DESKRIPSI TRAINING MAINTENANCE PLANNING & SCHEDULING 

Profit merupakan salah satu tujuan perusahaan yang akan sulit tercapai apabila terlalu banyak biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk berbagai keperluan, diantaranya biaya maintenance. Peningkatan biaya maintenance bisa diakibatkan oleh meningkatnya jumlah kerusakan mesin. Untuk menanganinya diperlukan sistem pendukung yang efektif dan efisien, salah satunya melalui support dari departemen yang mendukung sistem produksi tersebut yaitu departemen pemeliharaan. Keterlibatan tim perawatan selain dalam hal kerusakan, perbaikan, dan service, juga sewaktu diadakan instalasi mesin dan peralatan yang baru, pengetesan penerimaan mesin (acceptance test), perawatan preventif, dan rekalibrasi mesin.

Perencanaan perawatan sebagai proses pemilihan informasi dan pembuatan asumsi mengenai keadaan di masa yang akan datang guna mengembangkan lintasan kegiatan perawatan, reparasi, dan pekerjaan overhaul. Penjadwalan dalam perawatan adalah penjadwalan dalam sistem kerja perawatan merupakan rencana kerja yang tersusun dan saling terkait satu sama lainnya dengan berbasis waktu guna mengefektifkan kerja, sehingga akan diperoleh hasil yang baik berdampak pada laju produktivitas. Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal yang bisa didapatkan melalui kegiatan pelatihan yang akan meningkatkan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi berkaitan dengan Maintenance Planning and Scheduling.

Deskripsi Training Maintenance Integrated Planning

Manajemen perencanaan yang matang akan berdampak pada tercapainya semua tujuan yang telah dirancang oleh sebuah Industri. Salah satu tujuan perusahaan adalah profit, Profit banyak digerogoti oleh biaya-biaya, diantaranya biaya maintenance. Peningkatan biaya maintenance diakibatkan oleh meningkatnya jumlah kerusakan mesin. Oleh sebab itu System Maintenance sangat diperlukan untuk menurunkan jumlah kerusakan mesin.
Banyak perusahaan telah melakukan system MAINTENANCE di bagian Produksi
(Autonomous Maintenance) maupun bagian Maintenance (Planned Maintenance), tetapi system tersebut belum menunjukan jumlah penurunan kerusakan mesin produksi yang significant.
Hal ini, dikarenakan tidak dilakukannya aktifitas check Maintenance secara tepat dan konsisten. Ketidak konsistenan ini disebabkan oleh item check Maintenance yang tidak di-Visualisasi secara efektif.

DESKRIPSI TRAINING MAINTENANCE PLANNING AND SCHEDULING

Maintenance Planning and Scheduling is designed to build competency in Work Control as a primary skill set in the Competency Map for Facilities Maintenance Management. The course will focus on the six phases of work management (work identification, planning, prioritization, scheduling, execution and history capture). Also covered will be: optimizing preventive and condition-monitoring activities, critical equipment analysis and critical spares control, managing shutdowns/turnarounds, emergency response work, and developing meaningful Key Performance Indicators. The objective of this course is to develop a sound understanding of work control so that delegates’ work management systems can be improved and streamlined to gain the results of higher productivity, greater equipment/process reliability, and lower operational costs. Critical issues, relevant to the participant’s own experiences, are identified and analyzed to maximize effectiveness and equipment care standards.

Deskripsi Training Maintenance Integrated Planning

Manajemen perencanaan yang matang akan berdampak pada tercapainya semua tujuan yang telah dirancang oleh sebuah Industri. Maintenance Planning, Scheduling, Cost Control and Outage Management is designed to build competency in Work Control as a primary skill set in the Competency Map for Facilities Maintenance Management. The course will focus on the six phases of work management (work identification, planning, prioritization, scheduling, execution and history capture). Also covered will be: optimizing preventive and condition-monitoring activities, critical equipment analysis and critical spares control, managing shutdowns/turnarounds, emergency response work, and developing meaningful Key Performance Indicators. The objective of this course is to develop a sound understanding of work control so that delegates’ work management systems can be improved and streamlined to gain the results of higher productivity, greater equipment/process reliability, and lower operational costs. Critical issues, relevant to the participant’s own experiences, are identified and analyzed to maximize effectiveness and equipment care standards.

PENDAHULUAN

Untuk menangani mesin dan peralatan produksi yang dimiliki pabrik diperlukan sistem pendukung yang efektif dan efisien mengingat kecanggihan dan harga mesin dan peralatan tersebut. Salah satu pendukung departemen yang mendukung sistem produksi tersebut adalah departemen pemeliharaan. Keterlibatan tim perawatan selain dalam hal kerusakan, perbaikan, dan service, juga sewaktu diadakan instalasi mesin dan peralatan yang baru, pengetesan penerimaan mesin (acceptance test), perawatan preventif, dan rekalibrasi mesin.

