DESKRIPSI TRAINING DISTRIBUTED CONTROL SYSTEM

DCS merupakan sistem kontrol yang mampu menghimpun (mengakuisisi) data dari lapangan dan memutuskan akan diapakan data tersebut, secara singkat DCS -> ambil/baca data + lakukan pengontrolan berdasar data tersebut. Data-data yang telah diakuisisi (diperoleh) dari lapangan bisa disimpan untuk rekaman atau keperluan-keperluan masa datang, atau digunakan dalam proses-proses saat itu juga, atau bisa juga, digabung dengan data-data dari bagian lain proses, untuk kontrol lajutan dari proses yang bersangkutan.

 

TUJUAN TRAINING DISTRIBUTED CONTROL SYSTEM

Peserta akan memahami:

  • berbagai jenis alat ukur di lapangan
  • Jenis-jenis kesalahan yang mengikuti proses pengukuran
  •  kesalahan yang muncul akibat sifat material sensor
  • prinsip kerja alat-alat ukur dari berbagai jenis
  • cara kerja dan sifat fisik dari sensor
  • teori dasar pengukuran dan kendali
  • teori dasar statistik dan analisis data

 

MATERI TRAINING DISTRIBUTED CONTROL SYSTEM

  1. Operator Console
    Alat ini mirip monitor komputer. Digunakan untuk memberikan informasi umpan balik tentang apa yang sedang dikerjakan atau dilakukan dalam pabrik, selain itu juga bisa menampilkan perintah yang diberikan pada sistem kontrol. Melalui konsol ini juga, operator memberikan perintah pada instrumen-instrumen di lapangan.
  2. Engineering Station
    Ini adalah stasion2 untuk para teknisi yang digunakan untuk mengkonfigurasi sistem dan juga mengimplementasi algoritma pengontrolan.
  3. History Module
    Alat ini mirip dengan harddisk pada komputer. Alat ini digunakan untuk menyimpan konfigurasi DC dan juga konfigurasi semua titik di pabrik. Alat ini juga bisa digunakan untuk menyimpan berkas-berkas grafik yang ditampilkan di konsol dan banyak sistem saat ini mampu menyimpan data-data operasional pabrik.
  4. Data Historian.
  • Biasanya berupa perangkat lunak yang digunakan untuk menyimpan variabel2 proses, set point dan nilai-nilai keluaran. Perangkat lunak ini memiliki kemammpuan laju scan yang tinggi dibandingkan History Module.
  1. Control Module.
  • Ini seperti otaknya DCS. Disinilah fungsi-fungsi kontrol dijalankan, seperti kontrol PID, kontrol pembandingan, kontrol rasio, operasi-operasi aritmatika sederhana maupun kompensasi dinamik. Saat ini sudah ada peralatan modul kontrol yang lebih canggih dengan kemampuan yang lebih luas.
  1. I/O
    Bagian ini digunakan untuk menangani masukan dan luaran dari DCS. Masukan dan luaran tersebut bisa analog, bisa juga digital. Masukan/luaran digital seperti sinyal-sinyal ON/OFF atau Start/Stop. Kebanyakan dari pengukuran proses dan luaran terkontrol merupakan jenis analog.

Deskripsi Training DCS: Distributed Control System

Distributed Control System (DCS) adalah suatu pengembangan system control dengan  menggunakan komputer dan alat elektronik lainnya agar didapat pengontrol suatu loop system yang lebih terpadu dan dapat dikendalikan oleh semua orang dengan cepat dan mudah. Distributed Control System (DCS) terhubung dengan sensor dan actuator serta menggunakan setpoint untuk mengatur aliran material dalam sebuah plant / proses.

 

Tujuan Training DCS: Distributed Control System

Peserta diharapkan dapat memperoleh pengetahuan yang menyeluruh mengenai cara pengembangan dan penggunaan Distributed Control System (DCS).

TRAINING INSTRUCTOR

Ir.Endra Joelianto, Ph.D. is an expert in control engineering and industrial automation. His outstanding research is: Hybrid Control Systems, Discrete Event Control Systems, Petri Nets Analysis and Application on PLC, Robust and Advanced PID Controller and its implementation on PLC, DCS, Fieldbus, Industrial automation and Advanced Control System Designs. He received first degree (Ir.) in Engineering Physics in 1990 from Department of Engineering Physics, ITB and Doctor of Philosofy (PhD.) in Control Engineering in 2001 from Department of Engineering, The Australian National University, Canberra, Australia. He is Head of Intelligent Control and Automation Laboratory and Coordinator of PLC Research Group for research and training, Engineering Physics Study Program and Instrumentation and Control Research Division, Institut Teknologi Bandung. He was Director of Schneider-OMRON PLC Training Center, Maranatha Christian University, Bandung. He has attended several professional training on PLC, DCS and Instruments Callibration, such as: Yokogawa DCS, Bandung (2000), Implementation of Indonesian National Standard (SNI) 19-17025 and Basic Calibration, Yokogawa Electric Corporation, Bandung (2001), Fieldbus Foundation Technology, Singapore (2002), Basic and Advanced PLC Telemecanique-TWIDO, Bandung (2003), Basic and Advanced PLC OMRON, Jakarta (2004), Cleaner Production Application in Industries (Bandung 2005), Effective Energy Systems for Sustainable Development (Thailand 2006), Programming and Networking PLC Mitsubishi (2006), InTouch Wonderware, Wonderware Historian and Information Server (Bandung, 2012). He also has hosted Workshop on Industrial Automation (Bandung, 2002) and (Bandung, 2003), Workshop on Application of PLC in Industrial Automation (Bandung, 2003), National Workshop on Instrumentation & Control (2011) and many professional trainings on PLC, DCS, SCADA, Human Machine Interface and Industrial Process Control and Automation in Bandung. Pendahuluan Pelatihan Distributed Control System

Pelatihan ini memberikan pengetahuan tentang sistem pengaturan terdistribusi (distributed control system) yang merupakan suatu pengetahuan teknis yang banyak digunakan dalam suatu proses industri. COURSE OVERVIEW DCS (DISTRIBUTED CONTROL SYSTEM)

This course will cover the practical applications of distributed control systems. Included is the relationship between PLC and the DCS. Further included is the importance of Human Computer Interfaces (HMI) and advanced control strategies, which would not be possible without the application of a computer. This course is non-specific but will include a number of manufacturers DCS systems, such as Honeywell TDC rage. Each delegate will receive a comprehensive course manual. The concept of field buses is introduced with some study of Foundation of assets management as a tool for proactive maintenance systems.
After completing this course, participants will be able to understand the principles of maintenance and troubleshooting of DCS hardware and software, diagnose DCS component status, and also manage and respond to process interface including Operation and Monitoring.
