Deskripsi Training Gas Production Optimization In Gas Reservoir

Dalam aliran di reservoir ke titik akhir konsumsi, gas mula-mula harus  melewati batuan reservoir atau media berpori kemudian menuju lubang sumur. Sebuah energi dengan jumlah tertentu diperlukan agar gas dapat mengalir melewati batuan, yang diwujudkan dalam penurunan tekanan dalam arah aliran dan arah sumur. Penurunan tekanan ini atau penurunan tergantung pada laju aliran gas,  sifat-sifat fluida reservoir dan sifat batuan reservoir.

Seorang Engineer yang terlibat dalam operasi produksi gas harus dapat memprediksi tidak hanya seberapa besar gas yang dapat diproduksi namun juga harus memprediks juga berapa banyak gas yang awalnya di reservoir dan berapa banyak yang dapat direcovery secara ekonomis. Karena kapasitas aliran sumur tergantung pada tekanan reservoir dan tekanan alir dasar sumur. Besarnya tekanan alir dasar sumur juga tergantung pada  tekanan dan konfigurasi dari sistem pemipaan. Untuk menenentukan kemampuan dari sistem total sumur perlu menghitung kehilangan tekanan dimasing-masing titik (komponen) suatu sumur baik di dasar sumur, tubing,  kepala sumur, choke maupun pada flowline. Perhitungan-perhitungan tersebut nantinya akan menghasilkan suatu harga yang optimum dalam melakukan optimasi sumur gas  sehingga diperoleh produksi gas yang optimum.

 

Tujuan Training Gas Production Optimization In Gas Reservoir

Setelah mengikuti training ini diharapkan peserta dapat :

  1. Memahami sifat-sifat fisik dan fasa gas dalam operasi produksi.
  2. Memahami sifat dan pola aliran gas dalam reservoir
  3. Memahami metode pengolahan data reservoir gas dalam mengkonsruksi Inflow Performance Relationship (IPR), analisa nodal reservoir gas dan analisa kehilangan tekanan pada komponen sumur gas, kinerja aliran fluida dalam pipa serta perencanaan kompressor.
  4. Mampu mengkonstruksi dan melakukan optimasi produksi pada sumur gas sepanjang sistem trasnmisi gas dari bawah permukaan hingga fasilitas permukaan.

Dr.Ir. Sudjati Rachmat, DEA. adalah dosen di jurusan perminyakan ITB sejak tahun 1979 sampai sekarang. Beliau alumnus dari ITB lulus tahun 1977, kemudian melanjutkan pendidikannya di Diplome d’Etude Approfondie Ecole Centrale de Lyon, UCB Lyon I, FRANCE. Dan pada tahun 1985 – 1987 beliau mengambil program Docteur en Mecanique de Fluide (Methode Numerique) Ecole Centrale de Lyon, UCB Lyon I, FRANCE. INSTRUCTOR Gas Reservoir And Field Production

Dr. Ir. Sudjati Rachmat, DEA graduated from Petroleum Engineering Department of ITB in 1979 and got his Doctorate Degree with honored in 1987 from Ecole Centrale de Lyon I, France . The topic of his thesis is Modelisation Numerique d’Ecoulements Polyphasiques en Milieux Poreux Application au Cas de Calcul des Champs de Pressions et de Saturations dans un Gisement de Petrole.

For the time being, he became a lecturer in Petroleum Engineering Department of ITB. His subjects are Analysis and Numerical Method, Engineering Mathematics, Computer Simulation, Flu id Mechanic, Artificial Intelligence for Petroleum Engineering.

Deskripsi Gas Production Optimization In Gas Reservoir

Dalam aliran di reservoir ke titik akhir konsumsi, gas mula-mula harus  melewati batuan reservoir atau media berpori kemudian menuju lubang sumur. Sebuah energi dengan jumlah tertentu diperlukan agar gas dapat mengalir melewati batuan, yang diwujudkan dalam penurunan tekanan dalam arah aliran dan arah sumur. Penurunan tekanan ini atau penurunan tergantung pada laju aliran gas,  sifat-sifat fluida reservoir dan sifat batuan reservoir.

Seorang Engineer yang terlibat dalam operasi produksi gas harus dapat memprediksi tidak hanya seberapa besar gas yang dapat diproduksi namun juga harus memprediks juga berapa banyak gas yang awalnya di reservoir dan berapa banyak yang dapat direcovery secara ekonomis. Karena kapasitas aliran sumur tergantung pada tekanan reservoir dan tekanan alir dasar sumur. Besarnya tekanan alir dasar sumur juga tergantung pada  tekanan dan konfigurasi dari sistem pemipaan. Untuk menenentukan kemampuan dari sistem total sumur perlu menghitung kehilangan tekanan dimasing-masing titik (komponen) suatu sumur baik di dasar sumur, tubing,  kepala sumur, choke maupun pada flowline. Perhitungan-perhitungan tersebut nantinya akan menghasilkan suatu harga yang optimum dalam melakukan optimasi sumur gas  sehingga diperoleh produksi gas yang optimum.

  1. Memahami sifat-sifat fisik dan fasa gas dalam operasi produksi.
  2. Memahami sifat dan pola aliran gas dalam reservoir
  3. Memahami metode pengolahan data reservoir gas dalam mengkonsruksi Inflow Performance Relationship (IPR), analisa nodal reservoir gas dan analisa kehilangan tekanan pada komponen sumur gas, kinerja aliran fluida dalam pipa serta perencanaan kompressor.
  4. Mampu mengkonstruksi dan melakukan optimasi produksi pada sumur gas sepanjang sistem trasnmisi gas dari bawah permukaan hingga fasilitas permukaan.
