Ir. Ating Sudradjat,MSc. adalah alumnus Teknik Industri ITB Bandung. Beliau adalah dosen Teknik Mesin di Politeknik ITB(POLBAN). Untuk mempertajam kemampuannya beliau sudah pernah terjun ke lapangan/perusahaan secara langsung, seperti Chief Technician di PT pamindo tiga t Jakarta selama 5 tahun, lalu menjadi Technical Manager di CV karya mandiri Bandung. Beliau juga pernah menjadi dosen di Polytechnic Education Development Center selama 11 tahun. Menjadi Technical Director di PT Pinangmas Energi Cakrawala Jakarta. Lalu di Cakrawala Optimus Explorer Bandung. Consultant & Trainer pada beberapa lembaga diantaranya di PT.MMS dan Logistic System di PT WKM. Beliau sudah sering mengajar pelatihan untuk perusahaan di Indonesia di bidang topik keahlian beliau diantaranya tentang material handling, maintenance, database system for Mechanical Engineering, Planning and Scheduling Maintenance dan lain-lain. Melalui pelatihan/training beliau akan sharing pengalaman dan kemampuan akademis beliau kepada peserta pelatihan.

Deskripsi Training Auditor Energi

Beberapa perusahaan memerlukan energi yang lumayan besar untuk menjalankan produksi ataupun operasional perusahaan. Konsumsi energi yang terus-menerus memberi dampak yang signifikan terhadap anggaran biaya yang harus dikeluarkan oleh perusahaan. Kurangnya perhatian dan kelalaian karyawan terhadap penggunaan konsumsi energi juga menyebabkan membengkaknya tagihan listrik yang harus ditanggung perusahaan. Berbagai macam cara dilakukan manajemen suatu perusahaan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dalam konsumsi energi, salah satu nya dengan mengaudit penggunaan energi. Audit energi merupakan sebuah proses untuk mengevaluasi bangunan atau lingkungan yang menggunakan energi dan mengidentifikasi kemungkinan untuk mengurangi konsumsi energi. Standar audit energi mengukur kuantitas energi yang digunakan dan yang hilang yand dilihat melalui detail ulasan dan analisis peralatan, sistem dan karakteritik operasionalnya. Pada pelatihan ini akan membahas mengenai audit energi dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan mengurangi biaya yang harus ditanggung perusahaan sebagai perbaikan kedepannya bagi perusahaan yang terkait.

INTRODUCTION PLUMBING SYSTEM AND MAINTENANCE

Fungsi dari peralatan plumbing adalah untuk menyediakan air bersih ke tempat-tempat yang dikehendaki dengan tekanan yang cukup (sistem penyediaan air bersih) dan membuang air kotor ketempat-tempat tertentu tanpa mencemarkan bagian penting lainnya (sistem pembuangan).

Germany, Vocational Training Instructor Course Japan (Machinery trade), Modul of Employable Skill, Welding Training, Up grading (Machinery), Assistant. Instructor Course. Ir. Ali Darokah memiliki pengalaman kerja yang panjang yang Beliau mulai tahun 1975 di Balai Besar Pengembangan Latihan Kerja Dalam Negeri (BBPLKDN-NVTDC) Bandung sampai berakhir di tahun 2010. Ali Mahmudi, M.Eng. graduated from mechanical and system engineering department RMIT Melbourne Australia for his magister and from Mechanical Engineering Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) for his bachelor. PENDAHULUAN PELATIHAN COMPRESSOR

Pembekalan para trainee dengan pengetahuan atau kecakapan yang terkait dengan suatu mesin, akan menambah pemahaman, melengkapi konsideransi-konsideransi dan meningkatkan kemampuan dalam penanganan masalah-masalah lapangan mesin yang bersangkutan.

