INTRODUCTION TRAINING ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTION NETWORKS:

This training will be presented for the supervisors or those who handle of electrical distribution networks in industries or mining. Therefore, the reliability of performance for the distribution network will ensure a secure energy supply lasted for 24 hours per day. So the condition of the performance of the distribution network must be analyzed and maintained with routine and programmed. During the training, presentation of the materials will be presented in a comprehensive manner, through the method of presentation of these things easily lead to a more complex, and practically based to a critical analysis.

After completing this training, at the end of the activities you will be able to explain clearly about the analysis, performance, maintenance of the electrical distribution networks in the industry.

Brayan Munthe was born in May 26th 1954. He got his education from electrical engineering IKIP Padang, then diploma of technical teacher training Hawthorn Institute of Education, Melbourne, and his master program from electrical engineering universitas gadjah mada, UGM Yogyakarta. He has followed many courses in Indonesia and also abroad to improve his capabilities. He is lecturer at politeknik TEDC and also at electrical department technical education development center Bandung. He has field experiences because he has done some projects in some companies in Indonesia related to his competencies.

TRAINING OBJECTIVE PROCESS CONTROL SYSTEMS

This training program is the design of control systems for the fluid process industries from basic theory to advanced control applications. It serves as a complete reference to controller selection and tuning, controller performance evaluation, and as a design guide for configuring optimum systems. Using time-domain and relative-gain analysis throughout, it shows you how to solve common control problems and apply proven system solutions–with a minimum of effort and mathematical skill. TRAINING DESCRIPTION H2S AWARENESS

Service technicians involved in the maintenance, replacement or service operations of industrial valves and piping systems involving hydrogen sulfide shall alert personnel (including employees, service companies, and contractors) of the possibility of hydrogen sulfide atmospheric concentrations greater than 10 ppm and sulfur dioxide atmospheric concentrations greater than 2 ppm that may be encountered in the performance of their work. All personnel working in an area where concentrations of hydrogen sulfide or sulfur dioxide may reach or exceed OSHA PELs shall be provided with training prior to beginning the work assignment. All employers, whether operator, contractor, or subcontractor, shall be responsible for training and instruction of their own employees. Personnel assigned to work in areas where they may be exposed to hydrogen sulfide or sulfur dioxide shall be trained by a hydrogen sulfide safety instructor. This course will provide delegates with the additional skills, information and knowledge, along with the appropriate attitudes to enable them to identify and manage a H2S hazard, assess the risks and implement the appropriate control measures.

Ir. M. Syahri, MT, Ph.D  is alumnus from UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta (UPNYK) and Institute of Technology (ITB) department of Chemical Engineering. He has been as researcher at Oil and Gas; Renewable Energy Laboratory  UPNYK, he is also being as Senior Surface Facility Engineer in some project and Training Instructor. DESKRIPSI LEGAL ASPECT IN OIL & GAS INDUSTRIES:

Pelatihan tentang aspek hukum dalam industri minyak dan gas merupakan pelatihan komprehensif untuk memperdalam pengetahuan kita dalam aspek hukum minyak & gas industry. Pelatihan ini akan diselenggarakan dalam bahasa Inggris dan bahasa Indonesia dan diberikan oleh ahli hukum dan para otoritas yang berpengalaman dan menangani kasus dan terlibat dalam industri minyak dan gas bumi. Setelah mengikuti Pelatihan ini, peserta diharapkan untuk dapat memiliki keahlian hukum dalam rangka memahami aspek hukum minyak dan gas termasuk mengerti dan memahami:

(iv) berbagai kewajiban kontraktor kepada pemerintah;

( v) karakteristik kegiatan hulu dan hilir (eksplorasi, eksploitasi, pengolahan, pengangkutan, penyimpanan dan penjualan);

(vi) kegiatan penciutan wilayah pertambangan, pembebasan lahan,

(vii) cost recovery, AFE, WPB, POD, ROW;

(viii) berbagai peraturan dan isu-isu penting yang wajib diketahui dan dipahami dalam melakukan LDD di perusahaan minyak dan gas, dan

(ix) berbagai pembatasan dan peraturan yang berlaku dalam kerangka penggabungan dan pengambilalihan perusahaan minyak dan gas.

LATAR BELAKANG TEKNOLOGI CAD/ CAM 

Pembuatan komponen mesin dan peralatan dengan proses pemesinan menggunakan mesin perkakas NC dapat memanfaatkan komputer dengan ekstraksi data pemesinan dari model CAD (Computer Aided Design) ke dalam program CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing) atau pemrograman terintegrasi dalam sistem CAD/CAM memanfaatkan basis data geometrik yang dihasilkan oleh perancang produk dengan sistem CAD. Sistem produksi dari suatu industri memerlukan sistem pendukung yang efektif dan efisien mengingat  kecanggihan dan harga mesin/peralatan yang sangat mahal. CAD/CAM dapat juga dimanfaatkan sebagai sistem terpadu yang terdiri atas beberapa bagian atau departemen yang bekerjasama erat untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu secara efisien, teliti (tidak salah), tepat (keterulangan tinggi), tanggap, dan cepat.
