Deskripsi Training Manajemen Keselamatan Gudang

Gudang (warehouse) merupakan salah satu elemen vital yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan. Di dalam gudang terdapat berbagai macam aset perusahaan, baik berupa raw material, barang setengah jadi (work in process), barang jadi (finished good), spare part, bahan-bahan kimia, yang semua itu perlu dijaga dengan baik agar produktivitas perusahaan tetap maksimal. Salah satu hal yang perlu diperhatikan adalah mengenai keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja di pergudangan agar dapat mencegah dan mengurangi kerugian bagi perusahaan dari berbagai aspek (biaya, waktu, kepercayaan, produktivitas). Terlebih proses kerja di gudang memiliki resiko keselamatan yang tidak sedikit, sehingga setiap fungsi bisnis di perusahaan perlu untuk memberikan perhatian khusus pada penanganan dan manajemen keselamatan gudang ini.

 

Tujuan Training Manajemen Keselamatan Gudang

  1. Memberikan pelatihan untuk memanage gudang dalam bingkai kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (K3) yang dapat meningkatkan produktivitas perusahaan

PENDAHULUAN:

Process Safety Management (PSM) atau Manajemen Keselamatan Proses (MKP) dilaksanakan oleh perusahaan-perusahaan atau industri kimia/ petro-chemical, minyak & gas bumi (migas) setelah beberapa kejadian fatal yang telah banyak menelan korban jiwa dan harta benda seperti kasus Flixborough (Juni 1974), Seveso (Juli 1976), Bhopal (Desember 1984), Piper Alpha (Juli 1988), dan lain sebagainya .

Dalam pelaksanaan PSM/ MKP ini, industri-industri tersebut diatas berpedoman kepada beberapa referensi internasional, antara lain :

  1. API RP 750 (Management of Process Hazards).
  2. OSHA 29 CFR 1910.119 (Process Safety Management of Highly Hazardous Chemicals, Explosives & Blasting Agents).
  3. CCPS-AIChE (Technical Management of Chemical Process Safety).

 

TUJUAN DAN MANFAAT TRAINING PROCESS SAFETY MANAGEMENT

Peserta training akan dapat :

  1. Mengetahui & mengerti tujuan dan fungsi PSM dan elemen-elemen atau komponen-komponen PSM (antara 11 s/d 13 elemen).
  2. Menganalisa dan melaksanakan masing-masing elemen PSM, apakah sudah sesuai dengan ketentuan dari API atau OSHA atau CCPS-AIChE.
  3. SAFETY MANAGEMENT FOR SUPERVISORS AND MANAGERS TRAINING INTRODUCTION 

Para supervisor dan manajer sangat berperan penting dalam peran dan tanggung jawabnya untuk memastikan bahwa bagian-bagian perusahaan yang dibawah kendalinya beroperasi pada tingkat efisiensi maksimum, tidak hanya dibidang produksi dan mutu tetapi juga dibidang Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) atau Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) atau dikenal dengan istilah Safety.

Ir. Didi Sugandi,Bc.M was born inBandung August 21, 1950. He studied at Akademi Minyak dan Gas Bumi (AKAMIGAS)/ Oil & Natural Gas Academy, Cepu, Central Java (1973-1977), graduated as Bachelor of Petroleum Engineering (Bakaloreat Minyak or Bc. M), under sponsorship or study assignment of PT Stanvac Indonesia and he also studied at University of Pembangunan Nasional (UPN) Veteran, Yogyakarta (1986-1991), graduated as Petroleum Engineer (Ir.), under sponsorship or study assignment of Huffco/VICO Indonesia. His work experiences is 39 years in oil and gas companies and 1 year in geothermal, detailly as follows:

  1. 1970 – 1981 : PT Stanvac Indonesia Pendopo, South Sumatera (Production Dept., Study Assignment at AKAMIGAS Cepu, Safety & Equipment Inspection Dept.)
  2. 1981 – 1997 : Huffco / VICO Indonesia, East Kalimantan (Production Dept., Manpower Planning & Development, Study Assignment at UPN Veteran Yogyakarta, Production Dept., Loss Prevention & Environment Dept./LPED, HSE System Dept.)
  3. 1997 – 1998 : Karaha Bodas Company (KBC-Geothermal Drilling Project, Garut, West Java, HSE Dept.) & Sumitomo Corporation (Geothermal Power Plant Construction Project, Pangalengan, West Java, HSE Dept.)
  4. 1999 – 2002 : JOB Pertamina-Gulf Resources, Jambi, Sumatera, HSE Dept. (under contract services of SUCOFINDO Main Office Jakarta & PT Guna Persada Engineering)
  5. 2003 – now : Caltex/Chevron Pacific Indonesia (CPI), Riau, Sumatera, HES Management System Audit Project in Drilling & Wellwork Operations (under contract services of PT Surveyor Indonesia – Pekanbaru)

TRANSPORTATION SAFETY TRAINING INTRODUCTION

There were many accidents in industrial transportation (land, marine and air transportation) due to some causes such as human factors ( operators, drivers, helpers,  load masters, etc. ); equipment failures / malfunction (example : vehicles, mobile heavy equipment, crew boats, supply boats, tug boats, oil barges, helicopters, etc.) ; environment conditions and the last but not the least : INADEQUATE and LACK OF TRANSPORTATION SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. The purpose of this safety management system is to ensure that transportation activities are well planned, organized actuated or directed and controlled so that risks are minimized and transportation is conducted in compliance with applicable Local, Government of Indonesia ( GOI ) or National and International Laws and Regulations as well as the Best Recognized Practices / Standards.

