Deskripsi Training Sumber Daya Teknologi Informasi For Oil and Gas

Peranan pengelola IT disebuah perusahaan, adalah penting dalam memaksimalkan pemanfaatan sistem IT dilingkungan kerjanya. Partisipasi dalam proses otomatisasi, model perencanaan, pengendalian dan pengintegrasian sebuah sistem merupakan peranan pengelola IT yang dapat digunakan pada perusahaan Oil and Gas.  Peranan Utama pengelola dalam membina hubungan secara interpersonal (figure, leadership), informational (monitor dan disseminator) dan pengambilan keputusan (entrepreneur, distrubance, handler, resource allocator, dan negotiator) menjadi layak untuk dipelajari agar sebuah sistem IT berjalan sesuai harapan.

Deskripsi Training Cobit 5 Awareness

Sejak kemunculannya, Teknologi Informasi (Information Technology / IT) merupakan alat bantu utama bagi industri finansial untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional. Penerapan IT yang baik dapat membantu perbankan dalam menghadapi kondisi ini. Lebih lanjutnya, IT saat ini menjadi enabler berbagai layanan berbasis IT, seperti Layanan ATM, EDC, atau e-Channel.

Investasi TI dunia berkembang dengan pesatnya tetapi realisasi IT value masih dipertanyakan melalui berbagai fenomena IT Paradox. Hasil survey Standish Group menyatakan hanya 35% proyek TI yang dinilai sukses menghantarkan value, sisanya gagal parsial atau bahkan total. Berbagai riset terkini menunjukkan kontribusi praktik IT Governance dalam meningkatkan delivery value TI bahkan mampu menunjukkan korelasi positif terhadap growth revenue perusahaan.

IT yang baik perlu dikelola dengan baik pula. Jika tidak dikelola dengan baik, maka IT dapat menjadi bumerang, karena operasional bisnis perbankan dapat terganggu jika IT mengalami kegagalan. Untuk itu, OJK (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) berencana meningkatkan persyaratan assurance IT bagi perbankan, yang mencakup:

  • Tata kelola IT (IT Governance) yang baik
  • Peningkatan perencanaan dan investasi IT dengan Rencana Strategis IT / IT Masterplan dan keselarasannya dengan pengembangan dan operasional system dan arsitektur  teknis TI.
  • IT Risk Management & Business Continuity Plan / Disaster Recovery Plan
  • IT Audit dan continuous improvement.

ISACA (IS Audit Control and Association) pada tahun 2012 telah merilis satu framework integratif dari berbagai well‐known referensi best practices sebelumnya menjadi 1 produk COBIT5. Melalui kerangka ini dikenalkan 37 proses, 5 prinsip, 7 enabler serta 7 step implementasi IT Governance dan Management disertai dengan metode capability assessment baru yang mengacu ke ISO15504 series.

COBIT 5 for Assurance merupakan referensi terbaru dari ISACA yang dirilis tahun 2013 ini yang selaras dengan referensi lainnya seperti ITAF (ISACA), IPPF (IIA), SSAE (AICPA), merupakan guidance untuk melakukan assurance terhadap enabler governance dan management of enterprise IT.

Inti dari assurance adalah kepastian dan jaminan dari sesuatu hal yang bisa meragukan atau merugikan terutama manfaat dan risiko dari TI dalam pencapaian tujuan perusahaan.

Oleh karena itulah perlu pemahaman yang komprehensif terhadap implementasi COBIT 5 sebagai tools untuk tata kelola dan assurance TI di industri perbankan.

 

Metode Training Cobit 5 Awareness

Pelatihan ini menggunakan metode interaktif, dimana peserta dikenalkan kepada konsep, framework/proses dan implementasi COBIT 5, diberikan contoh kasus dan  aplikasi untuk melakukan proses dan implementasi COBIT 5, berlatih melakukan proses dan implementasi COBIT 5 pada contoh kasus.

Deskripsi Training ITSM based IT-IL

Perubahan lanskap bisnis dan teknologi belakangan ini membuat persaingan antar perusahaan semakin ketat, terlihat dari banyaknya penawaran produk dan layanan berbasis TI yang menarik bagi pelanggan di perkotaan maupun pedesaan untuk bertransaksi dengan menggunakan layanan teknologi informasi dengan mudah cepat kapan saja dan dimana saja. Oleh karena itu berbagai industri dari mulai perbankan sampai ecommerce industry perlu meningkatkan kinerja layanan dan operasional TI untuk memenangi kompetisi.

Sejak kemunculannya, Teknologi Informasi (Information Technology / IT) merupakan alat bantu utama bagi berbagai industri dari finansial sampai oil and gas dari public company sampai private company untuk meningkatkan kinerja layanan dan operasional serta keunggulan kompetitif disbanding pesaing. Penerapan IT yang baik dapat membantu memenangkan kompetisi dan meraih pelanggan lebih banyak lagi. ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) sebagai standar layanan berbasiskan Teknologi Informasi sangat membantu meningkatkan  kinerja TI di berbagai industri termasuk industry finansial dan perbankan. ITIL atau Information Technology Infrastructure Library adalah suatu rangkaian framework/metodologi pengelolaan infrastruktur, pengembangan, serta operasi teknologi informasi (TI).

