Ir. Mahaputra is gradudated from Physiscs Engineering, Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB). And now he is researcher at Balai Besar Pengembangan Industri Logam dan Mesin (BBLM/MIDC Bandung, kementerian perindustrian RI ) section calibration and testing. To improve his knowledge many training has been followed by him in Indonesia and abroad such as Training Non Destructive Test Level I (MT, UT), Training Theory and Practices on Technology of Heat Treatment, Training  XMET 2000 PMI Operation and Maintenance, Training Industrial Radiographic Testing (RT) Level I (Operator Radiografi), Training Non Destructive Test (NDT) UT Level II Weld Plate and Pipe, Training  and Operation Unit Oxford ARC-MET 8000, Training on Non Destructive Inspection Technique for Quality Management and Plant Asset Management, Training Industrial Radiographic Testing (RT) Level II (Ahli Radiografi) etc.  His core expertise is

LATAR BELAKANG & TUJUAN

PENGANTAR TRAINING MANUFACTURING PLANNING & CONTROL

Proses planning di manufacturing membutuhkan informasi terpadu dari sales (forecasting demand) dan capacity plan (dari manufacturing). Intinya adalah menyeimbangkan antara demand (kebutuhan customer) dan capacity yang tersedia di pabrik.
Proses dimulai dari business plan yaitu demand forecasting berasal dari sales untuk satu tahun ke depan. Berdasarkan data tsb dibuatlah resource requirement (capacity plan) untuk satu tahun ke depan. Kapan akan terjadi bottle neck, berapakah inventory yang perlu disiapkan untuk menghadapi peak season (puncak musiman). Disini dibutuhkan perhitungan kapasitas tahunan berdasarkan product grouping.
Berdasarkan business plan yang disepakati oleh top management, team sales, manufacturing, R&D (untuk produk baru) & PPIC akan melakukan sales & operation plan. Yaitu suatu proses periodik bulanan untuk menentukan berapa sales plan, production plan & inventory plan. Di proses ini dibutuhkan perhitungan resource planning (total kapasitas untuk membuat production plan dalam 1 bulan ke depan). Output proses ini yaitu: sales, production & inventory plan akan masuk sebagai input untuk proses Master Production Schedule (MPS), yaitu membuat jadwal produksi harian untuk masing2 item (SKU). Disini dibutuhkan proses perhitungan kapasitas yaitu rough cut capacity plan (RCCP). Tujuannya untuk menentukan apakah terjadi overload pada tanggal tertentu di MPS. Bila terjadi load akan disebar merata ke tanggal yang lain, sehingga level produksi tiap hari menjadi sama (heijunka).
Berdasarkan data dari MPS, proses berikutnya adalah pembuatan MRP (material requirement plan) yaitu proses menentukan rencana kebutuhan material berdasarkan jadwal harian (MPS). Berdasarkan bill of material (BOM) dibuatlah capacity requirement plan (CRP), yaitu detail capacity untuk masing2 work center.
Demikianlah proses perhitungan kapasitas di manufacturing yang tujuannya menyeimbangkan antara demand (kebutuhan customer) dengan kapasitas.

PENDAHULUAN PELATIHAN LIFE CYCLE COSTING AND SUSTAINABILITY MANUFACTURING

Life Cycle Costing adalah penilaian (assessment) secara ekonomi dari suatu barang, sistim atau fasilitas dengan mempertimbangkan semua ongkos/biaya yang relevan sehubungan dengan kepemilikannya selama umur ekonomisnya, dinyatakan dalam satuan uang.

LCC sangat penting karena ongkos/biaya yang terlihat secara langsung  dari pembelian/pemilikan suatu barang hanyalah bagian kecil dari total biaya/ongkos  kepemilikan barang tersebut. Sementara biaya operasi &  biaya pemeliharaan  dengan fungsi dan keandalan suatu barang bisa jadi berhubungan erat dengan harga barang.

Penggunaan LCC yang semula berfokus pada analisis ekonomis, berkembang hingga analisis sosial dan lingkungan untuk mengahasilkan sustainability manufakturing. LCC yang semula dimulai aplikasinya di dunia manufaktur, sekarang berkembang ke semua sektor termasuk energi, transportasi, konstruksi dan publik service, dalam bentuk usaha-usaha pengurangan biaya operasi & pemeliharaan dimasa mendatang.

Dengan memahami LCC dan sustainability costingnya, diharapkan dapat dibuat suatu strategi penyeimbang dari naiknya biaya operasional dan maintenance selama periode siklus hidup produk/proyek.

INTRODUCTION

The industrial robotics training program introduces the basic mechanisms of industrial robots and provides the use of industrial robots for automating a manufacturing processes. The course focuses on mechanical constructions, kinematics, dynamics, coordinates systems of robots, sensors, path planning, and controls, as well as the programming of industrial robots using robot simulation software, Robologix, that provides access to a range of industrial robots including Cartesian, SCARA designs and includes various end effectors.  The participants obtain practical programming of an industrial robot through a combination of teach-pendant programming and 3D animations of the robot arm movement.

He joined the Instrumentation and Research Group, Faculty of Industrial Technology, as an assistant professor at Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), Indonesia. His current research include robotics, nonholonomic systems, robust and nonlinear control, visual servoing, and multi-robots systems. Ir. I Nengah Diasta, M.Eng.  is graduated from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), and till now he is a lecturer at mechanical engineering Bandung Institute of Technology majoring on fluid mechanics and fluid machineries. He has followed many courses for his competencies supporting, such as Application of Pumps and Turbines in Industries, Industrial Application of Fluid Machinery, Drafting of Patent Applications, Computational Fluid Dynamics, Turbo Pumps and Turbines, Application of Turbo Type of Fluid Machinery, Industrial Application of Pumps and Renewable Energies, Effective Energy Systems For Preservation of The Environment, Application of Fluid Machinery Focused on Energy Conservation, and etc.

Ir. I Nengah Diasta, M.Eng.  has much experiences in real practical work in project implementation and has collaborated with many institution and companies.
