PENDAHULUAN

Coalbed methane merupakan gas alam yang dihasilkan bersamaan dengan proses pembentukan batubara. Ada beberapa perbedaan antara gas methane batubara (CBM) dengan gas conventional yang pada saat ini sudah diproduksi di Indonesia secara besar-besaran.

 

MATERI TRAINING COALBED METHANE

  1. Potensi Gas methane batubara di Indonesia.
  2. Proses pembentukan batubara yang terdiri atas :
  3. Tahapan pembentukan batubara dan gas methane yang dihasilkan.
  4. System Cleat dan rekahan serta proses yang dapat mendukung menghasilkan system cleat tersrebut .
  5. Spasi Cleat ada kaitannya dengan peringkat batubara (dinyatakan dengan angka Reflektance Vitrinite atau R0 ).
  6. Sorption (penyerapan gas methane dalam batubara), disini meliputi materi :
  7. Keberadaan gas methane batubara mulai saat terbentuknya gas methane.
  8. Keberadaan gas methane dalam batubara berdasarkan sifat fisik batubara.
  9. Penyerapan batubara terhadap molekul gas yang lain.
  10. Pengaruh kadar air dan kadar abu terhadap adsorpsi CH4 .
  11. Reservoir

Disini akan dibahas reservoir dan batuan sumber :

  1. Perbedaan reservoir gas conventional dan reservoir gas methane batubara.
  2. Pengertian permeabilitas batubara, pengaruhnya terhadap keberhasilan produksi gas methane batubara.
  3. Pengaruh permeabilitas batubara terhadap faktor spasi sumur
  4. Pengertian porositas dan kaitannya dengan kapasitas penyimpanan gas methane batubara.

UNDERSTANDING THE PETROLEUM INDUSTRY VALUE CYCLE TRAINING DESCRIPTION

This training describes the petroleum value chain from prospect identification, to project commissioning and to final abandonment. Participants will leave this course with a firm understanding of the petroleum industry including, the knowledge and tools necessary to understand the relationships and dependencies across the E&P industry.

The course offers a fresh look at a range of critical, inter-related topics and will be taught with the modern learner in mind. Multiple tools, such as peer-based learning, internet resources, hands-on exercises, in-depth team workshops, and group discovery sessions, will be used to ensure learning retention and recall. Participants work as members of multi-disciplinary teams using real oil-field data in interactive workshops that illustrate technology/business concepts. Each team will be accountable for the results of their interpretations in a safe, constructive learning environment. Other skills will be learned in short hands-on exercises that reinforce the lectures. Lecturers are widely-experienced oil field professionals who can share experiences from a number of technical settings and organizational approaches to give the students a broad view of the industry and its participants.

The extended workshops conducted during the course include an exploration/discovery workshop, an appraisal workshop to define the static and dynamic models for a new discovery and a facilities workshop in which the students fit the facilities to their newly-defined discovery. Uncertainties, risk management, business practices and project management lessons are learned through these team events.

Dalam lingkungan bisnis yang dinamis, informasi berkenaan dengan akuntansi dan keuangan harus dapat dipahami oleh semua level manajemen perusahaan. TUJUAN TRAINING

Pelatihan ini bertujuan memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada perwira dan awak kapal serta petugas yang bekerja di kapal bagian mesin untuk dapat melaksanakan pemindahan bahan bakar (fuel transfer) dari satu kapal/tongkang ke penampung di platform yang lain dengan aman.

 

MANFAAT  TRAINING

Setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini, peserta diharapkan memiliki kompetensi dan  mampu :

  • Menjelaskan dan melaksanakan cara-cara yang aman untuk memindahkan bahan bakar / fuel transfer dari platform satu ke platform yang lain.
  • Menyusun rencana dan pembagian tugas pemindahan bahan bakar (fuel transfer) serta petugas yang mengawasi pompa dan selang dan peralatan pemindah bahan bakar lainnya.
  • Menjelaskan dan menggunakan peralatan pencegah kebakaran dan polusi karena tumphan minyak.
  • Selanjutnya dapat memberikan petunjuk kepada setiap orang yang akan melakukan perpindahan bahan bakar / fuel transfer antar platform.

