Information Technology Audit is a process of testing control information technology infrastructure relating to financial audits and internal audits. Audit Information Technology better known as Auditing EDP (Electronic Data Processing) is often used to describe two types of computer-related activities. Latar Belakang Training Merger & Akuisisi

Merger dan Akuisisi merupakan salah satu praktek dan strategi perusahaan yang diterapkan dalam dunia bisnis. Melalui merger dan akuisisi ini pelaku usaha dapat melakukan ekspansi usaha , memperbesar aset dan skala usaha dan bahan baku, serta dalam rangka restrukturisasi perusahaan yang mengalami kesulitan finansial. Merger & Akuisisi  ( M & A) adalah fenomena  yang umum terjadi dalam dunia usaha, M & A dapat digunakan  untuk menyembuhkan perusahaan yang sedang bermasalah (terus merugi) , Perusahaan tersebut dapat digabungkan atau Akuisisi dengan harapan terhindar dari kebangkrutan serta dapat menghasilkan merger atau Akuisisi yang sehat.

Strategi Merger dan Akusisi  dianggap sebagai jjalan cepat dari pada perusahan pada pertumbuhan secara konvensional internal derngan mewujudkan tujuan perusahaan dengan tidak meulai bisnis dari awal. Disamping Merger dan Akuisisi  dapat menciptakan sinergi secara ekonomis meningkatkan nilai  keseluruhan perusahaan dibandingkan  penjumlahan masing-masing perusahaan sebelum merger dan akuisisi, peningkatan pemasaran, riset, skill manajerial, transfer teknologi, dan efesiensi biaya produksi.

Tentunya dalam praktek Meeger dan Akusisi harus dilakukan tidak saja pertimbangan ekonomis belaka, namun juga dari sisi aspek hukum, Undang-Undang yang diperlukan untuk memberikan perlindungan dan kepastian hukum bagi Perusahaan, Karyawan, Kreditur, pemegang saham Minoritas serta praktek persaingan uaha tidak sehat. Disamping itu Merger dan Akuisisi termasuk dalam lingkaran Iklim investasi (investment cycles) harus dilakukan dengan kepastian hukum bagi  transaksi dan investasi di Indonesia dengan komitmen memberikan kepastian hukum kepada investor dan jaminan equal treatment dalam suatu transaksi  yang demikian banyak, tidak mungkin dihindari terjadinya sengketa (dispute/ difference) antar pihak yang terlibat.

Mengikuti Fellowship program, postgraduate studies on Intellectual Property Right pada Faculty of Law, University of Technology Sydney, Sydney-Australia, Tahun 2000., Doktor Ilmu Hukum, Program Pascasarjana, Universitas Parahyangan, Bandung, 2009 – 2011.
