DESKRIPSI TRAINING CONTROL VALVE

Elemen kontrol yang paling utama dalam proses kontrol industri adalah control valve. Control valve memanipulasi cairan mengalir, seperti gas, uap, air, atau senyawa kimia, untuk mengimbangi gangguan beban dan menjaga proses regulasi variabel diatur sedekat mungkin dengan set point yang diinginkan. Control valve assembly biasanya terdiri dari badan katup, bagian internal, aktuator untuk memberikan motive power untuk mengoperasikan valve, dan berbagai aksesoris valve tambahan, yang dapat mencakup positioner, transduser, supply pressure regulators, operator manual, snubbers, atau limit switch. Control valve atau perakitan control valve tidak sepenting mengakui bahwa control valve adalah bagian penting dari control loop. Hal ini tidak akurat untuk mengatakan bahwa control valve adalah bagian paling penting dari loop. Control loop adalah sebagai rantai instrumentasi. Seperti rantai lainnya, seluruh rantai hanya sebagai baik sebagai link terlemah. Hal ini penting untuk memastikan bahwa katup kontrol tidak link terlemah. SASARAN TRAINING ARTIFIAL LIFT METHODS

Setelah menyelesaikan kursus ini diharapkan peserta dapat

  • Memahami prinsip-prinsip dasar perhitungan reservoir minyak bumi yang berhubungan dengan penggunaan gas-lift, sucker-rod, electric submersible, hydraulic dan jet pump.
  • Melakukan diagnosis sederhana dan memengerti pengelolaan data sumuran minyak yang diproduksi dengan, gas lift, sucker rod pumping, electric submersible, hydraulic dan jet pump.

Ir. Sudiharto, MT,  is alumnus from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) department of petroleum engineering. Ir. Sudiharto besides as instructor and researcher at Geothermal Laboratory ITB, he is also being as Production Engineer at LAPI ITB, Production & Reservoir Analist and  expert board (Dewan Pakar) at Forum Komunikasi Daerah Penghasil Migas, and joining in Community Development Team Dirjen Migas since 2003.

TRAINING DESCRIPTION ADVANCED FLOW MEASUREMENT

Flow is one of four major variables that can be found in industries. As flow has different characteristics compared to pressure, level or temperature, it is necessary to understand behavior, type of flow, selection of sensors and transducers and also type of control valve for control purposes. In many application, it is necessary to determine the magnitude and/or direction of the flow-velocity at a point in the fluid and how this varies from point to point. Sometimes the qualitative information is sufficiently available from direct visual observation. However, most methods also allow quantitative analysis by inserting velocity probes to obtain accurate point measurements. Flow measurement and instrumentation training program will present type of probes, measurement methods, analysis, flow control system and its elements.

Ir.Endra Joelianto, Ph.D. is an expert in control engineering and industrial automation. His outstanding research is: Hybrid Control Systems, Discrete Event Control Systems, Petri Nets Analysis and Application on PLC, Robust and Advanced PID Controller and its implementation on PLC, DCS, Fieldbus, Industrial automation and Advanced Control System Designs. He received first degree (Ir.) in Engineering Physics in 1990 from Department of Engineering Physics, ITB and Doctor of Philosofy (PhD.) in Control Engineering in 2001 from Department of Engineering, The Australian National University, Canberra, Australia.  He is Head of Intelligent Control and Automation Laboratory and Coordinator of PLC Research Group for research and training, Engineering Physics Study Program and Instrumentation and Control Research Division, Institut Teknologi Bandung. Ir. Maridjo,MT. is alumnus from Mechanical Engineering Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB). He has been lecturer at PEDC and now as lecturer at mechanical engineering Polytechnique ITB (POLBAN). Ir. Maridjo has taught many topics related to his expertise to many companies in Indonesia, such as predictive and preventive maintenance, lubrication system, diesel machine, pump, gas turbine, piping and pipeline, compressor, boiler, and many others. Many participants from companies have been trained and collaborated with him such as Chevron, Semen Gresik, semen Baturaja, Pertamina, Pusri, GGPC, employee of Qatar and lybia oil and gas company, UP IV Balongan pertamina, PT. Indocement, some PLTA, some hotels, PT.Pupuk Kujang, PT.Bio Farma, BPPT, PT. Bintang Agung, some other oil and gas companies in Indonesia and etc. Ir.Maridjo has been researching and publishing the results on his core competencies on academics standing.

Web programming yang banyak digunakan adalah web programming berbasis PHP dan MySQL. PHP (akronim dari PHP Hypertext Preprocessor) yang merupakan bahasa pemrogramman berbasis web yang memiliki kemampuan untuk memproses data dinamis. PHP dikatakan sebagai sebuah server-side embedded script language artinya sintaks-sintaks dan perintah yang kita berikan akan sepenuhnya dijalankan oleh server tetapi disertakan pada halaman HTML biasa. Aplikasi-aplikasi yang dibangun oleh PHP pada umumnya akan memberikan hasil pada web browser, tetapi prosesnya secara keseluruhan dijalankan di server.
MySQL adalah sebuah implementasi dari sistem manajemen basisdata relasional (RDBMS) yang didistribusikan secara gratis dibawah lisensi GPL (General Public License). Setiap pengguna dapat secara bebas menggunakan MySQL, namun dengan batasan perangkat lunak tersebut tidak boleh dijadikan produk turunan yang bersifat komersial.
MySQL adalah database yang sangat popular digunakan bersama PHP. PHP dengan MySQL adalah kombinasi yang baik untuk menampilkan kekuatan sesungguhnya dari Server-Side scripting.
