DESKRIPSI

Penguatan sektor ekonomi masyarakat kecil, sebagai bagian dari proses pengembangan masyarakat, sering dimulai dengan penyediaan fasilitas modal usaha melalui layanan program kredit mikro. Namun demikian niat dan pilihan strategi yang bagus tidak selalu menjadi jaminan akan keberhasilan. Penyebab kegagalan bisa sangat beragam seperti pemahaman akan hakekat kredit, ketrampilan teknis manajemen kredit,  serta sikap yang tidak mendukung. Pelatihan ini didesain agar peserta pelatihan dapat mengelola program kredit secara profesional dengan didasari oleh filosofi pengembangan masyarakat dan kemandirian lembaga.

Deskripsi Teknik dan Penyusunan HPS

Dalam melakukan evaluasi harga penawaran barang dan jasa, agar mendapatkan harga yang wajar dan dapat dipertanggung jawabkan serta dapat dilaksanakan sesuai dengan ketentuan kontrak maka diperlukan penyusunan Harga Perkiraan Sendiri (HPS) atau Owner Estimate (OE). Maka dari itu penyusunan Owners Estimate merupakan kunci keberhasilan purchasing Management sebuah perusahaan. Training ini akan membahas mengenai bagaimana membuat perencanaan HPS agar gambaran alokasi maksimal dalam proses pengadaan barang atau jasa.

Sertifikasi Hiperkes bagi Dokter Perusahaan diatur pemerintah melalui PERMENAKERTRANS No. PER15/MEN/VIII/2008 tentang Pertolongan Pertama Pada Kecelakaan (P3K) di tempat kerja pada Bab 2, Pasal 3, ayat 1 & 2 sebagaimana ayat 1.

Setelah mengikuti Pelatihan Petugas P3K ini, diharapkan peserta dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan, pengertian dan pemahaman mengenai pelaksanaan P3K di tempat kerja dan juga meningkatkan keterampilan dalam melakukan pertolongan pertama terhadap penyakit mendadak dan kecelakaan kerja.

SASARAN TRAINING ARTIFIAL LIFT METHODS

Setelah menyelesaikan kursus ini diharapkan peserta dapat

  • Memahami prinsip-prinsip dasar perhitungan reservoir minyak bumi yang berhubungan dengan penggunaan gas-lift, sucker-rod, electric submersible, hydraulic dan jet pump.
  • Melakukan diagnosis sederhana dan memengerti pengelolaan data sumuran minyak yang diproduksi dengan, gas lift, sucker rod pumping, electric submersible, hydraulic dan jet pump.
  • Membuat analisis sederhana terhadap data sumuran minyak, melakukan perhitungan-perhitungan kinerja sumuran sebagai hasil dari pemompaan dengan berbagai metoda sesuai dengan keadaan reservoirnya.
  • Melakukan perhitungan-perhitungan kuantitatip sederhana dan melakukan optimisasi produksi untuk sumuran minyak yang diproduksi dengan gas lift, sucker rod pumping, electric submersible, hydraulic dan jet pump sesuai dengan batasan operasinya.

Ir. Sudiharto, MT,  is alumnus from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) department of petroleum engineering. Ir. Sudiharto besides as instructor and researcher at Geothermal Laboratory ITB, he is also being as Production Engineer at LAPI ITB, Production & Reservoir Analist and  expert board (Dewan Pakar) at Forum Komunikasi Daerah Penghasil Migas, and joining in Community Development Team Dirjen Migas since 2003.

TRAINING DESCRIPTION ADVANCED FLOW MEASUREMENT

Flow is one of four major variables that can be found in industries. As flow has different characteristics compared to pressure, level or temperature, it is necessary to understand behavior, type of flow, selection of sensors and transducers and also type of control valve for control purposes. In many application, it is necessary to determine the magnitude and/or direction of the flow-velocity at a point in the fluid and how this varies from point to point. Sometimes the qualitative information is sufficiently available from direct visual observation. However, most methods also allow quantitative analysis by inserting velocity probes to obtain accurate point measurements. Flow measurement and instrumentation training program will present type of probes, measurement methods, analysis, flow control system and its elements.

Ir.Endra Joelianto, Ph.D. is an expert in control engineering and industrial automation. His outstanding research is: Hybrid Control Systems, Discrete Event Control Systems, Petri Nets Analysis and Application on PLC, Robust and Advanced PID Controller and its implementation on PLC, DCS, Fieldbus, Industrial automation and Advanced Control System Designs. He received first degree (Ir.) in Engineering Physics in 1990 from Department of Engineering Physics, ITB and Doctor of Philosofy (PhD.) in Control Engineering in 2001 from Department of Engineering, The Australian National University, Canberra, Australia.  He is Head of Intelligent Control and Automation Laboratory and Coordinator of PLC Research Group for research and training, Engineering Physics Study Program and Instrumentation and Control Research Division, Institut Teknologi Bandung. PENDAHULUAN BEARING AND OIL LUBRICATION

Pelumas merupakan darahnya mesin dan bearin (bantalan) merupakan bagian mesin yang sangat vital. Ke dua komponen tersebut tidak akan dapat dipisahkan dan sangat menentukan terjadinya kerusakan. Pemilohan standar bearing dan pelumas harus tepat karena akan menentukan life time mesin.

Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi Bearing and Oil Lubrication for Machinery.
