DESIGN AND MAINTENANCE : GAS, OIL AND WATER PIPELINE  INTRODUCTION :

To fulfill the oil and gas demand for power generation, recovery processes, and other uses, pipelines are utilized to transport the supply from their source.  These pipelines are mostly buried and operate without disturbing normal pursuits.

Construction procedures for most pipeline systems can be adapted to consider specific environmental conditions and are tailored to cause minimal impact on the environment.

Unattended pumping stations move large volumes of oil and petroleum products under high pressure.  Many factors have to be considered in the engineering and design of long-distance pipelines, including the nature and volume of fluid to be transported, the length of pipeline, the types of terrain traversed and the environmental constraints.  Major factor influencing pipeline system design are: Fluid properties, design condition, supply and demand magnitude/location, Code and standards, Route, topography and access, environmental impact, economic, hydrological impact, seismic and volcanic impacts.

To obtain optimum results for a pipeline transmission system, complex economic and engineering studies are necessary to decide on the pipeline diameter, material, compression/pumping power requirements and location of the pipeline route.

CASING AND CEMENTING COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course builds a firm foundation in the principles and practices of designing, planning and conducting successful casing and cementing jobs. The course uses a process-based perspective that takes participants from initial casing depth and size selection, casing and liner design procedures, casing running practices, planning and executing primary cementing, through remedial cementing and plugging operations. In addition to the necessary technical information and procedures, the course is laced with considerable practical, experience-based content.

DESKRIPSI

Salah satu masalah dalam pekerjaan konstruksi bangunan atau tambang terbuka adalah air tanah yang menyebabkan lokasi penggalian menjadi basah, sehingga alat gali akan mengalami kesulitan dalam penggalian. Begitupun juga pada tambang terbuka, air tanah yang mengisi jenjang – jenjang (bench) pada tambang terbuka yang akan memicu terjadinya kelongsoran atau ketidakstabilan jenjang – jenjang tersebut. Upaya untuk mengatasi hal tersebut di atas adalah dengan melakukan dewatering,yaitu upaya pekerjaan mengurangi kandungan air tanah pada lokasi penggalian atau pada jenjang penambangan sehingga menjadi kering atau bebas air dengan pemompaan yang akan mencegah air masuk kedalam lokasi penggalian, mencegah pengembangan dasar galian akibat tekanan air, memperbaiki karakteristik kompaksi tanah dan mengurangi tekanan lateral tanah sehingga alat gali pada lokasi penggalian akan lebih mudah melakukan penggalian serta kestabilan jenjang akan lebih baik dan tidak mudah runtuh.

Deskripsi Training Basic MEP

MEP adalah komponen penting dari pembangunan rantai pasokan. MEP desain sangat penting untuk desain pengambilan keputusan, dokumentasi yang akurat, kinerja dan biaya-memperkirakan, perencanaan pembangunan, pengelolaan dan operasi fasilitas yang dihasilkan. Seperti aspek lain dari bangunan, MEP penyusunan, desain dan dokumentasi secara tradisional dilakukan secara manual. Desain dibantu komputer memiliki beberapa keunggulan dibandingkan ini, dalam beberapa hal termasuk 3D modeling . Modeling informasi Building menyediakan model bangunan dihitung, desain holistik dan manajemen perubahan parametrik dari desain MEP.

MEP Engineer adalah klasifikasi profesional single-level yang bertanggung jawab untuk perencanaan dan desain di bidang mekanik , listrik , dan pipa ( MEP ) sistem termasuk mengembangkan kebijakan , standar , prosedur pemeriksaan , dan alat evaluasi untuk hal-hal yang melibatkan fasilitas MEP cabang yudisial . Dapat mempersiapkan dengan mapan dan akan meninjau gambar , spesifikasi , dan perkiraan biaya untuk sistem mekanik, listrik, dan / atau pipa di fasilitas cabang yudisial.

DESKRIPSI TRAINING PEMELIHARAAN POMPA

Dalam system operasi pabrik, pompa merupakan alat yang sangat penting dalam kegiatan operasional perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, untuk menentukan, memilih, menginstal, mengoperasikan dan memelihara pompa sangat signifikan dan merupakan langkah sangat penting agar terbebas dari masalah selama kegiatan operasional pabrik. Dengan demikian, perawatan yang tepat merupakan langkah untuk mengurangi biaya operasional pabrik dan sistem produksi. Dr.AhmadTaufik,M.Eng.is Risk and Integrity Specialist, and  Chairman for Indonesian Society for Reliability (ISR). He got his doctorate program from Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, USA (1996). He is now also a lecturer at Graduate Study Program at Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) teaching for risk and integrity assessment related courses.He has been interacting with oil and gas companies for more than 10 years for training, consultant and project implementation. This much experiences in oil and gas industries will be shared by him in training class. Dr. Ahmad Taufik has much work experiences joining in some institution such as at Lloyd’s Register as Operation Manager, at PT. MMS, PT. Surveyor Indonesia and PT. AT Solusi as consultant and trainer. And at present Dr. Ahmad Taufikis an Asset Integrity Specialist for PT Pertamina PHE-ONWJ (formerly BP West Java, Indonesia). He has performed in depth study in integrity  research for pipeline, mechanical and pressurized system. He is member of ASM and ASME. He has wide interest including RBI, PIM, FTA, FMECA, RCA, RAM study and many other risk engineering areas. Dr. Ahmad Taufik has been chairman and speakers for many Oil and Gas International Conferences in Indonesia, (INDOPIPE, MAPREC), Malaysia (ASCOPE), Singapore and China (IPTEC) for the last five years. He has taught many training class on his expertise topics for many companies in Indonesia.
