BACKGROUND

The Certified Human Resource Manager (CHRM) program is a robust training and certification pathway designed to equip HR professionals with essential competencies. It opens with a deep dive into the role of a Human Resources Manager (HRM), laying a strong groundwork in HR principles and operational practices. Participants then explore the Competency-Based HRM module, which emphasizes aligning workforce capabilities with strategic organizational goals to drive performance. Beyond foundational skills, the CHRM program expands into global HR perspectives through the module on Delivery Method Effectiveness and International Benchmarks. METODE

Metode pelatihan dapat dilakukan dengan dua metode dimana Peserta dapat memilih metode yang sesuai. Metode tersebut adalah :

Metode Offline Training (Classroom) yaitu:

  1. Instruktur mengajar secara tatap muka dengan durasi 8 jam perhari selama 2 hari secara terjadwal.
  2. Teknik yang digunakan: presentasi, diskusi, tanya jawab, studi kasus, brainstorming.

Metode Live Online Training (Sinkron) yaitu:

  1. Instruktur mengajar secara LIVE dengan durasi 4 jam perhari selama 2 hari secara terjadwal.
  2. Media Live training dapat menggunakan Google Meet, atau Zoom.
  3. Ketentuan Online Training :
  1. Persiapan Peserta

    • Dianjurkan menggunakan laptop, bukan smartphone.
    • Koneksi internet yang stabil.
    • Buku dan alat tulis.
    • Peserta menginstall aplikasi sesuai yang akan digunakan, sebelum jadwal training berlangsung. Untuk yang mempunyai kesulitan, bisa menghubungi staff kami sebelum jadwal training berlangsung.
  1. Platform yang digunakan

    • Beberapa alternative platform Zoom, atau Google Meet untuk conference live training.
    • Google Classroom untuk memuat materi, tugas dan dokumen lain yang dapat diakses peserta dengan link dan kode kelas yang akan diberikan oleh penyelenggara sebelum pelaksanaan training.
  1. Cara masuk ke video conference

    • Penyelenggara akan memberikan undangan berupa link.
    • Klik link tersebut, ikuti arahan selanjutnya.
    • Anda akan dibawa masuk ke dalam video conference.

SERTIFIKASI AAPM

  • Biaya Assessment $ 500 USD per peserta.
  • Minimal kuota 1 peserta dan bisa request tanggal.
  • Metode assessment dapat dilaksanakan secara online via Zoom/Google Meet,
  • Sertifikat AAPM akan dikirimkan kepada peserta yang dinyatakan Lulus, dalam jangka waktu 1-2 bulan setelah assessment.

OFFLINE TRAINING JAKARTA, YOGYAKARTA

  • Rp 6.800.000 per peserta, minimal running 2 orang
  • 2 hari full day (08:00 – 16:00 WIB)
  • Lokasi: Hotel Asyana Kemayoran (Jakarta), Hotel El Royale (Yogyakarta)
  • Include: meeting room, hard file & soft file modul training, hard file & soft file sertifikat training, souvenir, training kits, coffee break, dan lunch
  • Exclude: akomodasi peserta pelatihan

OFFLINE TRAINING BANDUNG, SURABAYA, DAN KOTA LAIN DI JAWA

  • Rp 7.800.000 per peserta, minimal running 2 orang
  • 2 hari full day (08:00 – 16:00 WIB)

ONLINE TRAINING

  • Rp 3.800.000 per peserta, minimal running 1 orang
  • 2 hari half day (08:00 – 16:00 WIB)
  • Lokasi: Online zoom meeting/Google Meet
  • Include: soft file modul training, soft file & hard file sertifikat training, pengiriman hard file sertifikat ke alamat peserta
