TUJUAN :

Setelah pelatihan peserta diharapkan dapat memahami teori dasar tentang Pompa dan Kompresor, dapat mengoprasikan, menginstalasi, merawat, dan memecahkan masalah yang timbul pada Pompa dan Kompresor.

  1. Dasar-dasar Mekanika Fluida : ( Aliran fluida : laminar, turbulen, Persamaan konstinuitas, Bernoully, Head, NPSH, water hammer).
  2. Konsep Dasar Termodinamika : (tekanan, temperature, system terbuka, tertutup, proses & siklus, bentuk-bentuk energy, hukum termodinamika, balance enery).
  3. Dasar-dasar Pompa dan Kompresor
  4. Pompa Sentrifungal (Klasifikasi, konstruksi dan instalasi pompa, standar pompa).
  5. Pemilihan Pompa (diagram indicator pompa, grafik kinerja pompa)
  6. Instalasi pompa (pemasangan seri & parallel)
  7. Perawatan berkala pompa (harian, mingguan, bulanan, tiga bulanan, enam bulanan, tahunan, overhaul)
  8. Pompa Rotari dan Submersible (instalasi & standar)
  9. Pengujian Pompa
  10. Kompresor (jenis-jenis/kalsifikasi, konstruksi, pengendalian tekanan).
  11. Trobleshooting Pompa dan Kompresor.

Ir. M. Munir Fahmi, Dipl.ME, MT. got his master degree from Brawijaya University Malang majoring in Energy Conversion. He is till now becoming lecturer at mechanical engineering Poltek ITB (Polban) and he is head of laboratory of fluid, thermal and otomotive. LATAR BELAKANG & TUJUAN :

Pembekalan para trainee dengan pengetahuan atau kecakapan yang terkait dengan suatu mesin, akan menambah pemahaman, melengkapi konsideransi-konsideransi dan meningkatkan kemampuan dalam penanganan masalah-masalah lapangan mesin yang bersangkutan. Pelatihan yang akan diadakan mempunyai tujuan seperti yang tertera pada butir-butir berikut :

Training Spare Part Management & Inventory Control

Meningkatnya kebutuhan user dengan berbagai jenis spare part atau material yang diperlukan, membuat banyak perusahaan meninjau kembali strategi inventory mereka. Salah satu fungsi utama dalam pengaturan inventory adalah perencanaan kebutuhan material,dimana fungsi ini bertujuan untuk merencanakan berapa banyak dan kapan material dibutuhkan pada tingkat biaya yang optimum. Untuk mendukung keputusan tersebut harus ditentukan terlebih dahulu jumlah minimum inventory yang ada dalam gudang dan reorder level masing-masing material. Perhitungan ini membutuhkan kecermatan karena dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor antara lain fluktuasi tingkat pemakaian, fluktuasi lead time pengadaan dan service level yang diinginkan. Training ini akan membahas spare part management dan inventory control termasuk latihan dalam mengaplikasikan metode untuk menentukan reorder level dan minimum stock dengan mempertimbangkan berbagai faktor tersebut diatas. Best practice dari beberapa perusahaan baik swasta maupun BUMN akan dibahas untuk memperkaya kasus disertai dengan praktek aplikasi dan contoh riil di lapangan.

Ir. Mahaputra is gradudated from Physiscs Engineering, Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB). And now he is researcher at Balai Besar Pengembangan Industri Logam dan Mesin (BBLM/MIDC Bandung, kementerian perindustrian RI ) section calibration and testing. To improve his knowledge many training has been followed by him in Indonesia and abroad such as Training Non Destructive Test Level I (MT, UT), Training Theory and Practices on Technology of Heat Treatment, Training  XMET 2000 PMI Operation and Maintenance, Training Industrial Radiographic Testing (RT) Level I (Operator Radiografi), Training Non Destructive Test (NDT) UT Level II Weld Plate and Pipe, Training  and Operation Unit Oxford ARC-MET 8000, Training on Non Destructive Inspection Technique for Quality Management and Plant Asset Management, Training Industrial Radiographic Testing (RT) Level II (Ahli Radiografi) etc.  His core expertise is

TRAINING INSTRUCTOR GAS COMPRESSOR

Ir. I Nengah Diasta, M.Eng. is graduated from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), and till now he is a lecturer at mechanical engineering Bandung Institute of Technology majoring on fluid mechanics and fluid machineries. He has followed many courses for his competencies supporting, such as Application of Pumps and Turbines in Industries, Industrial Application of Fluid Machinery, Drafting of Patent Applications, Computational Fluid Dynamics, Turbo Pumps and Turbines, Application of Turbo Type of Fluid Machinery, Industrial Application of Pumps and Renewable Energies, Effective Energy Systems For Preservation of The Environment, Application of Fluid Machinery Focused on Energy Conservation, and etc.

