Pendahuluan Training GCG

Lulusan FE UGM (1990) & Magister Akuntansi UI (2001) ini pernah bekerja sebagai Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) di BPKP (Badan Pengawasan Keuangan & Pembangunan) Pusat menjadi Auditor pada Deputi Bidang Pengawasan Perminyakan & Gas Bumi pada  1 Maret 1991 – 30 Nopember 1995. Beliau mendapatkan sertifikasi Qualified Internal Auditor (QIA) tahun 2002 dan Certified Profesional Management Accountant (CPMA) tahun 2011. Saat bekerja di PT Krakatau Steel sejak 1 Desember 1995, beliau pernah mendapatkan penugasan pada Badan Pengelola Industri Strategis (BPIS) tahun 1995-1998 serta pada Kantor Menteri Negara BUMN / Badan Pembina BUMN pada tahun 1999-2000. Beliau saat ini menjabat sebagai Senior Auditor Operasional – Subdit Internal Audit  PT. Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk. Selain sebagai Auditor, Muh. Arief juga menjadi instruktur/ narasumber pada berbagai seminar dan workshop, dan mengajar  sebagai Dosen Luar Biasa di beberapa lembaga pendidikan tinggi (FE Universitas Trisakti, Trisakti School of Management dan Program Magister Akuntansi (MAKSI) Universitas Budiluhur Jakarta. Penulis buku ”The Power of Good Corporate Governance: Teori dan Implementasi” ini aktif menulis artikel ilmiah pada berbagai media massa tentang profesi audit, Akuntansi, GCG serta pendidikan.

TRAINING METHODOLOGY

In order for effective learning and full appreciation, the course will be delivered with 30% of the time devoted to important concepts and other theory topics and 70% allotted for hands-on lab exercise and case studies. Training lead will be assisted by presentation slides and actual demonstrations for clear understanding and smooth follow-through during the sessions. Active participation will be encouraged through individual work and collaborative effort.

Descriptions Training Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery

Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity, a strategic imperative and a competitive advantage in an environment where you must plan for the unexpected, maintain operations, and meet regulatory demands.

Course also covers recovery time and recovery point objectives (RTO and RPO).  Built upon the concepts ofical  risk analysis and business impact planning, this course is designed to provide a foundation and guide to coordinated organizational emergency response and event management during and after a disruptive occurrence.

The course contains a number of practical sessions, designed to build on the comprehensive  components of the module, and to encourage inquisitive debate and the sharing of knowledge and practical experience among the  participants.

The qualification promotes a hands-on approach to Crisis Management by applying effective  standards, enabling participants to make immediate use of the module on their return to their organizations that demand for rapid and practical crisis management solution.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION BCMS With ISO 22301

Business Continuity Management (BCM) involves continuation and recovery of business activities and processes in the event of any disruption. It must be managed through scoping, risk evaluation, business continuity strategy, business continuity objectives, planning, development, socialization, training, testing, reviewing and continual development.

ISO 22301 provides an international best practice framework covering the whole BCM lifecycle. It constitutes of identifying strategic and tactical capability of an organization to plan for and respond to incidents and business disruptions in order to continue business operations at an acceptable pre-defined level and minimize the downtime and impact of disruption as well as speed up the recovery time.

Whether an organization haveyet to encounter serious incidents, establishing a BCMS, based on ISO 22301, helps to identify and value key business processes and disruption that could yield from any threats.

TRAINING METHODOLOGY

In order for effective learning and full appreciation, the course will be delivered with 30% of the time devoted to important concepts and other theory topics and 70% allotted for hands-on lab exercise and case studies. Training lead will be assisted by presentation slides and actual demonstrations for clear understanding and smooth follow-through during the sessions. Active participation will be encouraged through individual work and collaborative effort.

DESKRIPSI:

Merger dan Akuisisi (M&A) adalah dua langkah strategis yang ditempuh oleh perusahaan dalam rangka menghadapi situasi dan kondisi bisnis yang tentunya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor internal maupun eksternal. Profil trainer Merger & Acquisition

Andri Krisnanto, SE, MSM adalah seorang profesional muda tamatan Universitas Indonesia. Pengalaman kerja beliau antara lain adalah sebagai Deputy Advisor di Indonesian Parliament, Deputy Manager Finance and Asset Management di PT PPA (Persero), Executive Director AK Consulting, dan Senior Consultant Associate di PT Performa Global Indonesia. Sebagai konsultan, perusahaan-perusahaan besar yang pernah ditanganinya antara lain adalah PT KAI, PT Imora Motor (Honda Jakarta Center), Astra Otoparts, dan Sulwood Group. Deskripsi Training CSR Strategi Menuju GCG

Tanggung jawab sosial dikenal sebagai tanggung jawab sebuah organisasi atas dampak dari keputusan dan aktivitasnya terhadap masyarakat dan lingkungan melalui perilaku transparan dan etis, konsisten dengan pembangunan berkelanjutan demi kesejahteraan masyarakat, memperhatikan harapan dari para pemangku kepentingan, sesuai hukum yang berlaku dan konsisten dengan norma-norma perilaku internasional dan terintegrasi dalam seluruh organisasi.

