SMKP TRAINING DESCRIPTION

Permen ESDM no 38 tahun 2014 merupakan peraturan yang mengatur tentang Penerapan SMKP (Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan pertambangan). SMKP merupakan Sistem manajemen yang menjadi bagian dari sistem manajemen perusahaan dalam rangka untuk mengendalikan risiko keselamatan pertambangan yang terdiri dari K3 pertambangan dan keselamatan operasi pertambangan (K3 Pertambangan dan KO Pertambangan).

SMKP wajib dilaksanakan oleh semua perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pertambangan, yang meliputi perusahaan pertambangan dan perusahaan jasa pertambangan. Hal ini diatur dalam Permen ESDM no 38 Tahun 2014 tentang Penerapan SMKP.

Perusahaan pertambangan yang wajib melaksanakan SMKP adalah pemegang IUP, IUPK, IUP Operasi Produksi khusus untuk pengolahan dan/atau pemurnian, KK, da PKP2B.

Perusahaan jasa pertambangan yang wajib melaksanakan SMKP adalah pemegang IUJP, dan SKT.

OHSAS 18001 : 2007 merupakan standar internasional Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja yang diterapkan oleh perusahaan atau organisasi yang berkeinginan untuk mengah[uskan atau meminimalisirkan resiko kecelakaan kerja bagi karyawan atau semua pihak yang berada dalam area kerja. TUJUAN TRAINING PERSONAL TRANSFER SAFETY

Pelatihan ini bertujuan memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada awak kapal dan petugas yang bekerja di alat apung (boat, tongkang dsb.) untuk dapat memberikan petunjuk yang tepat bagi penumpang kapal ataupun dirinya sendiri berikut bawaannya (baggage) atau peralatan yang dibawa untuk berpindah dari platform satu ke platform yang lain dengan aman.

 

MANFAAT TRAINING PERSONAL TRANSFER SAFETY

Setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini, peserta diharapkan memiliki kompetensi dan mampu :

  1. Menjelaskan dan melaksanakan cara-cara yang aman untuk memindahkan penumpang atau dirinya sendiri dari platform satu ke platform yang lain.
  2. Selanjutnya dapat memberikan petunjuk kepada setiap orang yang akan melakukan perpindahan antar platform.

TUJUAN TRAINING SHIP SECURITY OFFICER

Pelatihan ini bertujuan memberikan pengetahuan bagi peserta mengenai peraturan internasional  keamanan kapal dan fasilitas pelabuhan (International Ship and Port Facility Security) yang sudah berlaku sejak tahun 2003 di Indonesia dan penerapannya bagi pemilik kapal khususnya.  Juga diberikan pengertian tentang pelaksanaan Verifikasi Pembaruan Kapal serta sosialisasi ketentuan pemerintah mengenai ISPS Code.

 

MANFAAT  TRAINING SHIP SECURITY OFFICER

Setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini, peserta diharapkan memiliki kompetensi dan  mampu :

TUJUAN TRAINING

Pelatihan ini bertujuan memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada perwira dan awak kapal serta petugas yang bekerja di kapal bagian mesin untuk dapat melaksanakan pemindahan bahan bakar (fuel transfer) dari satu kapal/tongkang ke penampung di platform yang lain dengan aman.

 

MANFAAT  TRAINING

Setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini, peserta diharapkan memiliki kompetensi dan  mampu :

  • Menjelaskan dan melaksanakan cara-cara yang aman untuk memindahkan bahan bakar / fuel transfer dari platform satu ke platform yang lain.
  • Menyusun rencana dan pembagian tugas pemindahan bahan bakar (fuel transfer) serta petugas yang mengawasi pompa dan selang dan peralatan pemindah bahan bakar lainnya.
  • Menjelaskan dan menggunakan peralatan pencegah kebakaran dan polusi karena tumphan minyak.
  • Selanjutnya dapat memberikan petunjuk kepada setiap orang yang akan melakukan perpindahan bahan bakar / fuel transfer antar platform.