 

SASARAN PESERTA

Peserta pelatihan adalah perwira dan awak kapal bagian mesin yang bekerja di kapal atu alat apung lainnya.

 

MATERI TRAINIG SAFE FUEL TRANSFER

  1. Penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) dan alat keselamatan di laut.
  2. Persiapan peralatan pemindahan bahan bakar (fuel transfer) antar platform.
  3. Persiapan peralatan pemadam kebakaran, perlatan pencegahn polusi tumpahan minyak dan peralatan pengaman lainnya yang diperlukan  dalam pelaksanaan kerja.

DESKRIPSI TRAINING PSC

Bagi oil & gas company, Production Sharing Contract (PSC) telah dijadikan pedoman dalam skema pengelolaan sumber daya migas dengan kesepakatan bagi hasil produksi antara pemilik sumber daya dan investor. Pada umumnya PSC memang diterapkan untuk industri oil & gas dengan proses manajemen dan pelaksanaannya berada di bawah naungan pemerintah. Kontraktor harus menyerahkan WP & B, POD dan AFE untuk disetujui oleh BP Migas.

Minyak bumi merupakan sumber daya milik bersama, karena itu harus dikelola dengan baik dan dapat memberikan manfaat yang besar bagi masyarakat. Isu-isu yang tertuang di dalamnya adalah kepemilikan hidrokarbon dan kedaulatan negara sumber daya alam, tujuan kebijakan, partisipasi negara, otoritas perminyakan, peran perusahaan nasional, eksplorasi dan peraturan produksi.

Mengingat cukup sensitifnya pokok bahasan dalam production sharing contract, maka kemampuan dan keterampilan di bidang ini menjadi suatu hal yang mutlak dimiliki oleh seseorang yang bertugas di bidang ini. Pelatihan ini akan memberikan kemampuan kepada para personil dalam production sharing contract agar dapat melaksanakan tugasnya secara optimal guna mendukung peningkatan keuntungan bagi negara dan penguatan kedudukan negara dalam production sharing contract.

SURFACE PRODUCTION FACILITIES TRAINING DESCRIPTION

This practical approach course is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of Surface Production Facility, Process, Operation and Maintenance. It will be presented in order to fulfill the needs of All technical and non-technical (field and headquartered) personnel of Oil & Gas Company who involves in or concern with onshore or offshore Oil & Gas Surface Production Facility, Process, Operation and Maintenance. After completion, participants will understand why oil & gas must be processed in near well surface production facility, how the process is carried out, what equipment and components are needed, how each equipment works, and what are the goals to be achieved in each stage, in both technical and economical point of views. Participants will better classify requirements for each separation process and specification of vessels, columns, piping, valves, pump, compressor and related devices used in surface operations and improve knowledge on safety, inspection, maintenance and troubleshooting of the whole system.

TUJUAN TRAINING SURFACE SAFETY SYSTEM

Pelatihan Surface Safety system ini diselenggarakan dengan tuJuan agar peserta dapat:

  • Memahami prinsip dasar dan berbagai peraturan tentang K3L untuk pelaksanaan pemboran sumur-sumur minyak, gas dan reservoir panas bumi, melakukan proses produksi dan melakukan proses pengolahannya di lapangan
  • Melakukan diagnosis sederhana dan memahami penyelesaian pekerjaan dalam bisnis minyak, gas atau panas bumi dengan memperhatikan unsur kesehatan, keselamatan kerja dan lingkungan hidup (K3L)
  • Menganalisis berbagai kemungkinan timbulnya permasalahan gas beracun pada operasi pemboran dan produksi minyak dan gas bumi
  • Memahami Peraturan Perundangan dalam K3L, Behavior Based Safety dan Implementasinya
