BUILDING SUPERVISION AND QUALITY CONTROL TRAINING DESCRIPTION

Construction supervision is necessary for implement the work according to the planned design, drawings and specifications. Many problems occur in development process, such as low quality, not qualified, time delayed, uncontrolled costs, job insecurity, an accident, etc., is often caused by weak oversight. Good supervision can prevent these problems, so that the project runs smoothly, controlled and obtain satisfactory results. Construction supervision is closely related to quality control. The development of a construction project undertaken by contractors often do not conform to the specifications and other requirements that set out in the contract documents. The tendency of the symptoms of the achievement of quality results in the form of building construction, road and bridge construction, as well as building irrigation, are not consistent with the technical planning, which can be seen from the results of development that turned susceptible to corruption and economic age is shorter than the estimated original plan.
