TUJUAN TRAINING PROGRAMMABLE LOGIC CONTROLLER

Pelatihan Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) ini dimaksudkan untuk memberikan penjelasan, pengetahuan dan keterampilan secara komprehensif mengenai Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) dan aplikasinya. Ir.Endra Joelianto, Ph.D

Ir.Endra Joelianto, Ph.D. is an expert in control engineering and industrial automation. His outstanding research is: Hybrid Control Systems, Discrete Event Control Systems, Petri Nets Analysis and Application on PLC, Robust and Advanced PID Controller and its implementation on PLC, DCS, Fieldbus, Industrial automation and Advanced Control System Designs. He received first degree (Ir.) in Engineering Physics in 1990 from Department of Engineering Physics, ITB and Doctor of Philosofy (PhD.) in Control Engineering in 2001 from Department of Engineering, The Australian National University, Canberra, Australia.  He is Head of Intelligent Control and Automation Laboratory and Coordinator of PLC Research Group for research and training, Engineering Physics Study Program and Instrumentation and Control Research Division, Institut Teknologi Bandung. He was Director of Schneider-OMRON PLC Training Center, Maranatha Christian University, Bandung.  He has attended several professional training on PLC, DCS and Instruments Callibration, such as: Yokogawa DCS, Bandung (2000), Implementation of Indonesian National Standard (SNI) 19-17025 and Basic Calibration, Yokogawa Electric Corporation, Bandung (2001), Fieldbus Foundation Technology, Singapore (2002), Basic and Advanced PLC Telemecanique-TWIDO, Bandung (2003), Basic and Advanced PLC OMRON, Jakarta (2004), Cleaner Production Application in Industries (Bandung 2005), Effective Energy Systems for Sustainable Development (Thailand 2006), Programming and Networking PLC Mitsubishi (2006), InTouch Wonderware, Wonderware Historian and Information Server (Bandung, 2012). He also has hosted Workshop on Industrial Automation (Bandung, 2002) and (Bandung, 2003), Workshop on Application of PLC in Industrial Automation (Bandung, 2003), National Workshop on Instrumentation & Control (2011) and many professional trainings on PLC, DCS, SCADA, Human Machine Interface and Industrial Process Control and Automation in Bandung. He was the project leader of Department of National Education TPSDP Retooling Program Batch II on Industrial Automation using PLC (2004). He is the chairman of National Student Competition on PLC Programming held regularly since 2007 in ITB. He serves as instructor either for public or for in-house training on instrumentation and process control to universities, industries, petrochemical or oil and gas companies, such as: PT. DESKRIPSI TRAINING MEKATRONIKA

Dalam dunia industri yang serba canggih saat ini, diperlukan suatu mekanisme produksi yang efektif, efisien dan aman. Tidak semua hal ini dilakukan oleh manusia, akan lebih efektif apabila didukung oleh prasarana otomasi yang baik. Oleh karena itu penggunaan dan penguasaan bidang mekatronika saat ini semakin dibutuhkan dan menjadi hal krusial untuk diterapkan. Perkembangan industri seperti industri power plant, industri otomotif, industri farmasi, industri permesinan untuk proses otomasi, atau industri-industri yang menghendaki tenaga perawatan alat-alat produksinya atau bahkan industri jasa/servis peralatan mekanis/otomatis, menuntut tersedianya SDM yang menguasai teknologi otomatisasi, yang dikenal sebagai robotic system atau mechatronic. Mobil, pesawat, kipas angin, AC, dsb, memiliki kemampuan otomatis. Teknologi tersebut merupakan pengembangan teknologi yang terintegrasi meliputi medical technology, CNC technology dan renewable energy (teknik mekatronika).
Mekatronika adalah singkatan dari mekanik dan elektronika, suatu bidang khusus yang membahas mengenai otomasi. Namun dalam perkembangannya mempunyai cakupan yang lebih kompleks, yaitu suatu bidang yang mengintegrasikan teknik mesin, elektronika, perangkat keras / perangkat lunak komputer, komunikasi, ilmu bahan, mikroelektronika, juga kecerdasan buatan. Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang baik diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal untuk mengoperasikan teknologi otomatisasi ini. Peningkatan kompetensi ini perlu diikuti oleh para pekerja ahli untuk menunjang keahlian tentang mekatronika. Pelatihan ini didesain untuk memenuhi kebutuhan perusahaan supaya para tenaga kerjanya dapat memahami mekatronika dan mengaplikasikannya dengan baik di perusahaan.

 

TUJUAN TRAINING MEKATRONIKA

Setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini diharapkan peserta akan dapat:

  • Memahami prinsip kerja dari beberapa aktuator mekanik dan elektrik (silinder pneumatik, silinder hidrolik, motor steper dan solenoid), prinsip pengontrolan secara mekanik, elektrik, dan programmable, pemrograman dan kontrol otomatis dengan menggunakan PLC.
  • Memiliki keahlian untuk melakukan indiviual test, troubleshooting dan commissioning dari sistem kontrol otomatis.

DESKRIPSI TRAINING INSTRUMENTATION & CONTROLS TECHNICIAN

Bidang kontrol/instrumentasi dalam dunia industri memiliki peran penting, apalagi dalam proses yang membutuhkan presisi, kehandalan dan keamanan sistem. Instrumentasi industri telah menjadi bidang yang bermanfat besar terutama dalam kegiatan otomatisasi industri. Sistem Instrumentasi merupakan sebuah sistem yang meliputi pengaturan variable-variabel seperti temperature (temperature), tekanan (pressure), aliran (flow) dan kecepatan (speed). Variable-variable ini merupakan keluaran yang harus dijaga tetap sesuai dengan keinginan yang telah ditetapkan terlebih dahulu oleh operator yang disebut set point.
