 ABSTRAK

Seorang auditor internal di perusahaan harus dapat mendorong pencapaian tujuan perusahaan dengan tata kelola perusahaan yang baik (Good Corporate Governance/ GCG). Peran auditor internal sebagai internal consulting perusahaan harus dapat memberikan early warning kepada manajemen perusahaan untuk mencegah dan meminimalisasi dampak kebijakan-kebijakan ekonomi yang dapat merugikan perusahaan. Dalam era persaingan global antar korporasi saat ini, kebutuhan akan GCG semakin meningkat. Implementasi yang mengarah pada pencapaian tujuan perusahaan berbasis stakeholders semakin mutlak diperlukan.    Salah satu fungsi vital dalam perusahaan adalah auditor internal. Profesi auditor internal memiliki standar dan kode etik profesi yang harus dijalankan secara konsekuen dan konsisten. Salah satu fungsi Auditor internal yaitu sebagai pelindung asset perusahaan, sehingga posisinya sangat strategis dan memegang peranan penting dalam setiap tahap langkah perubahan dan perkembangan yang terjadi dalam perusahaan. Auditor internal juga termasuk salah satu dari pilar-pilar GCG. ABOUT THE COURSE Business Continuity Management Certified Professional (BCMCP)

This course is intensive advanced Business Continuity Management (BCM) couse include Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP), Several exercices will be given to participants to help enhance their understanding of the theories. This workshop is primarily designed for professionals or practioners who have a have a hign degree of exposure of BCM. It is the LSPMR workshop for those are new to BCM and intent to embark on this as his/her BCM professional career and ICT Professional with little basic knowledge in disaster Recovery/ DR planning. The workshop curriculum will enable participants to acquire a comprehensive and detailed understanding of the ke important principle elements and guidelines, design, implementation and the maintenance of BCM Program to comply with ISO 22301 BCM Requirement Standard.

For Disaster Recovery Plan, the course explains the technique and processes involed in developing an Enterprise wide Disaster Recovery Plan. The course explores common recovery strategies being practiced in industry and looks at using new technologies such and clustering and vitualizations to support disaster recovery. the moduls will refer to ISO 2301. BCMCP Holder are entitle to enroll International Certified in Disaster Recovery Plan (FCDRP), with waive on some particular moduls.

Post the 4 days workshop, participants should have acquired the skills and understnding to be able to drive complex BCM programmes, BC Project, DRP Programmes, BC Projects, DRP Programmes and DR Projects for the entire organizations.


Duration Training Business Continuity Management Certified Professional (BCMCP):

Participants who succesfully finished the 4 days workshop, will be able to apply half day (0,5 day) certification exam for BCMCP.

Why you would need this program?

ISO 22301:2012 specifies the essential requirements for setting up and managing a BCM. Natural disaster, IT outage and industrial action are disruptions that make headline news. But disruption also includes staff illness or local events that affect your supply chain.Keeping your organization running, even when the unexpected threatens to disrupt operations and services, is where business continuity management (BCM) comes into its own.
ISO 22301, the international standard for BCM requirements provides a management system that allows you to identify potential threats to your organization and make sure you have the capacity to deal with unexpected disruption.

Business interruption is not necessarily the result of a large and obvious physical disaster. Many people believe that disasters only come in the ‘big bang ‘variety and believe that they are immune from such events. They may consider that the non-controversial nature of the activities of their organisation, or to its location, may render it immune to acts of terrorism or other direct action. This may or may not continue to be the case into the future.

Statistically, the causes of a disaster are as likely as not to be fire, flood or windstorm. However, interruption equally could be caused by denial of access to the site, or key facilities where there is no physical damage to the premises. It’s designed to protect your business from potential disruption.  This includes extreme weather, fire, flood, natural disaster, theft, IT outage, staff illness or terrorist attack. The ISO 22301 management system lets you identify threats relevant to your business and the critical business functions they could impact. And it allows you to put plans in place ahead of time to ensure your business doesn’t come to a standstill.

TRAINING METHODOLOGY

In order for effective learning and full appreciation, the course will be delivered with 30% of the time devoted to important concepts and other theory topics and 70% allotted for hands-on lab exercise and case studies. Training lead will be assisted by presentation slides and actual demonstrations for clear understanding and smooth follow-through during the sessions. Active participation will be encouraged through individual work and collaborative effort.

Descriptions Training Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery

Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity, a strategic imperative and a competitive advantage in an environment where you must plan for the unexpected, maintain operations, and meet regulatory demands.

Course also covers recovery time and recovery point objectives (RTO and RPO).  Built upon the concepts ofical  risk analysis and business impact planning, this course is designed to provide a foundation and guide to coordinated organizational emergency response and event management during and after a disruptive occurrence.

The course contains a number of practical sessions, designed to build on the comprehensive  components of the module, and to encourage inquisitive debate and the sharing of knowledge and practical experience among the  participants.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION BCMS With ISO 22301

Business Continuity Management (BCM) involves continuation and recovery of business activities and processes in the event of any disruption. It must be managed through scoping, risk evaluation, business continuity strategy, business continuity objectives, planning, development, socialization, training, testing, reviewing and continual development.

ISO 22301 provides an international best practice framework covering the whole BCM lifecycle. It constitutes of identifying strategic and tactical capability of an organization to plan for and respond to incidents and business disruptions in order to continue business operations at an acceptable pre-defined level and minimize the downtime and impact of disruption as well as speed up the recovery time.

Whether an organization haveyet to encounter serious incidents, establishing a BCMS, based on ISO 22301, helps to identify and value key business processes and disruption that could yield from any threats.

Tujuan dilaksanakannya wokshop Merger & Acquisition ini adalah:

  • Membuat dan menyusun rencana strategis Merger & Acquisition.
  • Mengenal aspek-aspek teknik: keuangan dan akuntansi Merger & Acquisition.
  • Mengenal aspek-aspek legalitas Merger & Acquisition di Indonesia.
  • Memahami proses identifikasi, penilaian risiko (risk assessment) dan rencana mitigasi terkait Merger & Acquisition.

Oleh karena pentingnya workshop ini, maka disarankan bagi pemilik modal, eksekutif, akademisi, konsultan, dan pemerhati M&A dapat mengikutinya, sehingga dapat diterapkan di perusahaannya masing-masing. Profil trainer Merger & Acquisition

Andri Krisnanto, SE, MSM adalah seorang profesional muda tamatan Universitas Indonesia. Pengalaman kerja beliau antara lain adalah sebagai Deputy Advisor di Indonesian Parliament, Deputy Manager Finance and Asset Management di PT PPA (Persero), Executive Director AK Consulting, dan Senior Consultant Associate di PT Performa Global Indonesia. Sebagai konsultan, perusahaan-perusahaan besar yang pernah ditanganinya antara lain adalah PT KAI, PT Imora Motor (Honda Jakarta Center), Astra Otoparts, dan Sulwood Group. Saat ini, Andri bekerja di salah satu Grup Perusahaan Nasional dan bertanggung jawab terhadap penerapan ERM dan Pengembangan Organisasi, dimana di dalamnya terdapat penilaian dan rekomendasi strategi Merger dan Akuisisi yang akan ditempuh induk dan anak usahanya. Selain sebagai praktisi, Andri juga aktif mengajar di beberapa Perguruan Tinggi dan menjadi anggota asosiasi professional di bidangnya.
