DESKRIPSI TRAINING TOTAL PRODUCTIVE MAINTENANCE

Peningkatan keandalan (reliabilitas) operasi sangat dipengaruhi oleh perawatan dan pemeliharaan mesin dan peralatan secara terpadu, baik perawatan secara prediktive (predictive maintenance) maupun korektif (corective maintenance). Mesin atau alat-alat produksi yang beroperasi secara terus menerus tanpa perawatan akan menyebabkan umur teknis dan ekonomisnya menjadi berkurang. Maka dari itu para teknisi atau bagian maintenance perlu melakukan perawatan secara berkala agar tidak mengurangi produktivitas yang dihasilkan dan tidak mengganggu jalannya proses produksi. Melihat hal tersebut, konsep Total Productivity Maintenance (TPM) dianggap cocok untuk digunakan dalam rangka memaksimalkan produktivitas dari peralatan seumur hidup dan akan memperpanjang umur peralatan.

Provide the participants the theory and practical aspects of preventive and  predictive maintenance technology.

The course will cover topics on maintenance information how preventive and     predictive maintenance management, total productive maintenance, parameter monitoring and analysis,  schedule maintenance,  maintenance budget estimation, and equipments condition monitoring .

Maintenance Management adalah suatu manajemen perawatan mesin tentang tata cara melakukan kegiatan maintenance mesin-mesin dalam suatu pabrik secara efektif dan efisien. Perawatan merupakan bagian yang sangat penting guna menjamin keberlangsungan kegiatan produksi dari sebuah instalasi industri. Beragamnya jenis peralatan, teknologi yang digunakan, kondisi kerja peralatan dan sebagainya membuat jenis perawatannyapun sangat beragam, dimana setiap metoda perawatan akan sangat sesuai dengan kondisi spesifik peralatan maupun operasinya. Pada pelatihan ini peserta diharapkan akan mampu memahami jeis-jenis perawatan serta peneraannya di industri, sehingga dapat menganalisa ataupun memahami metoda perawatan yang dilaksanakannya.

DESKRIPSI TRAINING ROTATING EQUIPMENT

Most of plant’s equipments are rotary. Therefore, understanding the principles of rotating equipments is very essential. Identification of failure modes and monitoring methods of failure symptom are important as well, for establishing the most effective maintenance program. This course begins with discussing the definition of rotating equipments, their types and their primary functions, as well as the general characteristics of rotating equipments in relation with their performance. Then, a detailed discussion on primary rotating equipments, namely pumps, compressors, turbines and fans/blowers, will be given. The discussion includes the classification for each type, the performance characteristics and the frequent failure modes. This course is closed with a procedure to conduct alignment of axles and predictive maintenance for rotating equipments
