DESKRIPSI TRAINING PLANT PIPING SYSTEMS

Pelatihan ini memberikan pengenalan dan pemahaman mengenai pengoperasian (operation), teknik, pemeliharaan (maintenance), dan teknis ndasar inspeksi personil untuk keamanan dan efektivitas biaya operasi, pemeliharaan dan troubleshooting plant piping systems. Metode pelatihan studi kasus praktis digunakan untuk menggambarkan aturan dalam menilai integritas sistem operasi, mengevaluasi kondisi terdegradasi, dan menetapkan pemeliharaan dan perbaikan yang efektif. Pelatihan ini diadakan berdasarkan aturan mendasar dari Kode ASME dan aplikasi untuk sistem operasi. Setiap peserta akan menerima pemahaman mengenai Kode Sederhana ASME dari beberapa referensi.

Melalui pelatihan PLANT PIPING SYSTEMS ini, peserta akan mempelajari tentang:

TUJUAN TRAINING PLANT PIPING SYSTEMS

  • Program pelatihan Plant Piping Systems ini memrikan sebuah kursus teknis dan praktis mengenai penerapan kode ASME untuk desain (ASME B31), fitness-untuk-layanan (ASME FFS), dan inspeksi dan perbaikan (ASME PCC) dari sistem perpipaan dalam operating plants.
  • Program Plant Piping Systems ini difokuskan pada penilaian dan retrofit sistem operating plants, melalui studi kasus mekanisme degradasi, inspeksi, evaluasi, fitness-for-service, dan keputusan run-atau-perbaikan (run or repair decision)

Deskripsi Pelatihan Plumbing System, Design and Maintenance

Sistem plumbing  merupakan sarana penting di dalamnya terdapat sistem pembuangan air kotor/ limbah, sistem venting, air hujan dan juga penyediaan air bersih. Plumbing dan hydrant dapat bekerja dengan alat berupa pipa, tabung serta perlengkapan distribusi untuk penggunaan air dalam bangunan yang akan membuat drainase untuk saluran limbah atau air kotor.

Melalui pelatihan ini akan membahas mengenai hal-hal yang terdapat sistem plumbing,  desain sistem plumbing, sistem distribusi air, pembuangan limbah,  serta maintenancenya agar dapat memastikan hidran dalam sistem air dalam keadaan baik dan berfungsi normal.

LATAR BELAKANG

Pipa sebagai cubing panjang dari tanah liat, konkret, loham, kayu, dan sebagainya untuk mengalirkan air, gas, minyak, dan cairan-cairan lain. Fluida merupakan substansi yang dapat mengalirkan cairan atau gas.

Hampir setiap tahun diperkenalkan kegunaan baru untuk pipa yang menghasilkan kebutuhan baru dan pengembangan spesifikasi-spesifikasi material serta pengembangan para pakar perancang pemipaan. Saat ini pipa dapat dicari hampir di setiap tempat, baik pemipaan dalam automobil hingga sistem perpipaan yang rumit (pipa proses, jalur pipa, pipa tenaga uap pabrik atau salah satu dari berbagai kategori lainnya) pada industri rekayasa.

DESKRIPSI & TUJUAN
TRAINING:

Pipeline atau perpipaan merupakan salah satu peralatan utama di dalam industri baik industri petrokimia, perminyakan dan gas, pertambangan dan lain-lain. Komponen utama perpipaan adalah  pompa/kompresor dan jaringan pipa, sementara komponen-komponen bantu adalah katub-katub dan strainer (block valve, control valve, strainer, foot valve, dll), fiting (elbow, tee, reducer, inducer, dll) dan berbagai alat bantu lain yang diperlukan. Selain komponen utama dan bantu, perpipaan masih dilengkapi dengan beberapa instrumen misalnya instrumen alat ukur.

Unjuk kerja perpipaan mempunyai pengaruh yang sangat signifikan terhadap unjuk kerja proses. Unjuk kerja perpipaan sangat dipengaruhi oleh proses perencanaan (design), cara mengoperasikan (operation) dan perawatan (maintenance).