INTRODUCTION BASIC SAFETY MANAGEMENT

Banyak kecelakaan yang sebenarnya tidak perlu terjadi, pada kenyataannya terjadi dan sangat merugikan. Karena itu diperlukan pengetahuan untuk mencegahnya agar kerugian dapat dihindari. Semua kecelakaan yang pernah terjadi ada sebabnya, semua sebab bisa dicari dan diketahui, dan dihindari sehingga semua kecelakaan bisa diminimalisir sampai tercapai bebas kecelakaan. He got his B.Sc in Public Health from APK Surabaya in 1971 and was graduated from Economic Management Sriwidjaja University, UNSRI, Palembang in 1996. He has certificates in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) from Depnakertrans RI/Institutions and Universities in Indonesia, institutions and Universities in UK, and National Safety Council. Pupuk Sriwidjaja, and External lead auditor SMK3 for Indonesian Association Fertilizer Producer. He has been teaching industrial training classes for many classes related to topics of his competencies, HSE. He has more than 29 years working experiences in Petrochemical industry are. He had  provided HSE management program development and implementation as well as risk assessment leadership ,HSE Management System and Environmental Management System Internal Auditor on PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Urea Fertilizer Company Palembang. He had led “step change” HSE improvement in all assignments. On The Last past 5 years He has done as  Advisory service  in HSE Management System,HSE Training program  Development and trainer, HSE Auditor, HSE Coordinator in a variety of areas ranging from oil/gas production, pipeline operations, and chemical plants.

He appeared as a speaker in HSE Indonesian / Asian Pacific Region Seminars and Conferences.

He also had attended many special training and courses during his career, such as HSE Specialist in Chemical Safety, Fundamental of Industrial Hygiene, OHS Management System , OHS Management System Auditor, Hazop leaders and Hazards assessment , The measurement of the occupational environment, Environmental Impact Issues Analysis(AMDAL A),  Workplace Control, Engine noise and vibration control and many more.

Tujuan TRAINING SAFETY OFFICER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

Kecelakaan adalah kejadian yang tidak diharapkan semua orang, karena kecelakaan dapat merugikan semua pihakyang terkait bahkan sampai Negara. Di Tempat Kerja, kecelakaan selalu menghantui karyawan terendah sampai pimpinan perusahaan, para pemegang saham dan pihak-pihak lain yang terkait. Banyak kecelakaan yang sebenarnya tidak perlu terjadi, tetapi bisa terjadi dan sangat merugikan. Karena itu diperlukan pengetahuan untuk mencegahnya agar kerugian dapat dihindarkan. Semua kecelakaan yang pernah terjadi ada sebabnya, semua sebab bisa dicari dan diketahui, karena itu semua sebab kecelakaan dapat dihindari sehingga semua kecelakaan bisa ditiadakan, sampai tercapai bebas kecelakaan. Salah satu cara mencegah Kecelakaan Kerja yaitu dengan menerapkan kaidah-kaidah Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja di tempat kerja, yang harus dipatuhi oleh semua karyawan. Bagaimana caranya ? Ikuti pelatihan “Safety Untuk Pemula” yang berupa training dikelas, dilanjutkan dengan diskusi, work shop dan studi kasus pencegahan kecelakaan di tempat kerja. Diharapkan, peserta bisa mengembangkan ketrampilannya dan mau melakukan tindakan pencegahan kecelakaan ditempat kerjanya, sehingga dapat mengurangi resiko kecelakaan ditempat kerjanya masing-masing.

Bambang Pamudji, B.Sc.,SE. has much real experiences, he is former Senior Health and Safety staff at PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja,PUSRI(Urea Fertilizer Manufacturer) Palembang. He was born in Pasuruan East Java, 14 March 1950. He got his B.Sc in Public Health from APK Surabaya in 1971 and was graduated from Economic Management Sriwidjaja University, UNSRI, Palembang in 1996. He has certificates in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) from Depnakertrans RI/Institutions and Universities in Indonesia, institutions and Universities in UK, and National Safety Council. Experienced in setting up Health and Safety Management System documentation and its application. Experienced internal lead auditor SMK3 in PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja, and External lead auditor SMK3 for Indonesian Association Fertilizer Producer. He has been teaching industrial training classes for many classes related to topics of his competencies, HSE. Many participants from many companies in Indonesia have participated in his training classes.
