Dr.Ir. Paryana Puspaputra, M.Eng., and Team

Paryana Puspaputra was born in Kotabumi on January 19, 1964, is a Lecturer at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Industrial Technology, Indonesia Islamic University – Indonesia. Undergraduate from Department of Mechanical Engineering, Bandung Institute of Technology, Indonesia (ITB) in 1990 and master degree in Mechanical Engineering Department of Nagaoka University of Technology, Japan in 1996. He achieved his doctorate degree in Department of Mechanical Engineering, Bandung Institute of Technology, Indonesia (ITB) in 2012. He is also experienced as consultant and training instructure for several manufacturing and oil company, such as Chevron, Total, KPA, Petrokimia, Semen, Indonesia Power, etc. His background in mechanical equipment and machinery is completed with knowledge in instrumentation technology which was started from his final project in undergraduate by making software and data acquisition for predictive maintenance, and continued with his graduate thesis in control system for nano technology. There are researches and industrial implementation in data acquisition such as building the DNC system for production-shop using CNC machine, developing the balancing machine for Panasia Indosyntex – Bandung, SCADA system Development based on Fuji Electric control system (for IPAL – Pertamina – Cilacap, Toxic Gas Monitoring – Dieng – Central Java, etc). Moreover, he is also an official trainer of softwares for design and manufacturing base on CAD/CAM Technology (AutoCAD, Inventor, and Delcam PowerShape, ArtCAM) and familier with some finite element based analysys softwares such as Moldflow, ANSYS, SAP, CAESAR II, etc.

PENGANTAR BASIC MACHINERY VIBRATION

Amplitudo getaran mesin yang berlebihan akan mempengaruhi kualitas serta umur mesin tersebut, oleh karena itu amplitudo getaran yang terjadi harus dibuat agar di bawah ambang batas standar yang ada. Untuk mengurangi amplitudo getaran, selain diperlukan sensor dan analyzer, juga diperlukan pengetahuan yang memadai. Tanpa pengetahuan yang memadai maka analisis tidak dapat dilakukan secara maksimal. Pengetahuan dasar yang diperlukan adalah meliputi: dinamika struktur, dinamika komponen rotasi serta metode analisis sinyal getaran. Kursus ini mengulas dasar-dasar pengetahuan yang diperlukan untuk analisis problem getaran, yang melipui: pengetahuan tentang dinamika struktur mesin rotasi maupun struktur penumpuny ( resonansi dan modus getar), tentang metode pengukuran getaran serta analisisnya, ciri-ciri kerusakan komponen rotasi, analisis sinyal, pengetahuan tentang sensor serta vibration analyzer, pengukuran getaran di atas 20 kHz (modulasi sinyal, SPM), serta pengantar untuk analisis dan problem solving.

FLANGE AND JOINT INTEGRITY TRAINING INTRODUCTION

In the oil & gas and petrochemical industries, compressors play important role to support all facilities and process that require pressurized gases. Furthermore, air or gas leakage is not acceptable since it affecting on productivity or safety. Hence compressor flange joint integrity should be taken into account.

The reliability of the flanged joint depends critically on competent control of the joint making process, alignment, assembly, and its measurement. It is common to put considerable effort into the design process only for improper assembly to lead to joint failure. Therefore it is important that joint making is undertaken by trained and validated technicians who have an understanding of the procedure and the underlying principles and practice.

To achieve better performance on flange joint, it is important to ensure that all individuals with responsibilities in connection with ensuring the safe control of flange joints are trained and validated as competent to undertake these responsibilities. The program is based around a presentation of best practices and utilizes an intelligent bolting system to explain and demonstrate these principles. This unique method allows key areas of joint making e.g. the need to use bolt lubricant, to be clearly understood.

COMPRESSOR TRAINING INTRODUCTION

Production continuity is a keyword in any process of production activities, in which power system play important role to keep all of the operation.
Compressor is known for its capability to store energy in the form of air pressure. In industrial application, compressors are completed with auxiliaries to control the air flow, pressure, and actuators. Compressors will become advantage if it’s operated and maintained properly. Compressors principles and their system performance however should be understood by operator and any person who get involved with them to increase performance of the operation, maintenance, safety, etc.