Indonesia sudah memiliki Undang-undang No 40, Tahun 2007 tentang Perseroan Terbatas dan BUMN, yang menganjurkan dan mengharuskan perusahaan tertentu menjalankan CSR. CSR itu seharausnya beyond the rules and regulations, yang mendorong agar menjalankan CSR adalah moral obligation. Yang mengatur CSR dalam Undang-undang PT ada tiga pasal. Pasal 1 C, Definisi TGSL (Tanggungjawab Sosial dan Lingkungan), dalam pasal ini disebutkan mengenai moral obligation yang menyebutkan komitmen perusahaan untuk ikut serta dalam social responsibility. Di Pasal 66 mengenai keterbukaan, perusahaan diwajibkan untuk mengungkapkan kegiatan CSR-nya melalui publisitas Laporan Tahunan. Pasal 74 disebutkan bahwa bagi perusahaan yang mengelola sumber daya alam atau terkait dengan sumber daya alam untuk melaksanakan CSR.

Bagi perusahaan yang bergerak di sektor industri lainnya jelas CSR lebih merupakan moral obligation serta seyogyanya ikut memberikan social responsibility. Dari segi perspektif Public Relations, program-program CSR terbukti meningkatkan image & trust pemangku kepentingan terhadap perusahaan/industri tersebut.

KONSEP PEMIKIRAN UTAMA:

  1. Maraknya pembahasan CSR di forum luas menjadikan salah satu pemikiran utama bahwa perencanaan CSR yang akan diadakan haruslah unik dan berdaya guna
  2. Unik karena pemikiran CSR yang akan dirancang haruslah merupakan core business industri yang ditangani. Berhubungan dengan produk/jasa yang dihasilkan. Kreatif, unik dan harus berkelanjutan  (Program kecil, sporadik, belum dapat dikategorikan sebagai CSR. Misalnya: sumbang donor darah, kunjungan ke panti asuhan, mengundang kaum duafa, orang jompo menikmati hidangan dan hiburan di tempat rekreasi, sumbangan untuk musibah bencana.)
  3. Harus berdaya guna. Dalam bentuk workshop, sehingga peserta mendapatkan manfaat dalam menyusun strategi merancang, melaksanakan dan mengevaluasi berbagai program yang benar-benar merupakan program CSR khusus dan unik sesuai core business sektor industri yang ditangani.

 

KERANGKA PEMIKIRAN ILMIAH:

  1. Berdasarkan definisi CSR yang paling terkenal dan diakui secara universal yaitu Definisi dari World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD) – Badan Dunia Bagi Pengembangan Berkelanjutan: “The continuing commitment by business to behave ethically and contribute to economic development while improving the quality of life of the workforce and their families as well as of the local community and society at large” (Komitmen berkelanjutan dari usaha bisnis yang  secara etis dan berkontribusi untuk pengembangan ekonomi sambil meningkatkan kualitas hidup dari tenaga kerja beserta keluarganya termasuk pula komunitas lokal dan masyarakat pada umumnya)
  2. Mengikuti perkembangan CSR yang sedapatnya memiliki sertrifikasi ISO 26000 seperti yang dituangkan dalam Draft International Standard (DIS) ISO 26000: “Organization relation to the society in which it operates and to its impact on the environment has become a critical part of measuring its overall performance and its ability to continue operating effectively. This is, in part, a reflection of the growing recognition of the need for ensuring healthy ecosystems, social equity and good organizational governance.” ISO 26000  menjelaskan secara komprehensif panduan penyelenggaraan CSR antara lain membahas: pengertian social responsibility, peran stakeholders dalam  social responsibility, sustainable development atau pengembangan berkelanjutan, prinsip-prinsip social responsibility diantaranya akuntibilitas, transparansi, ethical behavior, respect for stakeholder interests, respect for the rule of law, respect for international norms of behavior, respect for human rights, juga membahas mengenai dampak sehubungan dengan interest terhadap ekspektasi
  3. CSR menuju Good Corporate Governance (GCG) memiliki arti yang sangat penting dalam menjalankan suatu organisasi professional, baik di sektor pemerintahan (BUMN) maupun di industri swasta. Mengerti dan memanfaatkan GCG dapat meningkatkan:
    • Meningkatakan kinerja perusahaan melalui proses pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik.

WHAT IS BCMCP ?
BCMCP is Certified professional designation issued by LSPMR which is designed on the ground os ISO 22301  Business Continuity Management Certified Professional is given to a professional who can demontrate their competency through knowledge and experience in managing Business Continuity Management in their organization.

ABOUT THE COURSE Business Continuity Management Certified Professional (BCMCP)

This course is intensive advanced Business Continuity Management (BCM) couse include Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP), Several exercices will be given to participants to help enhance their understanding of the theories. This workshop is primarily designed for professionals or practioners who have a have a hign degree of exposure of BCM. It is the LSPMR workshop for those are new to BCM and intent to embark on this as his/her BCM professional career and ICT Professional with little basic knowledge in disaster Recovery/ DR planning. The workshop curriculum will enable participants to acquire a comprehensive and detailed understanding of the ke important principle elements and guidelines, design, implementation and the maintenance of BCM Program to comply with ISO 22301 BCM Requirement Standard.

For Disaster Recovery Plan, the course explains the technique and processes involed in developing an Enterprise wide Disaster Recovery Plan. The course explores common recovery strategies being practiced in industry and looks at using new technologies such and clustering and vitualizations to support disaster recovery. the moduls will refer to ISO 2301. BCMCP Holder are entitle to enroll International Certified in Disaster Recovery Plan (FCDRP), with waive on some particular moduls.

Post the 4 days workshop, participants should have acquired the skills and understnding to be able to drive complex BCM programmes, BC Project, DRP Programmes, BC Projects, DRP Programmes and DR Projects for the entire organizations.


DURATION TRAINING Business Continuity Management Certified Professional (BCMCP) :

Participants who succesfully finished the 4 days workshop, will be able to apply half day (0,5 day) certification exam for BCMCP.
