COURSE DESCRIPTION CASP (CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner )

The CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP) Certification is a vendor-neutral credential. The CASP exam is an internationally targeted validation of advanced-level security skills and knowledge. While there is no required prerequisite, the CASP certification is intended to follow CompTIA Security+ or equivalent experience and has a technical, “hands-on” focus at the enterprise level.

CASP meets the growing demand for advanced IT security in the enterprise. Recommended for IT professionals with at least 5 years of experience, CASP certifies critical thinking and judgment across a broad spectrum of security disciplines and requires candidates to implement clear solutions in complex environments.

TARGET AUDIENCE CASP (CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner )

The CASP Certification is aimed for Cyber Security / IS Professional, Information Security Analyst, Security Architect, IT Specialist INFOSEC, IT Specialist Cybersecurity.

 

DURATION CASP (CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner )

This program is 5 days of intensive training class.

 

REQUIREMENT:

It is recommended for CASP candidates to have 10 years experience in IT administration including at least 5 years of hands-on technical security experience.

 

Assessment

At the end of the program, the participants will be assessed with 1 hour and 45 minutes of CASP Exam.

 

Award:

CASP Certification will be awarded upon successfully passing the exam from CompTIA.

PARTIAL DISCHARGE TRAINING OVERVIEW 

Partial Discharge (PD) monitoring is an effective on-line predictive maintenance test for motors and generators at 4160 volt and above, as well as other electrical distribution equipment. The benefits of online testing allow for equipment analysis and diagnostics during normal production. Corrective actions can be planned and implemented, resulting in reduced unscheduled downtime. An understanding of the theory related to PD, and the relationship to early detection of insulation deterioration is required to properly evaluate this predictive maintenance tool. This paper will present a theory to promote the understanding of PD technology, as well as various implementation and measurement techniques that have evolved in the industry. Data interpretation and corrective actions will be reviewed, in conjunction with comprehensive predictive maintenance practices that employ PD testing and analysis.

DESKRIPSI TRAINING SMKP MINERBA

Berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri ESDM Nomor 38 tahun 2014 tentang Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan Pertambangan (SMKP) Mineral dan Batubara, semua perusahaan pertambangan dan perusahaan jasa penunjangnya wajib untuk menerapkan SMKP Minerba. SMKP Minerba diterapkan untuk mewujudkan pekerja tambang yang selamat dan sehat serta operasional tambang yang aman, efisien dan produktif dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan usaha pertambangan. Untuk mencapai tingkat penerapan sistem yang optimal sehingga tercapai operasi yang aman dan produktif di lapangan, perusahaan perlu memiliki tim yang benar-benar memahami elemen-elemen SMKP secara rinci dan menyeluruh serta kompeten untuk memilih strategi yang tepat dalam proses penerapannya. Untuk itu pengembangan dan peningkatan kompetensi tentang SMKP Minerba sangat perlu untuk diberikan kepada semua karyawan, khususnya untuk para supervisor (pengawas) dan manajemen keatas. Program pelatihan ini dapat diikuti oleh setiap personel yang terlibat dalam tim implementasi SMKP Minerba agar penerapannya dapat sesuai dengan tujuan dan target perusahaan.

Deskripsi Training Safety Officer Development Program

Kecelakaan di tempat kerja merupakan kejadian yang jelas merugikan semua pihak yang terkait dalam perusahaan. Di tempat kerja, kecelakaan bisa saja siapa saja yang berada di lingkungan kerja, dari karyawan terendah sampai pimpinan perusahaan, para pemegang saham dan pihak-pihak lain yang terkait. Banyak kecelakaan yang sebenarnya tidak perlu terjadi, tetapi pada kenyataannya bisa terjadi dan dampaknya sangat merugikan. Oleh karena itu diperlukan pengetahuan untuk mencegahnya agar kerugian dapat dihindari.
Sebenarnya semua sebab dari kecelakaan bisa dicari, diketahui, dan dihindari sehingga semua kecelakaan bisa ditiadakan, sampai akhirnya tercapai bebas kecelakaan. Salah satu cara mencegah Kecelakaan Kerja yaitu dengan menerapkan kaidah-kaidah Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja di tempat kerja, yang harus dipatuhi oleh semua karyawan. Tak dipungkiri, karyawan khususnya di bagian produksi, maintenance, & orang-orang lapangan sebenarnya turut mempunyai peran yang sangat penting dalam mencegah serta menanggulangi kecelakaan dan keadaan darurat di lokasi kerja. Untuk melakukan pekerjaan tersebut dibutuhkan kompetensi yang baik agar seseorang dapat memahami setiap risiko dan bahaya serta teknik penanggulangannya. Bagaimana caranya? Salah satu caranya adalah dengan membekali karyawan melalui program pelatihan tentang safety di perusahaan (safety officer) .Diharapkan setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini peserta akan mampu mengembangkan ketrampilannya dan mau melakukan tindakan pencegahan kecelakaan ditempat kerjanya, sehingga dapat mengurangi resiko kecelakaan di tempat kerjanya masing-masing.

DESKRIPSI TRAINING ADMINISTRASI DAN PENGARSIPAN

Kantor (office) merupakan tempat untuk menerima proses, mendistribusikan dan menyimpan informasi. Pengelolaan kantor sangat bersinggungan dengan  manajemen operasional perusahaan, yaitu bagaimana proses pengelolaan data, komunikasi maupun arsip-arsip organisasi. Pengadministrasian yang baik merupakan wujud awal dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan dan turut memegang andil dalam suksesnya suatu perusahaan.

Mereka yang bekerja di bagian administrasi kantor tidak hanya menyimpan informasi, tetapi juga memastikan bahwa informasi yang akurat, relevan, handal dan memadai. Informasi yang akan didistribusikan harus dapat diandalkan, yang memenuhi kebutuhan penerima dalam pengambilan keputusan.
