Deskripsi Training Risk Assessment and Risk Management

Despite of the significant progress being made across many countries, industries and sectors, there are still misconceptions, misuses and ambiguities in the field of risk management. The field of risk management is faced with difficulties in defining and agreeing on principles. Terms, definitions and interpretations are as varied as the number of sources providing them. There are no agreedunified definitions of risk analysis, assessment and management.

 Risk Assessment is the process of risk analysis and risk evaluation, and risk management is a formal process for managing risks. The process consists of system definition, hazard identification, identification of accident scenarios, quantification of probabilities and consequences, assessment of risk, identification of risk control options, decision on implementation, identification and management of residual risk. Seminar/Training Description HIRADC, JSA & HAZOP

Potensi bahaya banyak terdapat di tempat kerja dan mengakibatkan  kerugian baik dari perusahaan, karyawan maupun terhadap masyarakat sekitar. Upaya untuk mencegah hal tersebut adalah dengan menerapkan suatu konsep Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3). Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja merupakan sarana utama untuk pencegahan kecelakaan kerja, cacat dan kematian sehingga akibat kecelakaan kerja yang bersumber dari potensi bahaya yang ada dapat dicegah.

Kecelakaan kerja selain menyebabkan kerugian langsung juga menyebabkan kerugian secara tidak langsung yaitu kerugian pada kerusakan mesin dan peralatan kerja, terhentinya proses produksi, kerusakan lingkungan dan lain-lain

Manusia sebagai tenaga kerja selalu berhubungan dengan mesin, peralatan dan tempat kerja yang kemungkinan akan menimbulkan resiko kerja yang diantaranya adalah dalam bentuk kecelakaan kerja yang dapat berdampak cacat sampai meninggal. Kecelakaan adalah kejadian yang tidak terduga dan tidak diharapkan terjadi pada pekerja saat melaksanakan pekerjaan (Suma’mur, 1996).

Pelatihan Manajemen Resiko Berwawasan K3 ini bertujuan memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan secara terpadu kepada para peserta untuk melakukan  Risk Assessment berwawasan K3 baik melalui HIRADC, Job Safety Analysis maupun HAZOP, serta melakukan kegiatan k3 lainnya yang diperlukan oleh setiap perusahaan.

The Hazard and Operability Study, dikenal sebagai HazOp adalah standar teknik analisis bahaya yang digunakan dalam persiapan penetapan keamanan untuk suatu keberadaan potensi bahaya atau masalah operabilitasnya.

Penerapan HazOp adalah pengujian yang teliti dan sistematis oleh group spesialis atau kelompok tertentu yang merupakan bagian dari sebuah sistem mengenai apakah yang akan terjadi jika komponen tersebut dioperasikan melebihi dari normal model desain komponen yang telah ada.

Tujuan penggunaan HAZOP adalah untuk meninjau suatu proses atau operasi pada suatu sistem secara sistematis, untuk kemudian menentukan apakah proses penyimpangan dapat mendorong kearah kejadian atau kecelakaan yang tidak diinginkan

HAZOPS TRAINING INTRODUCTION

Hydrocarbon processing industry is categorized as a high risk industry due to thehazards containing either in the material processed or the operations used in its facilities.Because of its vulnerability, a simple event, either man-made or natural one may lead tosignificant disasters. Flixborough, Bhopal, Piper Alpha disasters are classic examples ofmajor accident causing serious loss of life and/or property. A deep understanding on safetyrelatedaspects of the materials and processes or operations implemented in hydrocarbon

facilities is therefore critical to operate this kind of industry in safe manner and preventingit to go wrong. The course provides a thorough understanding of the HAZOP techniques andexperience of their application. Legislation and best practice require companies toproactively manage health and safety of employees and public. The HAZOP Technique is awidely used method of identifying hazards and operability problems, providing thefoundation for the risk assessment process. HAZOP can reduce pre and post start-upmodifications and improve productivity and product quality. On course, the lectures areunderpinned by syndicate exercises.

Trainings that delivered by him for many companies  such as for oil and gas, for mining, for manufacture and etc. held in some cities in Indonesia like Jakarta, Bandung, Batam and others.

