PENDAHULUAN TRAINING GAS COMPRESSOR AND PIPING SYSTEM:

Kompresor merupakan salah satu peralatan penting dalam industri, jika dilihat fungsinya yang paling sederhana dalam industri kompresor berfungsi untuk membersihkan komponen dengan tiupan udara bersih dan kering, dalam hal ini tentu saja kompresor udara. Dalam industri kimia dan gas serta industri perminyakan, kompresor dapat berfungsi lebih luas lagi, misalnya sebagai pemindah, pengirim bahan-bahan bersifat gas. Lebih luas lagi juga dapat berfungsi sebagai fluid power dalam system kontrol pneumatic. Dengan power yang konstan kompresor dapat menghasilkan tekanan sekaligus juga aliran gas atau udara, yang proporsional artinya bila diinginkan aliran besar maka tentu saja tekanannya akan turun, demikian juga sebaliknya. Tentu saja banyak factor yang saling mempengaruhi misalnya temperatur lingkungan, temperatur gas atau udara yang dikompres (dimampatkan). Dalam hal inilah, dalam training ini akan dibahas tentang apa itu kompresor, bagaimana cara kerjanya, mengoperasikanya, memeliharanya, merawatnya, dan lebih penting lagi instalasinya dengan system perpipaan.

Diharapkan mempunyai latar belakang pendidikan teknik yang sesuai,minimum lulusan SMK (dari jurusan mesin). Karyawan industri denganlatar belakang pekerjaan yang sesuai dengan judul pelatihan diatas.

 

TUJUAN TRAINING GAS COMPRESSOR AND PIPING SYSTEM:

Setelah selesai pelatihan, peserta diharapkan mampu :

  • Mempertimbangkan pilihan peralatan, system dan perlengkapan serta instalasi yang sesuai dengan pertimbangan dan persyaratan yang ada dilapangan.

  • Menentukan tindakan-tindakan pemeliharaan dan perawatan terhadap peralatan bila kemungkinan terjadi gangguan.

Dr.Ir. Drs. Agus Edy Pramono, M.Sc. and Team

Dr.Ir.Drs. Agus Edy Pramono, M.Sc. lahir di Madiun, 06 September 1959. Beliau lulusan doktor(S3) dari teknik metalurgi dan material universitas Indonesia, magister material science universitas Indonesia dan sarjana teknik mesin universitas Indonesia. Beliau dosen di jurusan teknik mesin Politeknik Negeri Jakarta. Selain di Politeknik Negeri Jakarta, Beliau juga dosen di teknik mesin universitas pancasila, dosen di teknik industri UPN Veteran Jakarta, dosen di teknik mesin politeknik gajah tunggal (patigat) Tangerang. Sudah lebih dari 20 tahun Beliau aktif sebagai Instruktur Training Industri (industrial training) bidang Teknik dan Manajemen Perawatan untuk industri atau perusahaan-perusahaan yang ada di Indonesia. Lebih dari 50 jenis dan variasi judul terkait bidang kompetensi Beliau yang pernah Beliau sampaikan di kelas training industri dengan peserta berasal dari banyak perusahaan di Indonesia.

LATAR BELAKANG

Pipa sebagai cubing panjang dari tanah liat, konkret, loham, kayu, dan sebagainya untuk mengalirkan air, gas, minyak, dan cairan-cairan lain. Fluida merupakan substansi yang dapat mengalirkan cairan atau gas.

Hampir setiap tahun diperkenalkan kegunaan baru untuk pipa yang menghasilkan kebutuhan baru dan pengembangan spesifikasi-spesifikasi material serta pengembangan para pakar perancang pemipaan. Saat ini pipa dapat dicari hampir di setiap tempat, baik pemipaan dalam automobil hingga sistem perpipaan yang rumit (pipa proses, jalur pipa, pipa tenaga uap pabrik atau salah satu dari berbagai kategori lainnya) pada industri rekayasa.

Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi Perancangan Sistem Pemipaan.

