Experience in Marine & Oil Terminal/ Port operation as Person in Charge in the port operation and facilities, Head of Marine and Terminal Product Movement, Act Superintendent, such responsible for Marine & Terminal Installation, maintenance and operation; Ship shore – Shore Loading Procedure; Oil and gas processing; Calibration such equipment; Co-work with official government.
Mooring Master/ Head of Mooring Master at Unocal (Indonesian–American Oil Company) at Santan Terminal. LATAR BELAKANG :

Getaran berlebihan pada mesin dapat disebabkan oleh mislignment, mislevelling dan unbalance yang dapat mengakibatkan life time dari mesin rendah. Setiap mesin yang diinstalasi atau dirakit tidak diperbolehkan melebihi standar misalignment, mislevelling, dan unbalance. Semakin tinggi putaran mesin yang digunakan maka harus semakin teliti dalam melakukan leveling, alignment, dan balancing. Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi Alignment, Levelling, and Rotor Balancing.

  1. Pendahuluan (Pengertian perawatan, pentingnya program perawatan, organisasi departemen, konsep dasar pembentukan departemen perawatan).
  2. Perawatan di Industri (Tugas departemen perawatan, pekerjaan-pekerjaan dasar program preventive maintenance, keuntungan diterapkannya program perawatan, prosedur merawatan, kebutuhan sumber daya perawatan).
  3. Preventive Maintenance (Evolusi program perawatan, perencanaan perawatan, sasaran perencanaan perawatan, penentuan masalah, estimasi pekerjaan perawatan, kebutuhan untuk perencanaan perawatan).
  4. Schedule maintenance (Perencanaan awal perawatan berkala, inventarisasi peralatan, data historis mesin, penentuan waktu perawatan).
