Instructor :

Hendrasly A. Sulaiman

Senior HR professional, trainer and management consultant and was born in Pekanbaru on December 31, 1961. He holds BA (psikolog) degree in general psychology from Universitas Indonesia Jakarta and a Master degree (Magister Manajemen) in marketing studies from Universitas Mercu Buana Jakarta.

He spent more than 25 years working as an HR executive in planning, organising and managing various human resources development activities in various industries such as Banking & Finance, Pharmaceutical Packaging, Automotive, Chemical, Ophthalmic, Electronics, and Retail He loves to teach people and highly proficiency working in human development areas, such as training & development, performance management, coaching & counseling, as well as working in organisation improvement & development areas.As HR people, he like to meet other HR people too and served as the Chairman of HR Club National Banking Association (Perbanas) from 2006 to 2009.
