Hal tersebut mutlak diperlukan untuk memastikan bahwa instruktur yang menyampaikan materi pelatihan dipastikan dan diakui kompetensi metodologinya dan kompetensi teknisnya, dan menjadi membentengi dan membekali dirinya dalam persaingan global. Dampaknya bukan hanya kepada individu tetapi juga prusahaan.
Oleh sebab itu, saat ini sudah banyak perusahaan yang berinvestasi dalam Sumber Daya Manusia dalam bentuk pelatihan-pelatihan berbasis kompetensi dan mensertifikasi karyawannya.
Sertifikasi kompetensi merupakan pemberian sertifikat kompetensi melalui uji kompetensi yang dilakukan secara sistematif,
obyektif dan terukur menggunakan standar kompetensi. Agar hasilnya optimal, maka calon peserta uji kompetesi diberikan pembekalan atau pelatihan terlebih dahulu agar mereka mengetahui standar kompetensi profesi mereka dan mengukur gap kompetensi dari standar yang ditetapkan.
Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP) merupakan lembaga independen pelaksana sertifikasi kompetensi yang bertanggung jawab langsung kepada Presiden didirikan atas amanah UU No. 13 Tahun 2003 Tentang Ketenagakerjaan dan PP 23 Tahun 2004 tentang Pembentukan BNSP. Dalam PP No. 23 dinyatakan bahwa dalam melaksanakan tugasnya BSNP memberikan lisensi kepada Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi (LSP).
LSP Pelatihan dan Instruktur Nasional (LSP Pelatinas) merupakan salah satu LSP yang terlisensi BNSP untuk melakukan sertifikasi instruktur, fasilitator dan tenaga kepelatihan. Kami bekerjasama dengan LSP Pelatinas untuk melakukan pelatihan dan sertifikasi / asesmen Instruktur.

Course Description

Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Routing and Switching is a certification program for entry-level network engineers that helps maximize your investment in foundational networking knowledge and increase the value of your employer’s network. The CCNA Routing and Switching validates the ability to install, configure, operate, and troubleshoot medium-size routed and switched networks.

This course teaches learners how to install, operate, configure, and verify a basic IPv4 and IPv6 network, including configuring a LAN switch, configuring an IP router, identifying basic security threats, understanding redundant topologies, troubleshooting common network issues, connecting to a WAN, configuring EIGRP and OSPF in both IPv4 and IPv6, understanding wide-area network technologies, and getting familiar with device management and Cisco licensing.