TRAINING INTRODUCTION RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY & MAINTAINABILITY ANALYSIS

Reliability, availability and maintainability (RAM) is one of the most current maintenance program used in oil and gas industry at design (FEED) stage or in operation stage. The reliability data, in terms of MTTF, MTBF will be evaluated for each individual equipment and system. The reliability of the system is determined using a reliability block diagram by considering serial or parallel arrangement of the equipment that construct the system (e.g. gas process plant). Maintainability is defined, and assumptions are made according to data history of similar equipment/system or engineering judgment. Sensitivity analysis is also performed for various cases of MTTR including logistical support for parts and materials to evaluate which factors become the major contributors to the maintainability and availability. For RAM modeling, various foreseeable scenarios, including the effect of logistic time delay, can also be developed. The major cause for unreliability and unavailability related to down time will be discussed, and the necessary steps to avoid that condition will be recommended. In this training, the OREDA (2004), BS 5760 and ISO 14224 as primary RAM sources will be consulted.


TRAINING MATERIAL OUTLINE  RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY & MAINTAINABILITY ANALYSIS

  1. Defining the system by utilize the PFDs, P&IDs and equipment lists
  2. Obtaining necessary failure rate data and repair from reliable resources, e.g. OREDA and in accordance with the industry standard ISO 14224
  3. Determine individual equipment reliability
  4. Determining the MTTR.  Calculating reliability and availability of the system (plant level)
  5. Performing sensitivity modeling for various cases of MTTR including logistic supports for parts and materials.
  6. Outlining the major causes of non-availability and production inefficiency and propose improvements to the equipment/systems maintenance programs where appropriate



TRAINING BENEFIT RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY & MAINTAINABILITY ANALYSIS

RAM analysis will benefit the maintenance engineers to manage both rotating and  static equipments and their asset in more quantitative manner using proper statistics data generated from historic or well known reliability data based. Unavailability of the equipments and plants can therefore be numerically predicted and so plant downtime can be more managed.

This much experiences in oil and gas industries will be shared by him in training class. Dr. Ahmad Taufik has much work experiences joining in some institution such as at Lloyd’s Register as Operation Manager, , PT. Surveyor Indonesia and PT. AT Solusi as consultant and trainer. And at present Dr. Ahmad Taufik is an Asset Integrity Specialist for PT Pertamina PHE-ONWJ (formerly BP West Java, Indonesia). He has performed in depth study in integrity  research for pipeline, mechanical and pressurized system. He is member of ASM and ASME. He has wide interest including RBI, PIM, FTA, FMECA, RCA, RAM study and many other risk engineering areas. Dr. Ahmad Taufik has been chairman and speakers for many Oil and Gas International Conferences in Indonesia, (INDOPIPE, MAPREC), Malaysia (ASCOPE), Singapore and China (IPTEC) for the last five years. This training explores boiler components and their purpose. Additionally, the course explains the ISA symbols used in boiler control, how to identify the engineering and control of boilers using ISA symbols, and a method of presenting the engineering design. This training covers topics including defining the control, three elements control design and operation, ratio control fundamentals, feed forward control, feed forward plus feedback control, cascade control, and how they are implemented in distributed control systems (DCS). This training also review control concepts, proportional control, proportional plus reset control, and proportional plus reset plus derivative control; what they are; and how they are used. This training also will introduce the implementation of Model Predictive Control in industrial power plant.

Dr. Ade Haryanto, Ph.D. received the B.S. in Engineering Physics and M.S. degree in Instrumentation and Control from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) in 2003 and 2006, respectively, and Doctor Degree (Dr.) and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Intelligent Control and Automation in 2010 and 2013, respectively, from School of Mechanical Engineering, Pusan National University, Busan, South Korea. His research focus is including modeling, identification, dynamics system, instrumentation and control of the power plant and its implementation using distributed control system. As a professional instructor, he has trained various topics in the scope of process control, automation, and metering systems, which were aimed to participants coming from industrial practitioners such as PT. Pupuk Kaltim, PT. Badak NGL, PT. Pertamina, PT. Indonesia Power, PT PLN, PT. Pupuk Iskandar Muda, etc. In the project implementation areas, the instructor also experience in project documentation, control system migration and power plant design.
