He is Instructor for Semarang Growth Centre, until at present, lecturing for Pelindo Pilot; Migas Mooring Master; Deep Sea Pilot; Ship Handling Simulator; Liquid Cargo Handling; Offshore Operations ; Maritime English; Crowd and Crisis Management; GMDSS; Radar Arpa; Safety, Survival etc.Experience in Marine & Oil Terminal/ Port operation as Person in Charge in the port operation and facilities, Head of Marine and Terminal Product Movement, Act Superintendent, such responsible for Marine & Terminal Installation, maintenance and operation; Ship shore – Shore Loading Procedure; Oil and gas processing; Calibration such equipment; Co-work with official government.Mooring Master/ Head of Mooring Master at Unocal (Indonesian–American Oil Company) at Santan Terminal. INTRODUCTION AVIATION:

Pelatihan ini dibuat untuk professional yang terkait dengan transportasi udara, regulator Penerbangan, operator Penerbangan, Managers Airlines,  dan Profesional yang ingin mendalami bidang Transportasi udara khususnya terkait dengan Kebandarudaraan dan operasional kegiatan Bandar Udara.   • Pengertian Apron, Taxi way, Run way dan juga TORA,TORA dan ASDA. Kegiatan operasional selama barada di ground (Tata Operasi Darat).
  • Procedure penanganan penumpang, bagasi dan cargo
  • Identifikasi dan klasifikasi dari Barang Berbahaya (Dangerous Goods) yang tidak bisa dibawa dalam Pesawat.
  • Pemahaman tentang Ramp Handling, Marshalling, Refueling, Loading/Unloading dalam aktifitas Penerbangan.
  • Memahami peralatan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan operasi Penerbangan.
  • Komunikasi Penerbangan dan bagian-bagian dalam monitoring dan service Air Traffic.
  • Memahami pengertian 2 letter code, 3 letter code dan 4 letter code dalam dunia Penerbangan.

DESKRIPSI TRAINING AUDITOR ISPS CODE

Pemberlakuan International Ship Security and Port Facility Security Code (ISPS Code) sudah melalui persetujuan IMO yang berlaku secara efektif mulai tanggal 1 Juli 2004. IMO juga telah menyetujui amandemen SOLAS 74, yaitu Chapter baru dari SOLAS yaitu XI-2 ”Special Measure to Enhance Maritime security” dalam meningkatkan sistem keamanan kapal dan fasilitas pelabuhan.

Pemenuhan persyaratan ISPS Code adalah mandatory dari kapal yang terkena lingkup penerapan serta fasilitas pelabuhan yang melayani jasa kepelabuhan terhadap kapal-kapal alur International. Pelaksanaan Internal Security Audit wajib dilakukan oleh perusahaan pelayaran atau fasilitas pelabuhan dalam rangka pemenuhan persyaratan ISPS Code Part A Chapter 9,4 butir 8; 9.4.1; Part B-9.53 (untuk kapal) dan Part A Chapter 16.3 butir 13; 16.4; Part B-16.58 (untuk fasilitas pelabuhan). Dalam persyaratan ISPS Code diharuskan bahwa sistem manajemen keamanan, baik di kapal maupun fasilitas pelabuhan harus dievaluasi efektiftifitas penerapannya melalui Internal Security Audit dan dilakukan oleh Auditor yang kompeten dan independent.

Setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini, diharapkan peserta dapat:

  • Melaksanakan peran sebagai Auditor yang berkompeten dalam melakukan maritime security audit

DESKRIPSI TRAINING TRANSPORTASI DAN DISTRIBUSI B3

Bahan Kimia ( B3) merupakan bahan – bahan yang dalam jumlah memungkinkan dapat menganggu kesehatan bagi orang – orang yang berhubungan langsung ataupun dapat merusaka barang – barang sekitar. Dalam industri bahan ini tidak sedikit yang menggunakannya dalam proses produksi. Bahan – bahan berbahaya tersebut di peroleh melalui proses pendistribusian sehingga jika terjadi kesalahan dalam pendistribusian B3 dapat menyebabkan kecelakaan kerja. Oleh karena risiko tersebut industri yang menggunakan bahan berbahaya (B3) perlu mengetahui teknik pendistribusian bahan B3 sehingga meminimalkan risiko terjadinya kecelakaan kerja atau bahkan ditiadakan. Transportasi merupakan salah satu aktivitas dalam pendistribusian B3. Manajemen transportasi yang baik dapat mengelola semua pengiriman barang sampai pengiriman barang sampai ketangan user tepat waktu dengan kualitas dan safety terjamin.

PENDAHULUAN :

Jetty Master dan Loading Master  merupakan suatu profesi  khusus yang mempunyai tugas dan  tanggung jawab  special.