TUJUAN TRAINING SURFACE SAFETY SYSTEM

Pelatihan Surface Safety system ini diselenggarakan dengan tuJuan agar peserta dapat:

COMBUSTION ANALYSIS TRAINING OVERVIEW

How do we minimize our cost of operating heating equipment, conserve energy and reduce carbon emissions while maintaining heating performance? The answer is, maximize the efficiency of existing furnaces and boilers, as well as verify the performance of newly installed high efficient equipment. The only way to guarantee that a system is operating at maximum efficiency is to perform a combustion analysis and properly adjusting the air/fuel ratio. This program is designed to provide a full understanding of the combustion process, combustion test procedures and the adjustments required to maximize fuel efficiency.

Training will also familiarize participants with fundamentals of common residential gas and oil central space heating systems. Training includes a discussion of the combustion process, chimneys, appliance types, operating and safety controls, electricity and fuel delivery. Participants will be trained to perform tests particular to all types of gas-fired and oil-fired systems and to recommend retrofits. Besides topics of combustion analysis, safety controls, vent safety, carbon monoxide measurement, and heat rise measurements, the treatment of on and off-cycle losses will be covered for oil and gas fired units.

INTRODUCTION ARC FLASH PROTECTION FOR ELECTRICAL SAFETY PROFESSIONALS

Electrical safety is an important issue for those working on electrical facilities in utility networks and large industrial installations. A number of serious accidents including fatalities occur every year due to accidents involving electricity resulting in huge financial losses and wasted man-hours. Arc flashes in electrical equipment are now considered one of the major causes of electrical accidents even surpassing the well-known hazards of electric shock. Avoiding arc flash incidents and the resulting injuries is one of major challenges today facing electrical workers and requires adequate attention in the stages of system planning, design, installation, operation and maintenance.

Injuries due to arc flash can depend on many factors, one of which is the incident thermal energy on a worker exposed to a flash. Today, a considerable body of knowledge exists as a result of research efforts and is available to designers and maintenance engineers in the form of standards such as IEEE 1584 and NFPA 70E. This course will detail the basis of this approach and also about the major advances that have been made in the area of PPE made of FR fabrics and rated for different levels of thermal exposure.

Prevention however still remains the best form of protection and switchgear manufacturers have made considerable design advances to ensure that the effect of arc flash incidents is contained within the enclosure of switchgear (often called arc flash resistant switchgear) and methods of testing such switchgear have also evolved simultaneously. Another important factor is the approach to avoid arc incidents within the switchgear by proper design and maintenance and techniques to reduce the severity of the flash should such incidents occur.

These would form the key focus areas of this course.

  • To identify the dangers of arc flash events to working personnel and their impact on equipment
  • The codes and standards related to dealing with arc flash danger
  • The necessary theoretical knowledge to carry out arc flash impact studies by collecting system data and computing the arc flash incident energy and flash protection boundary
  • To understand the importance of proper design of electrical equipment in avoiding arc flash incidents and ensuring safety in the event of an arc flash
  • To select appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Flame Resistant (FR) clothing required for avoiding serious or lethal injuries

Deskripsi Training HACCP

HACCP (Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point) adalah sebuah metode operasi terstruktur yang dikenal secara internasional yang bisa membantu organisasi dalam industri makanan dan minuman untuk mengidentifikasi risiko keamanan pangan, mencegah bahaya dalam keamanan pangan, dan menyampaikan kesesuaian hukum. HACCP adalah keharusan di beberapa negara, termasuk Amerika Setikat dan Uni Eropa. Prinsip-prinsip dan petunjuk HACCP untuk penerapannya sudah diadopsi oleh Komisi Codex Alimentarius. Sistem HACCP berbasis pada pengetahuan dan mengidentifikasi bahaya spesifik dan pengendaliannya khusus untuk menjamin keamanan pangan.

Pada hakekatnya HACCP merupakan suatu pendekatan dalam mengenal dan mengukur bahaya spesifik sebagai upaya pencegahan untuk menjamin keamanan makanan.

Penerapan HACCP pada perusahaan-perusahaan yang melakukan pengolahan makanan sudah merupakan keharusan yang tidak dapat ditawar lagi dalam memproduksi makanan yang aman bagi konsumennya. HACCP ini dapat diintegrasikan dengan Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2008 sehingga perusahaan mendapatkan manfaat ganda, serta merupakan suatu tahap lanjut untuk mendapatkan Sistem Jaminan Halal, karena sistem HACCP memiliki kerangka berfikir dan kerangka kerja yang identik.
