan memberikan dasar terbaik bagi mereka yang berkecimpung dibidang logistic, pembelian dan pergudangan secara integratif. Mengamati kegiatan bisnis yang jumlah transaksinya ratusan setiap hari, tidak mungkin dihindari terjadinya sengketa (dispute/ difference) antar pihak yang terlibat. Setiap jenis sengketa yang terjadi selalu menuntut pemecahan dan penyelesaian yang cepat. Makin banyak dan  luas kegiatan perdagangan, frekuensi terjadi sengketa makin tinggi, hal ini berarti  sangat  mungkin makin banyak sengketa yang harus diselesaikan.

Membiarkan sengketa dagang  terlambat diselesaikan akan mengakibatkan perkembangan pembangunan tidak efesien, produktifitas menurun, dunia bisnis mengalami kemandulan dan biaya produksi meningkat. Konsumen adalah pihak yang paling dirugikan di samping itu, peningkatan kesejahteraan dan kemajuan sosial kaum pekerja juga terhambat. Kalaupun akhirnya hubungan bisnis ternyata menimbulkan sengketa diantara para pihak yang terlibat, peranan penasihat hukum, konsultan dalam menyelesaikan sengketa itu dihadapkan pada alternatif penyelesaian yang dirasakan paling menguntungkan kepentingan kliennya

Secara konvensional, penyelesaian sengketa biasanya  dilakukan secara Litigasi atau penyelesaian sengketa di muka pengadilan. Dalam keadaan demikian, posisi para pihak yang bersengketa sangat antagonistis (saling berlawanan satu sama lain)  Penyelesaian sengketa bisnis model tidak direkomendasaikan. Kalaupun akhirnya ditempuh, penyelesaian itu semata-mata hanya sebagai jalan yang terakhir (ultimatum remedium) setelah alternatif lain dinilai tidak membuahkan hasil.

DESKRIPSI ISO 26000 AWARENESS TRAINING

ISO 26000 merupakan pedoman dalam pelaksanaan program  Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) yang berlaku bagi seluruh jenis organisasi, baik swasta maupun pemerintah baik di negara maju maupun di negara berkembang.  Tujuan dari ISO 26000 untuk memberikan pedoman agar program  CSR lebih efektif dan dapat dapat dipertanggungjawabkan pada stakeholder. IS0 26000 menekankan pada pentingnya hasil dan perbaikan kinerja tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan.  ISO 26000 berisi tujuh  klausul yang berisi tentang prinsip prinsip utama dalam CSR, mengenali stakeholder yang terlibat, subjek utama dalam CSR dan pedoman mengintegrasikan CSR dalam organisasi.