Dari perspektif bisnis, penerapan ITIL practices di industry perbankan memiliki benefit diantaranya:

  • IT services yang mampu menyelaraskan secara lebih baik  dengan  prioritas dan tujuan bisnis.
  • Mengetahui IT Cost sehingga bisnis mampu membuat perencanaan keuangan dengan lebih baik
  • Meningkatkan produktifitas bisnis, efisiensi, dan efektifitas karena IT services lebih terpercaya dan bekerja lebih baik bagi business user

  • Lebih efektif dalam change management, yang memungkinkan bisnis dapat terus mengikuti perubahan dan  mengarahkan perubahan bisnis  ke pencapaian keuntungan

Oleh karena itulah perlu pemahaman yang komprehensif terhadap implementasi ITIL sebagai tools untuk meningkatkan IT Service/ layanan dan operasional TI di industri perbankan.

ITIL diterbitkan dalam suatu rangkaian buku yang masing-masing membahas suatu topik pengelolaan TI. Nama ITIL dan IT Infrastructure Library merupakan merek dagang terdaftar dari Office of Government Commerce (OGC) Britania Raya. ITIL memberikan deskripsi detail tentang beberapa praktik TI penting dengan daftar cek, tugas, serta prosedur yang menyeluruh yang dapat disesuaikan dengan segala jenis organisasi TI.

Walaupun dikembangkan sejak dasawarsa 1980-an, penggunaan ITIL baru meluas pada pertengahan 1990-an dengan spesifikasi versi keduanya (ITIL v2) yang paling dikenal dengan dua set bukunya yang berhubungan dengan ITSM (IT Service Management), yaitu Service Delivery (Antar Layanan) dan Service Support (Dukungan Layanan).

Pada 30 Juni 2007, OGC menerbitkan versi ketiga ITIL (ITIL v3) yang intinya terdiri dari lima bagian dan lebih menekankan pada pengelolaan siklus hidup layanan yang disediakan oleh teknologi informasi. Dan kini telah diterbitkan juga ITIL v3 Foundation 2011 dengan ada beberapa perbaikan pada diagram dan konsep sekalipun masih bersifat sama dalam hal pemahaman. Kelima bagian tersebut adalah:

  2. Service Design
  3. Service Transition
  4. Service Operation
  5. Continual Service Improvement

Setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini, para peserta diharapkan mampu:

  • Memahami konsep dari pengelolaan IT berbasis layanan (IT Service Management) berdasarkan framework IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) versi 3.

Lingkungan bisnis yang dengan cepat terus berubah dan makin kompleks membutuhkan kemampuan pimpinan perusahaan untuk terus keep in touch dengan lingkungan yang kompetitif. Perusahaan harus dapat mendeteksi perubahan yang terjadi, baik itu perubahan pada kompetitor, teknologi yang digunakan, perubahan demografi, perubahan sosial dan budaya, ataupun perubahan dalam perilaku konsumen. Perusahaan yang mampu mengantisipasi perubahan dan beradaptasi adalah perusahaan yang akan terus bertahan dan berkembang.

Tahap penting dalam perencanaan strategi untuk adaptasi adalah kegiatan riset praktis yang terstruktur dan sistematis. Dengan dilengkapi prosedur baku yang dilakukan dengan baik, analisis data yang tepat, maka hasil riset dapat digunakan sebagai masukan untuk mengetahui perubahan perilaku konsumen saat ini serta prediksi perubahan di masa mendatang. Dengan masukan penting ini, perusahaan dapat menyusun beragam strategi untuk mengantisipasi perubahan yang terjadi.

Pelatihan ini dibagi menjadi dua bagian; pertama adalah merancang riset praktis dalam upaya memprediksi perilaku konsumen, dan bagian kedua adalah penggunaan software aplikasi populer, seperti Excel dan SPSS, untuk analisis data riset dan memberi rekomendasi yang relevan dan tajam. Setelah pelatihan ini, diharapkan peserta akan dapat melakukan riset perilaku konsumen dengan baik dan benar, dan memanfaatkan hasil riset untuk mengantisipasi perubahan lingkungan bisnis dan memenagnkan kompetisi.

DESCRIPTION IT RISK MANAGEMENT 

The IT risk management is the application of risk management to Information technology context in order to manage IT risk, i.e.: The business risk associated with the use, ownership, operation, involvement, influence and adoption of IT within an enterprise.

IT risk management can be considered a component of a wider Enterprise risk management system.

Risk management is the identification, assessment, and prioritization of risks followed by coordinated and economical application of resources to minimize, monitor, and control the probability and/or impact of unfortunate events or to maximize the realization of opportunities.

This training is built around globally accepted standards such as ISO 31000:2009 and frameworks such as ISACA’s Risk IT, and NIST and OCTAVE guidelines for risk management.

IT Asset Management Training Background 

The IT Asset Management course is designed specifically for the executives in the organization and for those who have asset management responsibilities.

This course teaches the participants the methods in identifying all aspects as related to IT assets management, further and takes appropriate countermeasures to prevent and mitigate failure risks for an organization.