Kedua jabatan tersebut kadangkala terpisah tapi kadang kala juga dirangkap, hal ini tergantung dari luas  cakupan dari tugas dan tanggung jawab serta  managemen perusahaan tempat dia bertugas.

Sebagai contoh, untuk handle kapal-kapal khusus seperti  tanker-tanker  besar/  Super  Tangker/ Gas Carrier/ Chemical  Tanker  dimana resiko dan cakupan tanggung jawabnya begitu besar,  maka Loading Master merupakan tugas khusus  terpisah dengan Jetty Master.  Namun untuk terminal-terminal  yang menghandle berbagai macam jenis muatan dengan kapal-kapal  yang tidak begitu besar (>5000 DWT), misal untuk offshore supply base dlsb, maka biasanya kedua jenis pekerjaan tersebut sering dirangkap.

Jetty & Loading Master baik secara individual maupun dalam team  bertanggung jawab penuh atas keselamatan dan keamanan dalam penanganan kapal selama berada di Terminal dan melaksanakan kegiatan Loading/ Discharging Muatan.

Jetty Master lebih banyak kearah hal-hal keselamatan dan keamanan dan tugas-tugas di dermaga/ Jetty  diluar kapal, sedangkan loading Master lebih kearah di dalam kapal.

Sesuai ISM Code dimana keselamatan dimaksudkan adalah  jiwa, lingkungan dan harta benda (property, dimana disini dimaksudkan untuk mendapatkan profit dan menghindari kerugian/ mis claim)  maka  seorang  Jetty/ Loading Master haruslah dibekali dasar- dasar  ilmu yang mencukupi.

  1. Kebijakan  serta prosedur-prosedur  yang relevan termasuk hal-hal  spesifik tentang Health Environment and Security (HES) guidelines dari Terminal/ Perusahaan dimana dia bekerja .

PENDAHULUAN PENERAPAN ISPS CODE DAN ISM CODE DALAM PELAYARAN 

International Ship and Port Facility Security Code (ISPS Code) merupakan peraturan internasional tentang keamanan kapal dan fasilitas pelabuhan,  terdiri atas dua bagian, bagian A dan bagian B. Bagian A berisi tentang persyaratan wajib untuk  pemerintah, kapal/perusahaan, dan fasilitas pelabuhan, sedangkan bagian B berisi pedoman. Pemberlakuan ISPS Code  mulai 1 Juli 2004 sesuai ketetapan diplomatic conference yang diselenggarakan IMO, mencakup jenis kapal yang melakukan kegiatan pelayaran internasional, kapal penumpang yang meliputi kapal penumpang berkecepatan tinggi, kapal barang meliputi kapal berkecepatan tinggi berukuran 500 gross tonnage (GT) ke atas dan unit kapal pengeboran lepas pantai bergerak (mobile offshore drilling unites), dan fasilitas pelabuhan yang melayani kapal yang melakukan kegiatan pelayaran internasional.

Kemudian International Safety Management (ISM Code) adalah regulasi iternasional pelayaran dalam halkeselamatan pelayaran dan pencegahan polusi laut akibat pelayaran. ISPS Code dan ISM Code adalah wajib dilaksanakan bagiindustri pelayaran yang multi stakeholder.

OBJECTIVE TRAINING SHIPPING MANAGEMENT

Training ships management will give a new experiences for audiences especially in shipping, handling a cargo, using shipping equipment, and all rules and government regulation in shipping. This course also give a detail information about ships types, sizes and features.


CONTENT TRAINING SHIPPING MANAGEMENT

  1. Introduction of Ships: different types and sizes with their important features and their suitability to different cargoes.
  2. Basic shipping terminology including abbreviations. General particulars of ships.
  3. Bills of Lading — functions, conditions, contents, types and general information.
  4. Classification Societies — background, their functions and importance.
  5. Statutory documents on board including mandatory surveys and safety certificates.
  6. Stowage factors and densities — importance in the carriage of dry and liquid cargoes, effect of density of water (fresh, salt, brackish). Different freight units.
  7. General structure of shipping industry — liner and tramp services.
  8. Liner shipping — essential features; break bulk; modes of unitisation; concept of intermodalism; container sizes and types; container terminology; freighting; CYs, CFSs and ICDs; marketing of liner shipping; documents.

Experience in Marine & Oil Terminal/ Port operation as Person in Charge in the port operation and facilities, Head of Marine and Terminal Product Movement, Act Superintendent, such responsible for Marine & Terminal Installation, maintenance and operation; Ship shore – Shore Loading Procedure; Oil and gas processing; Calibration such equipment; Co-work with official government.
Mooring Master/ Head of Mooring Master at Unocal (Indonesian–American Oil Company) at Santan Terminal. Master of various Ocean going vessels, (Bulk, Cargo, Tanker) from various national and foreign company, Indonesian and foreign flag vessels , running for Japan, Europe ,Middle East, Africa, Indonesia, South Asia, until 1979.