 

COMPRESSOR TRAINING OUTCOME

In this training, compressor will be discussed from its principle, application, components and its maintenance. Moreover, their control system to improve performance and safety will also be introduced. After completion of this training participant will understand about the basic principle, application and control system that will help them for improving safety and problem solving on operation and maintenance activities.

 

COMPRESSOR TRAINING OUTLINE

  1. FUNDAMENTALS:
    1. Explain the theory of air/gas compression.
    2. Describe how altitude and moisture affects the compression of air.
    3. Describe the principles of operation of positive displacement and dynamic compressor
    4. Define air compression terminology such as absolute and gauge pressures, compressor
    5. Displacement and compressor capacity, free air, volumetric efficiency, single and double acting, single and multistage.
    6. Given relative data, perform basic calculations to solve for compressor displacement and compressor volumetric efficiency.
  2. RECIPROCATING COMPRESSOR:
    1. State and describe the different types of single and multi-stage reciprocating compressors, state the function of the various compressor parts, including valves.
    2. Describe the methods employed to cool air or gas during compression.
    3. List and describe the different types of prime movers used for compressor.
  3. ROTARY COMPRESSOR: Describe the principles of operation, their application, volume and pressure capabilities, methods of regulation, advantages and disadvantages of the following types of (positive displacement) rotary compressors:
    1. sliding vane
    2. the lobe type
    3. roots type
    4. screw
    5. liquid-sealed
  4. CENTRIFUGAL AND AXIAL COMPRESSOR:
    1. Describe the design and operation of the volute and diffuser type centrifugal compressors.
    2. Describe the design and operation of the single-stage double-flow and the four-stage centrifugal compressors.
    3. Describe the design and operation of an axial flow compressor.
    4. State the causes and remedies of compressor surging.
  5. COMPRESSOR SYSTEM AUXILIARIES:
    1. Describe the design and operation of intercoolers and aftercoolers; state their location within the system, describe the maintenance requirements of these components.
    2. State the need for air receivers, their preferred location, and the inspection and maintenance requirements as per Code.
    3. Describe the use of air filters, list and provide a description of the different types commonly used.
  6. OPERATION, CONTROL AND MAINTENANCE:
    1. Explain the following methods employed to control compressor output:

    2. List and describe the operation of the various types of controllers and safety devices used in a compressed air system. Describe how these devices can be tested while system is in operation.
    3. Describe the internal and external methods of compressor lubrication.
    4. State the various operational checks done by an operator on both the compressor(s) and the compressed air/gas system to ensure safe and efficient operation.
    5. State the preventive maintenance requirements of compressors, auxiliaries, piping and receivers.
    6. State the probable causes of compressed air/gas compressor, receiver or pipeline explosions.
  7. ACT, REGULATIONS AND CODES: The candidate is expected to be able to locate information relating to the staffing, operation, maintenance, inspection, and testing of the compressor plant and its equipments.
  8. SAFETY: The candidate is expected to be able to fully explain the dangers associated with the operation of a compressor plant and all its components, and state the precautions to be taken to minimize or prevent such dangers.

PENDAHULUAN

Coalbed methane merupakan gas alam yang dihasilkan bersamaan dengan proses pembentukan batubara. Ada beberapa perbedaan antara gas methane batubara (CBM) dengan gas conventional yang pada saat ini sudah diproduksi di Indonesia secara besar-besaran.