Deskripsi Training Instalasi Plumbing

Plumbing merupakan teknologi pemipaan untuk menyalurkan air besih dan pembuangan air kotor ketempat tertentu. Sistem plumbing tidak dapat dipisahkan dari bangunan, oleh karena itu perencanaan dalam membuat instalasi plumbing harus dilakukan dalam rangka penyediaan air bersih maupun penyaluran air bekas pakai atau air kotor. Instalasi plumbing harus dilakukan secara benar dan tepat agar pengguna bangunan merasa aman, nyaman, dan sehat.

was graduated from politeknik  universitas brawijaya malang for his diploma in mechanical engineering majoring on mechanical maintenance and repairing, from ITS Surabaya for his bachelor in mechanical engineering majoring on production engineering, and from ITB Bandung for his master program in mechanical engineering majoring on production engineering. Now he is as lecturer at mechanical engineering Politeknik Negeri Bandung(before as poltek ITB). Ir. Sugeng Isdwiyanudi, MT. has followed many trainings/courses to improve his competence. INTRODUCTION :

Corrosion control and monitoring course focuses on corrosion – from either internal or external source – and its potential problem, and the protection methods to stop or control them. Review on corrosion and technique by which it can be identified, monitored and controlled will be given in detail. Active participation is encouraged through case studies and examples especially on the use of painting and coatings, transformer-rectifier of impressed current, magnesium, zinc and alum sacrificial anodes for external protection, and the injection of corrosion inhibitors and biocides for internal corrosion control.



PRE-REQUISITE
:

NONE. No previous training in corrosion control is required. However, to gain the most from this course, a basic understanding of physics, chemistry and basic unit operations will be helpful.

  12. Understanding NACE Standard RP-01-69 to stop external corrosion attack.

Hilman Ahmad, DCE., an Independent Consultant in industrial oil and gas, member of the Society of Indonesian Petroleum Engineers, who manage the Industrial Oil & Gas Education Center for Professionals and has been practicing production operation & safety and corrosion control engineering in Indonesia for more than twenty-five years. He post-graduated from Tokyo Institute of technology (sponsored by UNESCO) in 1977. He joined in-field-practice program at Nippon Kokan Steel Company & Research Center Kawasaki, Japan for production facility design & construction and corrosion prevention & control in 1983, and collaborated with Cormon Industrial Research Center Brighton UK for on-line corrosion monitoring development in 2000.He has been delivering consultative course in production operation, maintenance & safety and corrosion control for personnel from Oil & Gas Company and Petrochemical Industry since 1979.

DESKRIPSI TRAINING PIPELINE DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION, & MECHANICAL INTEGRITY

Pelatihan ini menjelaskan langkah-langkah dan pemahaman tentang pentingnya perawatan rutin dalam perpipaan, karena pemahaman berdasarkan rincian kualitatif, perhitungan, dan teknik sangat penting dalam mendukung keputusan yang kompeten. Pelatihan ini ditujukan untuk menyoroti metode yang digunakan dalam desain pipa (Pipeline Design) dan juga akan melihat ke dalam prosedur apa yang digunakan untuk memelihara dan merehabilitasi jaringan pipa, concentrating on Sewers. Kursus ini juga akan melihat analisis jaringan pipa dan berbagai fenomena dalam pipa

Dalam pelatihan ini akan dibahas pula mengenai persyaratan dalam mendesain untuk proses sistem perpipaan dan persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi terhadap sistem pemeliharaannya. Pelatihan ini menyajikan beberapa contoh kasus yang akan menstimulus peserta sebagai bahan latihan untuk dapat melakukan aplikasi praktis dengan prosedur yang tepat, sampai pada menemukan solusinya.

Program Pipeline ini dirancang untuk memberikan gambaran yang lengkap dan up-to-date dalam Teknologi Proses Perpipaan. Ini mencakup persyaratan Kode dari desain melalui start-up dari sistem perpipaan baru, serta standar untuk inspeksi dan perbaikan sistem perpipaan yang telah ada, sebagaimana diatur dalam API 570, Piping Inspection Code dan API 579 Fitness for Services. Topik umum dalam pelatihan ini meliputi: Gambaran singkat tentang kode ASME B 31.3, desain tekanan dalam komponen perpipaan, pemilihan flensa, pertimbangan fleksibilitas, material, pengujian dampak, fabrikasi, pemeriksaan dan pengujian. Selanjutnya akan diberikan konsep dan metode untuk menjamin integritas mekanik sistem perpipaan yang ada, yang menyajikan pemahaman menyeluruh tentang bagaimana metodologi API 570 serta API 579 dapat diterapkan untuk menilai integritas struktural komponen perpipaan, dan memutuskan untuk melanjutkan pemakaian. Hal ini juga menunjukkan langkah-langkah perbaikan untuk mitigasi kerusakan dan dengan demikian memperpanjang umur Sistem Perpipaan.