Perencanaan perawatan sebagai proses pemilihan informasi dan pembuatan asumsi mengenai keadaan di masa yang akan datang guna mengembangkan lintasan kegiatan perawatan, reparasi, dan pekerjaan overhaul. Penjadwalan dalam perawatan adalah penjadwalan dalam sistem kerja perawatan merupakan rencana kerja yang tersusun dan saling terkait satu sama lainnya dengan berbasis waktu guna mengefektifkan kerja, sehingga akan diperoleh hasil yang baik berdampak pada laju produktivitas.

Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi Perencanaan dan Penjadwalan Perawatan.

MAINTENANCE PLANNING AND SCHEDULING TRAINING INTRODUCTION 

The advancement in technology has tremendously increased the efficiency, product quality and production capacity of production plants to meet the market demands and competitions. However, it also has increased the complexity of the equipments as well as the procedures and efforts to operate and maintain the equipments. Unawareness of this development leads to jeopardizing the increased efficiency and production capacity.

Current maintenance management in Indonesia shows that most of maintenance activities are breakdown repair, which is never efficient. Breakdown repairs also result in a loss of production capacity as well as a long downtime. An effective maintenance Planning and Scheduling will reduce the amount of breakdown repairs and shifting it to a higher proportion of preventive maintenance. Maintenance units without a good planning and scheduling will utilize only about 25% of the available time of the technician, while a good planning and scheduling will double this percentage by eliminating and reducing anticipated delays.

This course explain why and how to achieve the doubling of percentage of “wrench time”, the actual time where technicians conducting maintenance activities. The Planning Principles are the core of the improvement. The Basics of Planning describes the methods to develop a work order, identify the scope of the work, the required skills, parts and tools. Scheduling has also Principles and method that must be followed in order to reach the doubling. Furthermore, performance indicators will be discussed to measure and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of maintenance Planning and Scheduling. This course is closed with the method to manage the budget, resources and to implement predictive maintenance.

TRAINING INSTRUCTOR

Dr. Ir. Edy Suwondo is a lecturer at the Aerospace Engineering Department, Institute Technology of Bandung (ITB) and a member of the Aircraft Design, Operation and Maintenance Research Group, ITB. He has been working in the area of maintenance since 1992. His expertise is in Reliability Centered Maintenance, Reliability Control Program, Maintenance Planning and Life Cycle Costing. He has conducted various research in those area at GMF AeroAsia, Royal Dutch Airlines (KLM), Nusantara Turbine and Propulsion (PT NTP) and Indonesian Aerospace Company (IAe). He involves also in various projects in his research group. Mr. Edy Suwondo received his bachelor degree from the Aerospace Engineering ITB and his doctor degree from Aerospace Engineering, Delft University of Technology (TU Delft), The Netherlands. His doctor research was in the applications of Life Cycle Costing in maintenance area.

Lebih dari 60% waktu yang dialokasikan untuk pekerjaan pemeliharaan (wrench time) dihabiskan untuk melakukan pekerjaan non direct maintenance job diantaranya: menerima instruksi 5%, mendapatkan tools dan Material 12%, travel dari dan ke area pekerjaan 15%, delay karena koordinasi 8%, idle di job site 5%, lambat start dan cepat turun/istirahat 5%, Istirahat breaks 10% dan excessive personal time 5%, sisanya 35-40% adalah direct maintenance work. Karenanya agar waktu yang dipakai untuk direct maintenance work > 65% diperlukanperan/ kontribusi dari Maintenance Planning and Scheduling

OVERVIEW MAINTENANCE PLANNING, SCHEDULING, COST CONTROL AND OUTAGE MANAGEMENT

Maintenance Planning, Scheduling, Cost Control and Outage Management is designed to build competency in Work Control as a primary skill set in the Competency Map for Facilities Maintenance Management. The course will focus on the six phases of work management (work identification, planning, prioritization, scheduling, execution and history capture). Also covered will be: optimizing preventive and condition-monitoring activities, critical equipment analysis and critical spares control, managing shutdowns/turnarounds, emergency response work, and developing meaningful Key Performance Indicators. The objective of this course is to develop a sound understanding of work control so that delegates’ work management systems can be improved and streamlined to gain the results of higher productivity, greater equipment/process reliability, and lower operational costs. Critical issues, relevant to the participant’s own experiences, are identified and analyzed to maximize effectiveness and equipment care standards.
