Consumer claim about product quality and corporate claim about cost production are always in a position to trade off. Sacrificing quality often backfire for manufacturers which can be top the product. Consumers are “king” for producers who must be satisfied and prioritized, so its important to control the quality so there is a mutualism symbiosis between the interests of both sides.
