Deskripsi Training Electrical grounding & Lightning Protection

Lightning is a natural phenomenon that may occur everywhere in the world. Failure to protect critical and strategic such as refinery, oil & gas plant, petrochemical plant process, building, etc can cause big lost in productivity and revenue generating. The big lost could be an inferno, heavy damage, and ruin of the plant and its critical equipment. It is even a fatality of electric or thermal shock to human body that could cause a death.

 

Tujuan Training Electrical grounding & Lightning Protection

After attending the course the participant will gain the followings:

  • Get better understanding of lightning phenomenon especially for people and Industry
  • Better understanding of lightning behavior, characteristic, and protection system

Dr. Ir. Farida Idealistina Muchtadi,MT. adalah seorang associate professor di Institut Teknologi Bandung, ITB. Beliau mengajar di jurusan teknik fisika (TF) ITB, dan juga mengajar di program magister(S2) di program instrumentasi dan kontrol(PINK) ITB. Ibu Dr. Farida I Muchtadi sudah berpengalaman dalam memberikan pelatihan/training kepada perusahaan-perusahaan di Indonesia. Di Kampus ITB, Beliau mengajar untuk beberapa mata kuliah seperti design of experiments(DOE), metode dan sistem pengukuran, sistem instrumentasi, instrumentasi medik, laboratorium teknik fisika serta tugas khusus. Deskripsi Training MSA

Setiap proses yang terjadi di perusahaan tidak lepas dari proses untuk melakukan pengukuran. Pengukuran dianggap esensi karena akan mempengaruhi begitu banyak aspek lain baik di sisi perancangan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi bisnis proses di perusahaan. Adapun dalam proses pengukuran tersebut, persoalan yang rentan terjadi adalah adanya variasi pengukuran. Variasi pengukuran dapat menyebabkan perbedaan tindakan yang seharusnya dilakukan berdasarkan pengukuran tersebut,  bila variasi yang didapatkan terlalu jauh maka tentu saja persoalan menjadi lebih besar. Oleh sebab itu, perusahaan perlu untuk mempelajari MSA sehingga persoalan tersebut dapat diminimalisir sedini dan sesedikit mungkin.

A Power System is predominantly in steady state operation or in a state that could with sufficient accuracy be regarded as steady state. In a power system there are always small load changes, switching actions, and other transients occurring so that in a strict mathematical sense most of the variables are varying with the time. However, these variations are most of the time so small that an algebraic, i.e. not time varying model of the power system is justified.

ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL SAFETY TRAINING DESCRIPTION

Accidents or fires which are prevalent in many companies is largely due to electricity. The most fatal consequences of the incident is the amount of material loss is very large. Actually this can be prevented if within a perusanaan attention to the rules of security, especially in this case in the field of electrical and mechanical.

With regard to the dangers of electrical and mechanical to workers, there are already separate standard, the OHSAS which require companies to provide education and training to the Electrical and Mechanical Safety workers. The employee must notify the company by his superiors (supervisors) if it finds dangers in the area of electrical and mechanical companies. Expected to attend “Electrical & Mechanical Safety” training program, and supported by competent instructors in the field, workers can know and understand the dangers of electricity and mechanical work in place so that the company would avoid fatal accidents at work and large losses due to fire or fatal events.

Lightning is a natural phenomenon that may occur everywhere in the world. Failure to protect critical and strategic such as refinery, oil & gas plant, petrochemical plant process, building, etc can cause big lost in productivity and revenue generating.
