Good management is an essential for success in business and procurement it self requires particular skills and approaches to ensure success in defining and meeting an organisation’s requirements. This course studies the key issues in managing both ongoing  and  project  procurement  processes  and  helps  to  develop  successful approaches for working with both colleagues and suppliers.
