AUTOMOTIVE ELECTRICAL TRAINING OVERVIEW

Whether you are new to the industryor already experienced, this innovative training programme will provide the skills and knowledge to install, maintenance and repair electrical and electronic components in a range of vehicles. Automotive electricians install, maintain, identify faults and repair electrical wiring and computer-based equipment in motor vehicles and related equipment, such as caravans, trailers, earthmoving equipment, mining equipment, marine applications and agricultural equipment.

 

AUTOMOTIVE ELECTRICAL TRAINING CONTENTS

  1. Follow workplace policies, procedures and relevant regulations to work safely and effectively in an automotive workshop
  2. Use tools and equipment to complete basic workshop engineering tasks
  3. Apply fundamental automotive engineering knowledge to service engine, and driveline systems
  4. Check operation of, and perform minor repairs on, electrical and electronic systems
  5. Apply fundamental automotive engineering knowledge to service steering, suspension and brake systems
  6. Monitor the workplace and respond to issues as required to maintain a safe and effective workplace
  7. Diagnose and repair or replace sensors and actuators, control units and associated wiring and communication networks
  8. Use specialist tools and electrical component diagrams to locate, repair and replace wiring looms
  9. Design, build, install, test and modify a range of electrical systems, electrical accessory systems and communication systems
  10. Configure and customise system software to achieve a desired result
  11. Monitor the workplace and respond to issues as required to maintain a safe and effective workplace

Ir. Ating Sudradjat,MSc. adalah alumnus Teknik Industri ITB Bandung. Beliau adalah dosen Teknik Mesin di Politeknik ITB(POLBAN). Untuk mempertajam kemampuannya beliau sudah pernah terjun ke lapangan/perusahaan secara langsung, seperti Chief Technician di PT pamindo tiga t Jakarta selama 5 tahun, lalu menjadi Technical Manager di CV karya mandiri Bandung. Beliau juga pernah menjadi dosen di Polytechnic Education Development Center selama 11 tahun. Menjadi Technical Director di PT Pinangmas Energi Cakrawala Jakarta. Lalu di Cakrawala Optimus Explorer Bandung. Consultant & Trainer pada beberapa lembaga  dan Logistic System di PT WKM. Beliau sudah sering mengajar pelatihan untuk perusahaan di Indonesia di bidang topik keahlian beliau diantaranya tentang material handling, maintenance, database system for Mechanical Engineering, Planning and Scheduling Maintenance dan lain-lain. Melalui pelatihan/training beliau akan sharing pengalaman dan kemampuan akademis beliau kepada peserta pelatihan.

Deskripsi Training Electric Power System Protection

Construction of generation plants, transmission and distribution of electrical energy systems is a costly business. At both levels of national grid systems and local industrial plants, two important aspects are at the heart of this strategic industry. These are the reliability of energy delivery to meet customers’ demands and safe operation. At different stages of energy processing i.e. at the generation, transmission and energy delivery stage, protection of personnel and equipment is of prime importance. To achieve these goals, protection schemes are to be employed. The philosophy adopted in any protection scheme is to clear faults with a minimum system disruption, at a high speed, and in a simple and economical way. The course deals with different types of protection schemes used in large networks and those adopted in industrial plants. It describes some of the important components such as relays, comparators and other protective gears, and techniques and calculations used for their settings. The course also reflects on recent development and what are new in this important field of electricity industry.

Gardu induk merupakan salah satu komponen sistem tenaga listrik yang memegang peranan penting dalam penyaluran energi dan pengaturan beban. Gardu induk merupakan pusat pengaturan, pusat pemulihan dari gangguan, pusat pencatatan besaran listrik, dan pusat penurunan atau kenaikan tegangan.