Di berbagai negara, pemerintahnya ada juga yang menghendaki bahwa tenaga kerja yang ingin bekerja harus memiliki sertifikasi kompetensi yang diterbitkan oleh lembaga otoritas yang diakui sah. Kompetensi kerja adalah spesifikasi dari sikap pengetahuan dan keterampilan atau keahlian serta penerapannya secara efektif dalam pekerjaan sesuai dengan standard kerja yang dipersyaratkan. Sertifikasi kompetensi adalah proses pemberian sertifikasi kompetensi yang dilakukan secara sistematis dan obyektif melalui uji kompetensi yang mengacu pada standar kompetensi kerja baik yang bersifat nasional maupun internasional. Dengan memiliki sertifikasi kompetensi K3 maka seseorang akan mendapatkan bukti pengakuan tertulis atas kompetensi yang dikuasainya. BNSP merupakan badan independen yang bertanggung jawab kepada Presiden yang memiliki kewenangan sebagai otoritas sertifikasi personil dan bertugas melaksanakan sertifikasi kompetensi profesi bagi tenaga kerja.

Pelatihan ini adalah untuk mempersiapkan peserta untuk memperoleh sertifikat Kompetensi Studi HAZOP dari BNSP. Pelatihan persiapan sertifikasi BNSP (Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi) KOMPETENSI Studi HAZOP dirancang berbasis kompetensi (Competency Based Training) yang mengacu pada Standar Kompetensi Kerja Nasional Indonesia (SKKNI) K3. Untuk mendapatkan sertifikasi kompetensi, para peserta training akan diuji oleh assessor dari LSK-K3 (Lembaga Sertifikasi Kompetensi Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja). LSK-K3 didukung oleh KEMENAKERTRANS melalui surat resmi dari Direktur Jendral BINWASNAKER NOMOR B-710 tertanggal 31 DESEMBER 2008 Untuk terwujudnya sertifikasi kompetensi K3 di Indonesia dalam menghadapi era persaingan global / AFTA.

 

TUJUAN PROGRAM TRAINING HAZOP :

Hazard operability study atau HAZOP adalah merupakan salah satu teknik identifikasi dan analisis bahaya yang digunakan untuk meninjau suatu proses atau proses pada sebuah sistem secara sistematis. Selain itu HAZOP juga dapat digunakan untuk menentukan apakah penyimpangan dalam suatu proses dapat mendorong kearah kejadian atau kecelakaan yang tidak diinginkan. Karakteristik HAZOP yang utama adalah sistematik, menggunakan struktur dan susunan yang tinggi dengan mengandalkan pada guide word dan gagasan tim untuk melanjutkan serta memastikan safe guard sesuai atau tidak dengan tempat atau objek yang sedang di kaji.

PHA FOR FACILITATOR TRAINING DESCRIPTION:

This course helps prepare team leaders to facilitate PHA study teams. In addition to receiving expert instruction on the technical and managerial procedures involved with leading a PHA team, you’ll form a study team with other participants and take turns leading the team. This workshop exercise is overseen by an instructor who will give feedback on your performance. The course is a methodology course for PHA team leaders, not a software training course. Although PHAWorks® is used to document course workshop sessions, this course is applicable to anyone requiring team leadership training, regardless of the software tools used by your organization. The course provides you with specific detailed guidelines for facilitating PHA studies, including PHA Revalidations, which you will practice in workshop sessions. He got his B.Sc in Public Health from APK Surabaya in 1971 and was graduated from Economic Management Sriwidjaja University, UNSRI, Palembang in 1996. He has certificates in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) from Depnakertrans RI/Institutions and Universities in Indonesia, institutions and Universities in UK, and National Safety Council. Experienced in setting up Health and Safety Management System documentation and its application. Experienced internal lead auditor SMK3 in PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja, and External lead auditor SMK3 for Indonesian Association Fertilizer Producer. He has been teaching industrial training classes for many classes related to topics of his competencies, HSE. Many participants from many companies in Indonesia have participated in his training classes.

In this PHA Training, you will also learn how to use the failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) method and you will learn how to use checklists of hazards to supplement your brainstorming analyses.
