Deskripsi Training PMSDA

Air merupakan salah satu kebutuhan pokok makhluk hidup untuk bertahan hidup. Namun sekarang ini banyak terjadi permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan air baik pemanfaatan, ketersediaan, maupun pengembangan dan pengelolaan. Untuk menjaga keberadaan air guna kehidupan makhluk hidup diperlukan pengelolaan sumber daya air yang benar. Training ini akan memberikan pemahaman mengenai teknik pengolahan sumber daya air.

 

Tujuan Training PMSDA

Setelah mengikuti training ini peserta diharapkan dapat memahami dasar-dasar pengembangan dan pengelolaan sumberdaya air dengan memperhatikan aspek hidrologi, pola pemenuhan kebutuhan, pengenalan aspek perundangan terkait, serta penyusunan strategi pengembangan pemanfaatan sumber air.

The accelerated learning approach of this training course will equip participants with the knowledge and skills required to assess effectively the conformance of environmental management systems according to ISO 14001: 2015 standard. Deskripsi Training Pengelolaan Air Bersih

Air bersih adalah salah satu jenis sumberdaya berbasis air yang bermutu baik dan biasa dimanfaatkan oleh manusia untuk dikonsumsi atau dalam melakukan aktivitas mereka sehari-hari. Semakin bertambah jumlah penduduk, pertumbuhan ekonomi dan industri, pencemaran serta perubahan iklim global menyebabkan ketidakseimbangan ketersediaan air bersih di Indonesia. Perusahaan yang berhubungan dengan pengelolaan air bersih, terutama untuk perusahan pengelola air minum (PDAM), operasi pemeliharaan instalasi pengelolaan air sangat penting untuk dilakukan. Pemeliharaan terhadap instalasi pengelolaan air bersih harus selalu dilakukan secara rutin untuk menghindari biaya yang tidak perlu karena kurangnya pemeliharaan dan mencegah terjadinya kerusakan yang lebih parah demi menjamin kualitas dari produksi. Melalui pelatihan ini para peserta dilatih untuk memahami bagaimana melakukan operasi pemeliharaan instalasi pengelolaan air bersih secara efektif dan efisien, sehingga dapat digunakan dengan baik sesuai dengan fungsinya, sehingga sebuah industri dapat menyediakan air bersih dalam jumlah yang cukup dan kualitas yang terjaga.

AMONIAK HANDLING FASILITIES TRAINING INTRODUCTION

Amonia (NH3) adalah gas tidak berwarna berbau tajam dan sangat larut dalam air, yang terdiri dari nitrogen dan hidrogen. Amonia adalah senyawa yang stabil dan berfungsi sebagai bahan awal untuk produksi banyak senyawa nitrogen yang penting secara komersial.

Penggunaan utama amonia adalah sebagai pupuk. Amonia dapat diterapkan secara langsung atau dalam bentuk garam-garam amonium, seperti amonium nitrat, NH4NO3, amonium sulfat, (NH4)2SO4, dan berbagai amonium fosfat. Urea, (H2N)2C = O, juga digunakan sebagai sumber nitrogen untuk pupuk.

Gas amoniak merupakan gas yang toxik dengan nilai ambang batas diudara untuk 8 jam kerja adalah 25 ppm, Accident oleh karena bocornya anhydrous amoniak dapat berakibatkerusakan-kerusakan berantai yang prosesnya dapat sangat cepat terjadi.Demikian pula bila sejumlah anhydrous amoniak bebas di udara dan mencapai volume gas amoniak 16-17%, maka dapat timbul ledakan (explosion) ledakan ini menjadi sumber api terhadap semburan amoniak yang keluar dengan tekanan tinggi. Kebakaran amoniak akan segera meningkatkan suhu sekitar dan memacu kebakaran lain. Bila suhu kritis dilampui tanpa ledakan, maka suhu sekitar akan meningkat secepatnya yang dapat mencapai suhu auto ignition pada 6510 C. Bila ini terjadi sudah pasti akan merupakan bahaya besar.Maka dari itu perlu adanya penanganan pengelolaan amoniak yang baik dan benar

EFFLUENT PRODUCED WASTE WATER TRAINING INTRODUCTION

Produced water is the largest single fluid stream in exploration and production operations. It consists of formation water, or flood water previously injected in to the formation. Generally, produced water may be injected with minimal treatment. If the injected water contains solids large enough to plug the formation, injectivity will decline. Downhole solids contributing to plugging may include not only the solids escaping filtration, but solids generated after water treatment (eg corrosion, scale, and bacterial products). Consequently, stringent corrosion inhibition, scale inhibition and bacterial control, as well as filtration, may be required for matrix rate injection. The course content and approach are designed to suit participants of different background and different position in the company. It will be delivered as a to-the-point explanation by a professional instructor, utilizing an easy-to-understand examples and illustrations, especially the actual cases in Indonesia.

