  7. Practical approach to compose Corporate Strategy Map
  8. Cascading corporate Strategy Map to functional unit’ Strategy Map
  9. Creating corporate KPIs and cascading to lower level, including individual
  10. Linking strategic initiative with KPI and evaluating its effectiveness
  11. Measuring efficiency and effectiveness of program/activity
  12. Evaluating & validating business strategy
