TRAINING OVERVIEW:

ISO/IEC 20000® standard is the only international standard for IT Service Management; it is a formal set of specifications and requirements Service Providers should be aiming for. ISO/IEC 20000® is aimed at providing the required evidence that IT service provider has an effective and reliable Service Quality Management system which has been or can be audited against the international standard in IT Service Management. The standard was initially based on the British Standard 15000 and best practice of the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL®).

ISO/IEC 20000® international standard for IT Service Management promotes the adoption of an integrated process approach to effectively deliver managed services to meet business and customer requirements. The ISO/IEC 20000® standard and associated documentation enables service providers to understand how to enhance the quality of services delivered to their customers, both internal and external. ISO/IEC 20000® standard applies to both large and small service providers, irrelevant of the core competency the End-User-Organization.

The standard may be used:

  • by businesses that are going out to tender for their services;
  • to provide a consistent approach to IT service management by all service providers in a supply chain;
  • to benchmark IT service management;
  • as the basis for an independent assessment;
  • to demonstrate the ability to meet customer requirements;
  • to show proof of evidence in conformance and existence of Quality Management System;
  • to improve services quality.

The ISO/IEC 20000® Foundation Training is designed to provide basic level knowledge of the certification, conformance, and auditing based on ISO/IEC 20000® ITSM Standard.

 

TRAINING OBJECTIVES

This is a 3 day program including the certification exam preparation and ISO/IEC 20000 Foundation exam (optional) was developed in line with the new ISO/IEC 20000® international standard for IT Service Management. Its purpose is to provide the program participants:

  • To gain the knowledge-based and skills-set of the concept and best practices of IT Service Management (ITSM) based on ISO/IEC 20000 Foundation
  • The necessary information required to successfully achieve the Foundation certification in ISO/IEC 20000® standard (optional);
  • A better understanding of what is required to conform to the standard specifications and requirements.
  • Understanding the importance of Quality in IT Service Management, the specifications and the code of practice for IT Service Management
  • Preparation for the ISO/IEC 20000® examination through the use of sample examination questions and exam simulation

DR. Ir. I Made Astina, M.Eng.

DR. Ir. I Made Astina, M.Eng is currently assistant professor of mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering ITB. He graduated from Mechanical Engineering Department ITB in 1992. Prior to his Ph.D. obtainment in Engineering (thermodynamics, school of science for open and environmental systems) from Keio University Tokyo, Japan in 2004, he received Master of Science in Engineering (mechanical engineering department) from the same university in 1997. His researches concern on thermodynamic, development of new thermal systems, thermodynamic cycles, air conditioning and refrigeration systems. His papers were published in international and national journals, besides he also presents his papers in international and national seminars. Besides teaching at the university, he also has experiences to give short courses for industrial practical engineers and publics and to collaborate practical consultant works.

INTRODUCTION 

Water is the blood of an industry. It is used as process water, cooling water, boiler feed water, drinking water, or in general as utility, in any industry such as chemical and petrochemical industry, fertilizer, mining, steel making, automotive, pulp & paper, textile, food processing, agricultural, municipal, power plant, and many other uses.

The sources of industrial water varies from river, lake, and other surface waters, well water, sea water, or produced water. The raw water is then treated, to some extent, to fulfill the specific requirements of that industry, and the environmental regulation. The treatment may also vary from one to another industry.

 

WATER TREATMENT TRAINING OBJECTIVES 

After completion of this course, participants will understand what and how important industrial water is, how to treat different intake waters for different purposes, what the core of water treatment technology is, what equipment and chemicals should be used, how each equipment works, and how to evaluate the results of each specialized treatment. He joined in-field-practice program at Nippon Kokan Steel Company & Research Center Kawasaki, Japan for production facility design & construction and corrosion prevention & control in 1983, and collaborated with Cormon Industrial Research Center Brighton UK for on-line corrosion monitoring development in 2000.He has been delivering consultative course in production operation, maintenance & safety and corrosion control for personnel from Oil & Gas Company and Petrochemical Industry since 1979.

Di era perdagangan global saat ini, arus keluar masuk barang sangatlah cepat. Para eksekutif di bidang ekspor-impor tentunya dituntut untuk memahami seluruh prosedur dan ketentuan di bidang ekspor-Impor, baik dari segi peraturan yang selalu diperbarui terutama yang berhubungan dengan perdagangan internasional, kepabeanan, FTZ (Free Trade Zone), VAT (Value Added Task), maupun perbankan, yang semuanya ini saling berkaitan dan selama ini sering terjadi permasalahan di lapangan.

PENGANTAR TRAINING MANAJEMEN MERAWAT MESIN

Maintenance Manajemen adalah suatu manajemen perawatan mesin yang mengulas tentang tata cara melakukan kegiatan maintenance mesin-mesin dalam suatu pabrik secara simple, terstruktur dan praktis. Pelatihan ini sangat cocok sekali bagi seorang teknisi pemula yang berkecimpung dalam kegiatan maintenance atau suatu perusahaan yang mulai concern terhadap perawatan mesin atau bahkan suatu perusahaan yang bingung terhadap apa yang terjadi / apa yang akan dilakukan terhadap mesin-mesin yang merongrong kegiatan produksi. Maintenance Manajemen ini telah diaplikasikan di dalam sebuah industri dan sanggup menurunkan break down machine sampai 50%, mengurangi personel maintenance sampai 40%, menjawab permasalahan ketersediaan spare part sampai dengan penurunan biaya maintenance hingga 50%.
