DESKRIPSI TRAINING SCADA

Sistem Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) merupakan suatu pengetahuan teknis yang banyak digunakan dalam system dan proses-proses di industri, seperti  pada  Power System: Generation-Transmission-Distribution. Proses pengumpulan data, pelaporan dari production lines, penanganan material maupun proses lain dalam tahapan produksi akan menjadi mudah apabila menggunakan sistem SCADA ini. Melalui sistem ini, karyawan akan memperoleh kemudahan mengakses data di tempat manapun mengenai titik proses produksi manapun, juga untuk mendapatkan grafik kinerja maupun hasil-proses, dan selanjutnya pelaporan dapat dibuat secara otomatis secara realtime berdasarkan data yang tersedia dalam format yang spesifik, misalnya basis hari, basis akhir minggu maupun basis waktu yang lain.

LATAR BELAKANG PETUGAS PENANGANAN BAHAYA GAS H2S

Pengelolaan dan penanganan kerja menggunakan H2S harus dilakukan oleh SDM yang berkompeten serta ditangani secara professional dan kredibel. Guna mendorong dan merealisasikan SDM yang memiliki kompetensi dalam penanganan H2S, maka Kementrian ESDM melalui PERMEN no. 20 tahun 2008 telah menetapkan Pemberlakuan Standar Kompetensi Kerja Nasional di Indonesia di Bidang Kegiatan Usaha Minyak dan Gas Bumi secara Wajib. Pelatihan H2S diperlukan untuk siapa saja yang bekerja di industri minyak dan petrokimia. Pelatihan Hidrogen Sulfida diperlukan untuk semua karyawan yang terlibat dalam eksplorasi minyak, produksi dan pemurnian sebagai panduan bekerja dengan aman di sekitar hidrogen sulfida. Karyawan dan Management perusahaan harus menyadari sifat dan karakteristik H2S. Program Pelatihan H2S mengajarkan bagaimana mengenali Hidrogen Sulfida dan kemungkinan risikonya muncul di area kerja dan penentuan tindakan pengendalian yang diperlukan untuk bekerja dengan Hidrogen Sulfida dengan aman. Pelatihan H2S disesuaikan dengan standar yang direkomendasikan API 49, ANSI Z390.1 dan standar peraturan lainnya

This course builds a firm foundation in the principles and practices of designing, planning and conducting successful casing and cementing jobs. The course uses a process-based perspective that takes participants from initial casing depth and size selection, casing and liner design procedures, casing running practices, planning and executing primary cementing, through remedial cementing and plugging operations. In addition to the necessary technical information and procedures, the course is laced with considerable practical, experience-based content.

DRILLING, COMPLETION AND WORKOVER OPERATIONS TRAINING DESCRIPTION

This course gives a technical overview of the science and art of drilling operations, completion practices and post-completion wellbore enhancement or remedial workover techniques (well intervention). Reservoir Engineers will learn what can be done within open-hole and cased wells as they execute reservoir management. Drilling and completion personnel will learn how the producing reservoir can be damaged or stimulated by what they do. The participants learn to visualize what is happening “downhole”, discover what can be accomplished and gain an appreciation for wellbore risks and the possibility of damage to the formation; and how drilling and completion practices can alter reservoir interpretation and performance.