 

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN FROM THIS TRAINING?

WHY SHOULD YOU ATTEND PRODUCED WATER TREATMENTTRAINING?

Produced water is the largest single fluid stream in exploration and production operations. It consists of formation water, or flood water previously injected in to the formation. Generally, produced water may be injected with minimal treatment. If the injected water contains solids large enough to plug the formation, injectivity will decline. Downhole solids contributing to plugging may include not only the solids escaping filtration, but solids generated after water treatment (eg corrosion, scale, and bacterial products). Consequently, stringent corrosion inhibition, scale inhibition and bacterial control, as well as filtration, may be required for matrix rate injection. This course is designed as an effective practical shortcut to understand produced water chemistry, the main water contaminants, corrosion and bacterial problems, mineral scale formation, equipment and pipeline plugging, injection well and formation plugging, the method and operation of produced water treatment for reinjection, for either surface operation engineers or subsurface petroleum engineers, and anyone who involve in produced water handling, treatment, and related business activity. The course content and approach are designed to suit participants of different background and different position in the company. It will be delivered as a to-the-point explanation by a professional instructor, utilizing an easy-to-understand examples and illustrations, especially the actual cases in Indonesia.

INTRODUCTION 

AMDAL (Analisa Mengenai Dampak Lingkungan) merupakan kajian dampak positif dan negatif suatu rencana kegiatan/ proyek, yang digunakan oleh pemerintah dalam memutuskan apakah suatu kegiatan/proyek tersebut layak atau tidak layak lingkungan.

Rencana kegiatan dinyatakan tidak layak bagi lingkungan apabila hasil kajian AMDAL menunjukkan bahwa dampak negatif yang timbulkan oleh proyek tersebut tidak dapat ditanggulangi oleh teknologi yang tersedia. Selain itu, jika biaya yang diperlukan untuk menanggulangi dampak negatif lebih besar daripada manfaat dari dampak positif yang akan diperoleh, maka rencana kegiatan tersebut juga dinyatakan tidak layak lingkungan. Dimana apabila suatu rencana kegiatan yang diputuskan tidak layak lingkungan, maka kegiatan/ proyek tersebut tidak dapat dilanjutkan pembangunannya.

Concern over environmental degradation has probably existed ever since man discovered fire. The rapid growth in environmental legislation and other policies are likely to be strengthened in the future and this will affect the way in which every business is run and the way in which managers must recognize their responsibility, not only to a company, but also to the environment in which it operates.

More and more industries in this country are going in for ISO 14001 Environmental Management System certification to demonstrate their seriousness and commitment towards environmental protection and prevention of pollution.

With the advent of sustainable development and the change in consumer attitudes towards environmental issues, industry in general needs to provide the services and products demanded by consumers with a minimal environmental impact at all stages of production. The first aim of a company seeking to become environmentally pro-active in this way is to set up an Environmental Management System (EMS).

The benefits of implementing an EMS (ISO 14001) cover many areas, including improved environmental performance, reduced operating costs, better financial performance, increased access to markets, regulatory relief, fewer accidents, enhanced community relations, improved customer relations, and employee involvement and education.

While in the medium to long term, TQEM will have a greater influence on sustainable development due to its philosophical approach and higher societal dimensions.

This course provides practical strategies for successfully applying TQEM and EMS in the environmental field, focusing on the managerial behaviors critical to an effective quality program. Participants will examine how TQEM can be used to minimize hazardous waste production, reduce disposal and treatment costs, identify ways to recycle/reuse materials, achieve regulatory compliance and reduce the possibility of excessive fines, develop inexpensive cleanup alternatives, and improve public awareness.
