TRAINING DESCRIPTION PROBLEM SOLVING, DECISION MAKING & CONFLICT MANAGEMENT

This training will discuss three important things in organizational dynamics, there is problem solving, decision making and conflict management. Problem solving will discuss how to solve the problem with some creative alternative solutions that can be implemented. Some cases and exercises will be discussed to solve the problems being faced by the company or do the trouble shooting in a creative and systematic steps. Topics decision making, will discuss how to make decisions in a creative and innovative that replaces the conventional ways that has been abandoned. This training will teach participants techniques to identify barriers in the organization, manage and resolve these barriers to creativity, which in turn can be used to solve problems and make the best decision.

Management conflict topic will discuss the definition of conflict, subordinate supervisor conflict, conflict between employees, how to manage conflict to achieve harmony work, how to handle difficult people and how to turn conflict into one tool to boost the spirit of work.
