DESKRIPSI TRAINING SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT

Dalam dunia industri yang semakin dinamis dan penuh dengan kompetisi yang ketat saat ini, kapasitas supplier atau vendor bukan hanya dipandang sebagai perusahaan penyuplai produk ataupun jasa, akan tetapi keberadaannya saat ini menjadi hal yang patut diperhitungkan, memiliki peran yang begitu esensial bagi eksistensi sebuah perusahaan. Supplier merupakan partner yang penting dalam menunjang strategi perusahaan dan harga bukan merupakan faktor penentu dalam memilih supplier, maka dalam purchasing dibutuhkan teknik-teknik untuk mengelola hubungan yang baik dengan mereka. Dalam pelatihan ini, akan diberikan pemahaman mengenai teknik dan strategi aplikatif dalam mengelola dan membangun relationship dengan supplier dalam lingkup kerja purchasing.
