COACHING, COUNSELING AND MENTORING TRAINING DESCRIPTION 

A good manager must be able to identify the potential of their staff, giving the opportunity to maximize the potential and drive them to achieve an optimal performance. To be able to effectively directing subordinates, then a manager must have the ability of coaching, counseling and mentoring (CMC). This function is done by observing, assessing, directing, set an example, lead and interact in an effective way.
