Experience in Marine & Oil Terminal/ Port operation as Person in Charge in the port operation and facilities, Head of Marine and Terminal Product Movement, Act Superintendent, such responsible for Marine & Terminal Installation, maintenance and operation; Ship shore – Shore Loading Procedure; Oil and gas processing; Calibration such equipment; Co-work with official government.
Mooring Master/ Head of Mooring Master at Unocal (Indonesian–American Oil Company) at Santan Terminal. Deskripsi Training Manajemen Pemeliharaan Maskapai Penerbangan

Agar maskapai penerbangan dapat berfungsi dengan baik, perlu diperhatikan masalah pemeliharaannya apakah masih memenuhi syarat keamanan untuk digunakan dan juga perlu memperhatikan bahwa semua fasilitas dalam maskapai tersebut masih berfungsi dengan baik. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu perawatan yang tepat dan sesuai dengan spesifikasi dari elemen-elemen tersebut sehingga semua instalasinya dapat berfungsi dengan baik.

Perawatan  maskapai penerbangan yang dilakukan secara rutin akan mencegah terjadinya kerusakan  yang lebih parah dan  menjamin keselamatan bagi para penggunanya. INTRODUCTION

There were many accidents in industrial transportation (land, marine and air transportation) due to some causes such as human factors ( operators, drivers, helpers,  load masters, etc. ); equipment failures / malfunction (example : vehicles, mobile heavy equipment, crew boats, supply boats, tug boats, oil barges, helicopters, etc.) ; environment conditions and the last but not the least : INADEQUATE and LACK OF TRANSPORTATION SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. The purpose of this safety management system is to ensure that transportation activities are well planned, organized actuated or directed and controlled so that risks are minimized and transportation is conducted in compliance with applicable Local, Government of Indonesia ( GOI ) or National and International Laws and Regulations as well as the Best Recognized Practices / Standards.

Y. Sinung Nugroho, Dipl.-Ing., MT.

Y. Sinung Nugroho, Dipl.-Ing., MT. is lecturer at aeronautical department politeknik negeri Bandung(before known as Poltek ITB). He was graduated from Science et Techniques Aeronautiques and Science et Techniques Aerospatiales University of Paris X, France. And graduated from ITB Master Degree on Aeronautical Engineering. He has followed some courses as informal education to improve his competencies, such as ASNT NDT Ultrasonic Testing as level III (Three), Magnetic Particle Testing as level III (Three), Liquid Penetrant Testing as level III (Three), ASNT NDT Ultrasonic Testing as level II (Two), ASNT NDT Magnetic Particle Testing as level II (Two), ASNT NDT Liquid Penetrant Testing as level II (Two), Aircraft General License A1 (Aircraft Structure), Aircraft General License A4 (Aircraft Turbine Engine), Human Resource Development training, Airbus 320 & N 250 Landing Gears Training, Messier – Dowty, France, Composite Material Course, Aerodynamic Short Course and etc. Mr. Sinung Nugroho also has worked in some institution or companies so he has real work
experiences and these are valuable for him when delivering training. He has taught training classes for industrial training in Indonesia.