DESKRIPSI & TUJUAN TRAINING PIPELINE FOR NON PIPELINE 

Pipeline atau perpipaan merupakan salah satu peralatan utama di dalam industri baik industri petrokimia, perminyakan dan gas, pertambangan dan lain-lain. Komponen utama perpipaan adalah pompa/kompresor dan jaringan pipa, sementara komponen-komponen bantu adalah katub-katub dan strainer (block valve, control valve, strainer, foot valve, dll), fiting (elbow, tee, reducer, inducer, dll) dan berbagai alat bantu lain yang diperlukan. Selain komponen utama dan bantu, perpipaan masih dilengkapi dengan beberapa instrumen misalnya instrumen alat ukur.

Unjuk kerja perpipaan mempunyai pengaruh yang sangat signifikan terhadap unjuk kerja proses. Unjuk kerja perpipaan sangat dipengaruhi oleh proses perencanaan (design), cara mengoperasikan (operation) dan perawatan (maintenance).

Kursus ini membahas dasar-dasar teknik perpipaan sehingga mudah diikuti oleh mereka yang sehari-hari tidak secara khusus berkecimpung di bidang pipeline.

INTRODUCTION
:

This Course is composed of two parts. The first part covers the theory includingfundamentals concepts of finite element,manual design calculations of Pipe Stress Analysis with anemphasis on piping systems. The second part focuses on the practical application ofpiping stress analysis using computer programs “CAESAR II Demo version” to build piping systemmodels and interpret the output.The course will be conducted using the hands-on methode where participant will operate the software directly to do the exercises. The Piping Engineer who has gone through the Advance Pipe Stress Analysis Course can work independently in areas of design, layout, analysis, construction, operation in field like refinery, Petrochemical, Chemical Industry.

TRAINING INSTRUCTOR

Paryana Puspaputra was born in Kotabumi on January 19, 1964, is a Lecturer at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Industrial Technology, Indonesia Islamic University – Indonesia. Undergraduate from Department of Mechanical Engineering, Bandung Institute of Technology, Indonesia (ITB) in 1990 and master degree in Mechanical Engineering Department of Nagaoka University of Technology, Japan in 1996. He achieved his doctorate degree in Department of Mechanical Engineering, Bandung Institute of Technology, Indonesia (ITB) in 2012. He is also experienced as consultant and training instructure for several manufacturing and oil company, such as Chevron, Total, KPA, Petrokimia, Semen, Indonesia Power, etc. His background in mechanical equipment and machinery is completed with knowledge in instrumentation technology which was started from his final project in undergraduate by making software and data acquisition for predictive maintenance, and continued with his graduate thesis in control system for nano technology. There are researches and industrial implementation in data acquisition such as building the DNC system for production-shop using CNC machine, developing the balancing machine for Panasia Indosyntex – Bandung, SCADA system Development based on Fuji Electric control system (for IPAL – Pertamina – Cilacap, Toxic Gas Monitoring – Dieng – Central Java, etc). Moreover, he is also an official trainer of softwares for design and manufacturing base on CAD/CAM Technology (AutoCAD, Inventor, and Delcam PowerShape, ArtCAM) and familier with some finite element based analysys softwares such as Moldflow, ANSYS, SAP, CAESAR II, etc.

Dr. Ir. Endra Joelianto is an expert in control engineering. His outstanding research is: Hybrid Control Systems, Discrete Event Control Systems, Petri Nets Analysis and Application on PLC, Robust PID Controller, Advanced Process Control, Industrial Automation using PLC/DCS. He received first degree (Ir.) in Engineering Physics in 1990 from Department of Engineering Physics, ITB and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD.) in Control Engineering in 2001 from Department of Engineering,The Australian National University, Australia.
He is coordinator of Intelligent Control and Automation, and founder of PLC Research Group, Laboratorium Instrumentasi dan Kontrol (LINK), Departemen Teknik Fisika, Institut Teknologi Bandung. He was the founder and the director of Schneider-OMRON PLC Training Center, Maranatha Christian University, Bandung.  The Schneider-OMRON PLC Training Center has cooperation with PT. Schneider Electric Indonesia, PT. OMRON Corporation Japan, Invensys WONDERWARE. He was the project leader for TPSDP Retooling Program Batch II-DIKNAS for Training Program on “INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION USING PLC” 2004 and Co-provider for the same retooling program Batch II on “INDUSTRIAL CONTROL AND AUTOMATION” by PT.
