Hasan Surya is lecturer at electrical engineering Polytechnique ITB (POLBAN) and he is a head of department at electrical engineering. Ir. Hasan Surya have delivered some training topics related to his major expertise for many companies in Indonesia. Ir. Hasan Surya have been researching in electrical engineering and becoming speaker for some conference. Ir. Hasan Surya has also worked for some companies or institution so he has got much real experiences and now he is ready to share his knowledge and experiences to industrial world throught training class.

Deskripsi Training Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Allen Bradley

Programmable Logic Control (PLC) merupakan sistem terkomputerisasi yang digunakan untuk otomatisasi proses elektromekanis, seperti kontrol mesin di jalur perakitan pabrik, wahana hiburan atau instalasi lampu pencahayaan. Tidak seperti komputer untuk keperluan umum, PLC dirancang untuk sistem pengaturan beberapa input dan output, memperpanjang tingkat suhu, proteksi terhadap gangguan listrik dan ketahanan terhadap getaran. Pelatihan ini akan membahas mengenai kegunaan dari Allen Bradley Control Logic dan bagaimana control logic ini dapat deprogram menggunakan software RSLogix 5000. LATAR BELAKANG

Pemantauan merupakan aktifitas sangat penting untuk menjamin kelangsungan proses. Kelangsungan sebuah proses dapat mencakup kelangsungan operasi, penjaminan kualitas, penjaminan keselamatan dan sebagaimya. Sejalan dengan kemajuan teknologi informasi maka seluruh kondisi aktifitas industri diinginkan untuk dapat dipantau secara real-time. Hal tersebut sangat penting, karena jika diinginkan pengambilan keputusan yang cepat, maka keputusan tersebut dapat diambil dengan dukungan data yang terpadu dan terkini. Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition atau SCADA, merupakan konsep yang dikembangkan untuk keperluan tersebut, sehingga semua peralatan yang menyajikan data diharapkan dapat melaporkan secara otomatis data yang dimilikinya ke sistem pengawasan tanpa kendala cuaca, kondisi medan, kondisi lingkungan dan sebagainya.

Dr.Ir. Paryana Puspaputra, M.Eng., and Team

Paryana Puspaputra was born in Kotabumi on January 19, 1964, is a Lecturer at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Industrial Technology, Indonesia Islamic University – Indonesia. Undergraduate from Department of Mechanical Engineering, Bandung Institute of Technology, Indonesia (ITB) in 1990 and master degree in Mechanical Engineering Department of Nagaoka University of Technology, Japan in 1996. He achieved his doctorate degree in Department of Mechanical Engineering, Bandung Institute of Technology, Indonesia (ITB) in 2012. LATAR BELAKANG

LATAR BELAKANG

Pengendalian proses (Process Control) dalam industri dilakukan untuk menjamin bahwa proses yang dilakukan sesuai dengan yang diinginkan, sehingga kualitas yang didapatpun dapat dijamin. Pada pengendalia tersebut, data merupakan komponen sangat penting dalam pengendalian kualitas proses maupun bahan pertimbangan utama dalam pengambilan keputusan. Keakuratan komponen-komponen tersebut akan menentukan jaminan kualitas produk yang dihasilkan. Lebih lanjut, kesalahan dalam satu bagian proses pengambilan maupun pengolahan data dapat berakibat dapat fatal dalam industry. Hal tersebut terjadi karena pengambilan keputusan pada sistem kendalinya menjadi tidak akurat.

Kesadaran akan pentingnya akurasi pengukuran menuntut pemahaman akan karakteristik instrumentasi yang digunakannya, termasuk di dalamnya fasilitas komunikasi yang tersedia sebagai sarana antar muka (interface) dengan perlatan lainnya.

FLANGE AND JOINT INTEGRITY TRAINING INTRODUCTION

In the oil & gas and petrochemical industries, compressors play important role to support all facilities and process that require pressurized gases. Furthermore, air or gas leakage is not acceptable since it affecting on productivity or safety. Hence compressor flange joint integrity should be taken into account.

The reliability of the flanged joint depends critically on competent control of the joint making process, alignment, assembly, and its measurement. It is common to put considerable effort into the design process only for improper assembly to lead to joint failure. Therefore it is important that joint making is undertaken by trained and validated technicians who have an understanding of the procedure and the underlying principles and practice.

To achieve better performance on flange joint, it is important to ensure that all individuals with responsibilities in connection with ensuring the safe control of flange joints are trained and validated as competent to undertake these responsibilities. The program is based around a presentation of best practices and utilizes an intelligent bolting system to explain and demonstrate these principles. This unique method allows key areas of joint making e.g. the need to use bolt lubricant, to be clearly understood.

INSTRUCTOR

Dr.Ir. Paryana Puspaputra, M.Eng., and Team

Paryana Puspaputra was born in Kotabumi on January 19, 1964, is a Lecturer at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Industrial Technology, Indonesia Islamic University – Indonesia. Undergraduate from Department of Mechanical Engineering, Bandung Institute of Technology, Indonesia (ITB) in 1990 and master degree in Mechanical Engineering Department of Nagaoka University of Technology, Japan in 1996. He achieved his doctorate degree in Department of Mechanical Engineering, Bandung Institute of Technology, Indonesia (ITB) in 2012. He is also experienced as consultant and training instructure for several manufacturing and oil company, such as Chevron, Total, KPA, Petrokimia, Semen, Indonesia Power, etc. His background in mechanical equipment and machinery is completed with knowledge in instrumentation technology which was started from his final project in undergraduate by making software and data acquisition for predictive maintenance, and continued with his graduate thesis in control system for nano technology. There are researches and industrial implementation in data acquisition such as building the DNC system for production-shop using CNC machine, developing the balancing machine for Panasia Indosyntex – Bandung, SCADA system Development based on Fuji Electric control system (for IPAL – Pertamina – Cilacap, Toxic Gas Monitoring – Dieng – Central Java, etc). Moreover, he is also an official trainer of softwares for design and manufacturing base on CAD/CAM Technology (AutoCAD, Inventor, and Delcam PowerShape, ArtCAM) and familier with some finite element based analysys softwares such as Moldflow, ANSYS, SAP, CAESAR II, etc.

INSTRUCTOR

Hendro Nurhadi, Dipl.-Ing., Ph.D.

Hendro Nurhadi Dipl.-Ing., Ph.D. received a Dipl.-Ing.(FH) from the University of Applied Science Georg-Simon-Ohm Fachhochshule Nuremberg, Germany in 2001, and Ph.D. degree from the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (NTUST), Taipei, Taiwan, R.O.C., in 2009. He is currently with Department of Mechanical Engineering at Institute of Technology Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) Surabaya Indonesia, and a Director of Research Group for Intelligent Motion Systems and Identification (IMSI), Mechanical Engineering at Institute of Technology Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) Surabaya Indonesia. His research interests and consulting activities are in the areas of motion control and automation, advanced mechatronics, automated optical inspection (AOI), machine tool dynamics, automation of manufacturing processes, computer-aided design and manufacturing, optimization applications, digital signal processing, and artificial intelligence. He has authored numerous international journal papers, also international conferences.
