PENDAHULUAN TRAINING PENGUJIAN MESIN PERKAKAS

Mesin perkakas merupakan induk dari mesin-mesin yang lain yang diguinakan industri rekayasa untuk menghasilkan komponen mesin dan peralatan yang berkualitas tinggi. Dengan meningkatnya jumlah impor mesin perkakas seperti: Taiwan, Korea Selatan, Jepang, Cina, dan India, maka sewajarnya harus mengetahui hakekat mesin-mesin perkakas tersebut untuk memenuhi persyaratan kualitas tertentu. Kualitas suatu mesin perkakas dapat diketahui dengan mengadakan pengujian terhadap mesin tersebut.

Berbagai prosedur pengujian mesin perkakas telah dikembangkan dan Organisasi Standar Internasional (ISO) merangkum berbagai prosedur menjadi petunjuk baku yang dapat diterima oleh masyarakat industri atau pemakai mesin perkakas secara luas. Konsep dasar yang melatar belakangi dalam pengujian mesin perkakas adalah faktor-faktor ketelitian geometrik mesin perkakas antara lain: kelurusan, kerataan, kesejajaran, ketegaklurusan, dan rotasi serta berbagai aspek yang berhubungan dengan aktivitas pengujian mesin perkakas.

Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi Pengujian Mesin Perkakas (Testing of Machine Tools).

7.   Pengujian rotasi (rotation test)
8.   Tes kelaikan mesin (acceptance test)
9.   Rekalibrasi mesin perkakas



Trainer

SUGENG ISDWIYANUDI, Ir. MT. And Team
was graduated from politeknik  universitas brawijaya malang for his diploma in mechanical engineering majoring on mechanical maintenance and repairing, from ITS Surabaya for his bachelor in mechanical engineering majoring on production engineering, and from ITB Bandung for his master program in mechanical engineering majoring on production engineering. Now he is as lecturer at mechanical engineering Politeknik Negeri Bandung(before as poltek ITB). Ir. Sugeng Isdwiyanudi, MT. has followed many trainings/courses to improve his competence. In campus he has many experiences e.g.: as head of Laboratory industrial Metrology POLBAN, as head of Laboratory Metrology POLBAN, as director SPMU TPSDP POLBAN (ADB Loan 1792-INO), director assistant administration and finance SPMU TPSDP POLBAN (ADB Loan 1792-INO), head of production research group POLBAN, head of department mechanical engineering P4D, department secretary of mechanical department P4D, head of Laboratory Pneumatics and Hydrolics P4D. He invites industrial participants to share and discuss in his training class.
