Objective Project Planning, Monitoring and Controlling with MS Project

This workshop has the objective to prepare project management practitioners to utilise MS Project 2016 as a supporting tools in effective managing projects. In 2 (two) days, the participants are expected to learn in planning, executing, monitoring and controlling the projects using Microsoft Project to:

1. Define the scope and creating Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
2. Define project activities, sequencing and estimating the duration as well as resources as part of schedule development.
3. Plan and optimize project resources (labour, material and cost)
4. Estimate project budget
5. Create project baseline, monitor and control the project using Earned Value Performance Management.
6. Create project report (incl. S-Curve)
7. Simulate challenges in project (e.g. delay) and challenges recovery
8. Introductory in MS Project 2016 Online (MS Project 2016 Server Online Version)