LATAR BELAKANG 

Pemahaman tentang pembakaran (combustion) dan operasional burner cukup pada sebuah industri akan memberikan manfaat yang besar di dalam pengoperasian boiler, fireheater dan tungku api yang menggunakan bahan bakar gas, minyak maupun batubara.

Walaupun burner hanyalah sebuah unit pendukung didalam pengoperasian sebuah pabrik,  tetapi permasalahan yang dapat ditimbulkannya akan berdampak sangat besar pada industri tersebut dan kerugian yang timbulpun akan cukup besar.

Pemakaian bahan bakar dapat diminimalisasi apabila operasi burner ada dalam kondisi optimal.  Permasalahan mengenai operasi burner  yang timbul di lapangan akan segera dapat diatasi dengan baik, apabila para insinyur atau supervisi senior di pabrik mengerti dengan betul, tentang pembakaran dan perilaku burner, baik dari sisis fundamental maupun teknikal.

Perawatan burner akan lebih efektif dan ekonomis, apabila prinsip-prinsip burner dipahami dengan baik, dengan pengetahuan ini modifikasi burner juga dapat dilakukan sendiri.

Maka dari itu, pelatihan ini akan sangat banyak  membantu dalam hal “transfer know how”, sehingga industri yang bersangkutan akan mempunyai tenega-tenaga insinyur maupun supervisi senior yang andal.

Pada akhirnya pabrik itu sendiri akan memperoleh keuntungan langsung, seperti dalam hal mampu meminimalkan pemakaian bahan bakar, menghemat biaya bahan bakar  dan lain sebagainya.

  2. Parameter-parameter operasi burner : Air-fuel Ratio, Turn down Ratio, Efisiensi, Excess air, draft, flame speed, flash back, flouriditis limits.Karakteristik Flame : louminous, non lominous, laminar, flame pendek, flame panjang.

  4. Variasi Burner Komersial dan Janji-janji Kerja.
  5. Klasifikasi Burner : bumer bahan bakar minyak dan gas.
  6. Operasi Burner Minyak Baker : teknik pengkabutan, parameter pengkabutan, ukuran butiran kabut.

SIAPA SEBAIKNYA MENGHADIRI TRAINING INI?

Peserta training adalah operator, maupun supervisi dan teknisi senior yang bertugas pada bagian operasi, perawatan, inspeksi, technical support, pada pabrik, kilang dan industri untuk reformer, boiler, fireheater, reheating furnace, glass furnace, incenerator, klin cement dan tungku-tungku api pada berbagai pabrik, kilang dan industri.

INSTRUKTUR TRAINING

Dr. Ir. Yazid Bindar, M.Sc. menekuni bidang burner, pembakaran, Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) dan perpindahan panas. Program Sarjana diselesaikan di Departemen Teknik Kimia, Institut Teknilogi Bandung (ITB) pada tahun 1985, sedangkan Program Master dan Doktor diselesaikan di Queen’s University, Kingston, Ontario, Kanada yaitu pada bidang Combustion dan Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). Selama mengikuti Program Doktoral tersebut, beliau berkesempatan untuk magang di pabrik baja Steelco, Kanada. Sekarang beliau adalah dosen pada Departemen Teknik Kimia Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB). Dr. Ir. Yazid Bindar, M.Sc. sudah sering memberikan training kepada peserta industri di Indonesia untuk topik-topik yang berhubungan dengan Combustion dan Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).

PENDAHULUAN OPERATOR FORKLIFT

Terselenggaranya kegiatan operasi perusahaan yang aman dan selamat adalah dambaan semua orang, baik itu pengusaha, karyawan maupun keluarga, hal tersebut dapat diraih bukan dengan cara yang mudah tapi harus diusahakan dengan sungguh – sungguh, penuh perjuangan dan disiplin yang tinggi.

Salah satu potensi kecelakaan yang mungkin timbul di tempat kerja adalah forklift, sebagai alat angkut untuk memindahkan barang – barang harus dikemudikan oleh operator yang terlatih. Terlatih dapat dicapai melalui pelatihan – pelatihan yang menyangkut teori dan praktek yang diselenggarakan secara berkesinambungan dan dibimbing oleh pelatih atau instruktur yang berpengalaman. Untuk itu, Kami bekerja sama dengan Departemen Tenaga Kerja akan menyelenggarakan pelatihan operator forklift.

MAKSUD DAN TUJUAN

Dalam rangka meningkatkan keterampilan para operator forklift dan memenuhi syarat – syarat sesuai dengan UU Keselamatan kerja.

SCOPE & LINGKUP

Para pekerja yang karena tugas kesehariannya mengemudikan forklift atau para pengawas yang bertanggung jawab bagi kelancaran operasional forklift.
