INSTRUCTOR

Ir. Bambang Soeswanto, MT. isalumnus from Chemical Engineering Bandung Institute of Technology, ITB. Now he is lecturer at ITB Polytechnique (POLBAN) at chemical engineering department. He has expertise certification for Ahli Pratama Teknik Lingkungan  from Ikatan Ahli Teknik Penyehatan dan Teknik Lingkungan Indonesia (IATPI) and Ketua Tim Penyusun AMDAL (KTPA) from Ikatan Nasional Tenaga Ahli Konsultan Indonesia (INTAKINDO). Ir.Bambang Soeswanto has written some books related to his majoring expertise in environmental, the titles of books as follows: Pengendalian Pencemaran Lingkungan, Pengolahan Air Industri, Proses Industri Kimia, and Transportasi Fluida.  He also actively research and publish the results on environmental.  Ir. Deskripsi Pelatihan Pemakaian HEC-RAS

HEC-RAS merupakan program aplikasi untuk memodelkan aliran satu dimensi di sungai atau saluran yang mengintegrasikan fitur graphicaluser interface, analisis hidraulik, manajemen dan penyimpanan data, grafik, serta pelaporan.

Pengantar Training Permit to Work System

Permit to work system atau sistem surat ijin kerja harus di bangun dan di jalankan di setiap industri. Karena dari berbagai data statistik banyak sekali kecelakaan kerja di sebabkan karena kelemahan dari sistem ijin kerja yang tidak tersusun dengan benar.

Risk assessment dari setiap pekerjaan akan menentukan besaran proteksi yang harus di siapkan dari pemilik area pekerjaan untuk menjamin pekerjaan bisa di laksanakan dengan seefektif dan seaman mungkin.

Menyusun permit to work system sangat di perlukan untuk membedakan pekerjaan rutin yang telah di cover melalui SOP dan pekerjaan tidak rutin yang cover melalui permit to work system ini. PTW menyangkut general permit, hot work permit, confined space entry permit dan ada beberapa jenis permit yang lebih spesifik misalnya penggalian, penanganan bahan berbahaya dll.

Untuk melengkapi system PTW harus di lengkapi dengan system isolasi baik secara proses maupun secara elektrikal, dikenal dengan LOTO system (lock out tag out) untuk memastikan standarisasi system LOTO dan memastikan efektifitas berjalannya system ini di lapangan.

Mempersiapkan safety permit system menjadi hal yang WAJIB di lakukan oleh pelaku industri untuk menekan angka kecelakaan kerja serendah mungkin. System yang sederhana namun harus di jalankan oleh semua lini departement, agar tujuan bisa di dapatkan secara optimal.

  3.   Mengenalkan dokumentasi “permit to work system
  4. Memahami cara mempersiapkan sebuah pekerjaan dengan aman

  7. Memahami aksi yang harus di lakukan bila terjadi keadaan emergency

Adalah praktisi industri petrokimia lebih dari 15 tahun. Menangani bidang Waste Water Treatment (WWT) lebih dari 12 tahun mulai dari physical treatment, chemical treatment, biological treatment (anaerobic + aerobic), solid waste treatment dan lainnya. Saat ini sebagai WWT Development Manager di sebuah perusahaan besar di Indonesia yang menangani lebih dari 8 perusahaan di Indonesia . Sebagai seorang Chemical Engineer beliau mempunyai pengalaman yang baik di bidang proses industri kimia. Alumni Magister K3-LH dari Universitas Indonesia ini juga masih sempat mengajar di Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Tirtayasa di dalam bidang Waste Water Treatment (WWT) dan Pengetahuan Lingkungan. Saat ini beliau juga mengelola forum diskusi mailing list WWT IPAL di Indonesia dan sebagai Senior Member di dalam forum diskusi WWT tingkat Internasional yang beranggotakan lebih dari 6000 members di seluruh dunia. Dari pengalaman yang luas di dalam bidang Anaerobic Waste Treatment, saat ini beliau sedang mendevelop WWT untuk program CDM (Clean Development Mechanism) dari Kyoto Protocol yang sangat memungkinkan pelaku industri mendapatkan incentive uang dari PBB. Pengalaman yang luas di gabungkan dengan program CDM menjadikan pelatihan ini semakin menarik untuk di ikuti.

SCBA TRAINING DESCRIPTION:

All Fire Department Personnel shall wear SCBA when operating in any of the following atmospheres. SCBA shall be used by all personnel who enter into hazardous atmospheres during ther activities or other IDLH or potential IDLH atmospheres. This course are to provide all personnel who enter into hazardous atmospheres become familiar with donning and doffing, checkout procedures, features, use emergency procedures.

 

SCBA TRAINING OBJECTIVES:

  • Describe how to recognize medical signs and symptoms that may limit or prevent the effective use of the respirators
  • Describe why the respirator is necessary and how improper fit, usage, or maintenance can compromise the protective effect of the respirator.
  • Describe what the limitations and capabilities of the respirator are.

 

WHO SHOULD ATTEND THIS TRAINING?:

All Fire Department Personnel and others responsible for using SCBA.

SCBA TRAINING INSTRUCTOR :

Bambang Pamudji, B.Sc.,SE. has much real experiences, he is former Senior Health and Safety staff at PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja,PUSRI(Urea Fertilizer Manufacturer) Palembang. He was born in Pasuruan East Java, 14 March 1950. He got his B.Sc in Public Health from APK Surabaya in 1971 and was graduated from Economic Management Sriwidjaja University, UNSRI, Palembang in 1996. He has certificates in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) from Depnakertrans RI/Institutions and Universities in Indonesia, institutions and Universities in UK, and National Safety Council. Experienced in setting up Health and Safety Management System documentation and its application. Experienced internal lead auditor SMK3 in PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja, and External lead auditor SMK3 for Indonesian Association Fertilizer Producer. He has been teaching industrial training classes for many classes related to topics of his competencies, HSE. Many participants from many companies in Indonesia have participated in his training classes.
