PENDAHULUAN KOMPETENSI INSTRUKTUR/ TRAINER TOT BNSP

Dalam era globalisasi dan dengan kelanjutan dari sertifikasi ISO 9000 dan 14000 series, dimana perusahaan-perusahaan nasional maupun international yang berada di Indonesia agar melakukan sertifikasi terhadap sistim manajemen perusahaannya, dan sebagai kelanjutannya adalah melakukan sertifikasi terhadap setiap profesi dibidang sumber daya manusia.