 

MATERI TRAINING COALBED METHANE

  1. Potensi Gas methane batubara di Indonesia.
  2. Proses pembentukan batubara yang terdiri atas :
  3. Tahapan pembentukan batubara dan gas methane yang dihasilkan.
  4. System Cleat dan rekahan serta proses yang dapat mendukung menghasilkan system cleat tersrebut .
  5. Spasi Cleat ada kaitannya dengan peringkat batubara (dinyatakan dengan angka Reflektance Vitrinite atau R0 ).
  6. Sorption (penyerapan gas methane dalam batubara), disini meliputi materi :
  7. Keberadaan gas methane batubara mulai saat terbentuknya gas methane.
  8. Keberadaan gas methane dalam batubara berdasarkan sifat fisik batubara.
  9. Penyerapan batubara terhadap molekul gas yang lain.
  10. Pengaruh kadar air dan kadar abu terhadap adsorpsi CH4 .
  11. Reservoir

Disini akan dibahas reservoir dan batuan sumber :

  1. Perbedaan reservoir gas conventional dan reservoir gas methane batubara.
  2. Pengertian permeabilitas batubara, pengaruhnya terhadap keberhasilan produksi gas methane batubara.
  3. Pengaruh permeabilitas batubara terhadap faktor spasi sumur
  4. Pengertian porositas dan kaitannya dengan kapasitas penyimpanan gas methane batubara.

Description Financial Statement Analysis (FSA)

            Laporan keuangan adalah hasil akhir dari proses akuntansi. Laporan keuangan menggambarkan kinerja dan posisi keuangan perusahaan serta positioning–nya dalam industri. Selain itu laporan keuangan juga dapat dijadikan alat evaluasi kinerja para manager  dalam meningkatkan nilai pemegang saham.  Untuk mendapatkan informasi yang akurat mengenai kinerja sesungguhnya dari satu perusahaan tidak cukup hanya dengan melihatnya dari besaran laba  yang  dicapai. Yang  tidak kalah pentingnya adalah dengan melihat kondisi keuangan perusahaan itu sendiri. Karena laba yang besar tidak selalu identik dengan kondisi keuangan  yang  baik walaupun idealnya memang harus demikian. Untuk mengetahui keadaan yang sesungguhnya diperlukan suatu analisa  yang  mampu menyajikan informasi atau  data  mengenai berbagai aspek  yang  diperlukan baik dalam rangka efisiensi pendayagunaan dana atau untuk pengambilan keputusan manajemen, investasi, maupun sebagai dasar / pedoman perencanaan perusahaan.

 

OBJECTIVES

  1. Menambah kemampuan peserta untuk dapat membaca dan mengerti suatu laporan keuangan selanjutnya dapat memberi alternative solusi management bagi perusahaan serta diharapkan pula mampu mengetahui kelemahan dan keunggulan dari  competitor
  2. Peserta akan mampu meminimalisir resiko dan sekaligus mampu melakukan pengawasan dan penilaian secara berkesinambungan atas seluruh aspek keuangan

Akt , Master lulusan  Department of Accountancy, College of Commerce and Business Administration, the University of  Illinois, Urbana Champaign USA adalah pengajar pada Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Islam Indonesia (UII), Yogyakarta, juga anggota dari The Indonesian Institute of Accountant dan The American Accounting Association. Beliau  pernah menjadi Accounting dan Management Consultant   pada perusahaan BUMN serta Financial Controller pada beberapa perusahaan swasta. Hendro Nurhadi, Dipl.-Ing., Ph.D.

Hendro Nurhadi Dipl.-Ing., Ph.D. received a Dipl.-Ing.(FH) from the University of Applied Science Georg-Simon-Ohm Fachhochshule Nuremberg, Germany in 2001, and Ph.D. degree from the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (NTUST), Taipei, Taiwan, R.O.C., in 2009. He is currently with Department of Mechanical Engineering at Institute of Technology Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) Surabaya Indonesia, and a Director of Research Group for Intelligent Motion Systems and Identification (IMSI), Mechanical Engineering at Institute of Technology Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) Surabaya Indonesia. His research interests and consulting activities are in the areas of motion control and automation, advanced mechatronics, automated optical inspection (AOI), machine tool dynamics, automation of manufacturing processes, computer-aided design and manufacturing, optimization applications, digital signal processing, and artificial intelligence. He has authored numerous international journal papers, also international conferences.
