Dr. Dipl.Ing. Ir. Reynaldo Zoro  graduated from Institute of Techonology, Bandung taking for High Voltage & Electrical. He has experience in Electrical Area since 1978.  He is a Head of Laboratory of High Voltage, ITB and he is Chairman of Power Engineering Division of STEI-ITB.  He has given many short courses for in-house or public course of lightning protection, electrical grounding to industries in the country. He is member of CIGRE – France, member of Standardization for DLPE- ESDM, IEC TC-81 and DLPE – ESDM.

TRAINING DESCRIPTIVE ADMINISTRASI KEPABEANAN:

Pelatuhan ini di buat dengan melihat banyak hal-hal perubahan regulasi dalam melakukan export dan import baik dalam pembukaan LC serta dalam pengurusan di elabuhan,dengan hal ini kami memberi  Kuliah singkat, tanya jawab, diskusi kelompok, perorangan dan individual exeecise dan studi kasus dengan instructor yang sangat berkopeten dalam memberikan materi training yang kami persembahkan kepada kalangan perusahaan baik yang melakukan  export maupun melakukan import.

 

OBJECTIVE TRAINING ADMINISTRASI KEPABEANAN:

Kegiatan export -import merupakan kegiatan yang tidak mudah, karena melibatkan banyak pihak, antara lain dengan para Eksportir, Importir, Bank, Perusahan angkutan barang ( darat, laut, maupun udara ), Asuransi, Direktorat Jenderal Bea & Cukai, Direktorat Perdagangan Luar Negeri, Depperindag, Surveyor dan pihak lainnya. Dengan adanya banyak pihak yang terlibat, maka peraturan dan prosedur yang harus dilaksanakan untuk melakukan kegiatan export dan import juga sangat banyak.. Belum lagi perbedaan interpretasi  dengan pihak-pihak di luar negeri Hal ini membuat kegiatan export  dan import menjadi lebih rumit.

Pelatihan ini ditujukan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan agar menunjang kelancaran proses export & import, lebih jauh lagi agar perusahaan tidak mengalami kerugian karena kesalahan administrasi akibat ketidakpahaman mengenai prosedur yang berlaku. TRAINING INTRODUCTION EXPORT/ IMPORT AND INCOTERM

Export-import activities are very common one in every country all over the world nowadays. The traders should know what they must do when they deal with foreign traders where ever the sales contract take place. The traders are not only requested to be well known with the goods they are buying or selling, but also need to be well known about the way how the goods are moving from the place of origin to destination as well as the documents involved.
Document involved in an export-import process, can be Letter Credit (L/C). Bill of Lading (B/L), contract of carriage are quite important to familiar with.
More over, to choose the mode of transportation especially ship which is used to carry the goods is likely easy, in fact the trader need to be familiar with INCOTERMS regulating such import & export activities. INTRODUCTION:

International Commercial Terms, known as “Incoterm”, are internationally accepted terms  defining the responsibilities of exporters and importers in the arrangement of shipments and the transfer of liability involved at various stages of the transaction. Incoterms do not cover ownership or the transfer of title of goods. It is crucial to agree on an Incoterm at the start of a negotiation/quotation of a sale, as it will affect the costs and responsibilities involved in shipping, insurance and tariffs. The new Incoterm 2010 rules were revised by the International Chamber of Commerce and will become effective January 1, 2011. Four terms were eliminated (DAF, DEQ,DES, DDU) and two were added: Delivered at Place (DAP) and Delivered at Terminal (DAT).  The modifications affect obligations, risk transfer, and cost sharing for the seller and buyer, resulting in better clarification and application of the eleven (11) Incoterm, and consistent with the way global trade is actually conducted since the last update in 2000. In any sales transaction, it is important for the seller and buyer to agree on the terms of sale and know precisely what is included in the sale price. Exporters should choose the Incoterm that works best for their company, but also be prepared to quote on other terms. Therefore, to improve the knowledge and skill human resources with  regards to Incoterm , we are offering the Incoterm 2010 course.