Melalui program pelatihan ini peserta akan mempelajari cakupan kode dan standar, analisis desain, pengelasan dan inspeksi, mekanisme korosi, fitness-untuk-layanan dan analisis kegagalan, dan gambaran seleksi katup dan aplikasi. Hal tersebut adalah fitur dasar teknis pipa dan peraturan desain kode pipa untuk kondisi operasi normal dan occasional loads dan membahas prinsip-prinsip dasar dari material, desain, fabrikasi, pengujian dan korosi, dan efeknya pada integritas sistem. Peserta akan memahami prinsip-prinsip yang akan membantu membangun keseimbangan antara produksi, keamanan biaya, dan integritas perpipaan dan sistem perpipaan.

Tujuan dari pelatihan Pipeline ini adalah:

  • Peserta dapat memahami latar belakang teknis untuk formula desain, dan aplikasi untuk desain sistem perpipaan dan pipa. Kursus ini membahas aturan praktek yang tepat dalam tata letak sistem perpipaan untuk pengoperasian yang handal
  • Untuk membiasakan peserta dengan konsep utama, dari kode B 31.3, memahami apakah kode ASME B31.3 telah diterapkan dengan benar ataukah belum, dan memberikan kepada peserta langkah-langkah pendekatan dalam penggunaan B 31.3 kode untuk Desain, fabrikasi, inspeksi instalasi, dan pengujian, sehingga persyaratan desain dari Kode ASME B 31.3 dapat didiskusikan dan diterapkan dengan baik.
  • Peserta dapat mencapai tingkat yang lebih tinggi dalam melakukan pemeliharaan yang unggul dalam proses kegiatan industri, dapat melakukan sertifikasi pengujian tekanan, mengetahui tentang inspeksi pipa, teknik mengevaluasi dan menganalisis data Inspeksi, dan dapat mengetahui bagaimana menghitung laju korosi, interval inspeksi dan parameter yang sama pada  inspeksi pipa.
  • Peserta dapat memeriksa dan menerapkan persyaratan pemeliharaan dan pemeriksaan API 570 untuk sistem perpipaan.
  • Peserta dapat memperoleh pemahaman praktis tentang pipa dan pipa modus kegagalan, mekanisme korosi, mulai tahap pengenalan, mengklasifikasikan, sampai pada penyelesaiannya.
  • Peserta dapat mempelajari modus kerusakan sistem perpipaan dan pipa, serta mempelajari mengenai penilaian risiko dan konsekuensi yang akan dihadapi jika kegagalan (dalam pipa) terjadi
  • Peserta akan diperkenalkan dengan teknik terbaru dan penelitian dalam pipa dan pipa integritas untuk menganalisis kondisi terdegradasi baik kerusakan yang disebabkan karena korosi atau mekanis, serta dapat mengenali penyebab degradasi in-service, dan menerapkan teknik analisis integritas untuk membuat run-perbaikan-ganti keputusan. Dengan kata lain dapat mempelajari metode yang tepat dalam melakukan perbaikan, perubahan dan rerating

Acting as a ‘last resort’, these fully mechanical devices are designed to operate if an over-pressure situation occurs. TRAINING INSTRUCTOR

Dr.Ir. Sutanto Hadisupadmo.MT.,IPM is a lecturer at Physics Engineering Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), and has been as a Head of Laboratory of Industrial Instrumentation at ITB. He is former Director of Instrumentation Center and Technical Services of ITB. His education started at Engineering Physics, Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB-1977), then at Diplome Universite in Energetique, Universite de Prepignan, France (1985), Magister Engineering in Instrumentation and Control (ITB) and Doctor (ITB). He has over 20 years of experience doing training, consulting work in instrumentation, measurement, safety and process control and Mr. Sutanto has trained many training/courses for many companies in Indonesia such as PT. TOTAL Indonesie, Pertamina, PT. Petrokimia Gresik, PT. Badak LNG, PT. Pupuk Iskandar Muda, PT. Pupuk Kaltim, PT. Jaya Ancol and many others. As professional he has handled many projects in Instrumentation Process, Tools Evaluation, Transmitter, General Evaluation of Instrumentation Specification, Commercial Building Power Audit, Maintenance Management Evaluation, etc. To get more advance information and knowledge he has participated in domestic and overseas training, seminar, workshop and conference as participant or speakers.
