OVERVIEW TRAINING PNEUMATIC CONVEYING

In this course, a review of gas/solids flow fundamentals is presented, including common pneumatic conveying problems, modes of transport in a pipeline, and how scale-model tests can be used to effectively design or evaluate systems that are operating poorly. Conveying line solids feeders are reviewed, as well as a discussion of proven pipeline layout rules and elbow/bend selection criteria.

One of the most important material-handling techniques in the chemical industry , cement Factory, Fertilizer Factories, Flour Mill  are the movement of material suspended in a stream of air over horizontal and vertical distances ranging from a few to several hundred feet. Materials ranging from fine powders through 6.35-mm, (d-in) pellets and bulk densities of 16 to more than 3200 kg/m3  (1 to more than 200 lb/ft3) can be handled.

OBJECTIVES TRAINING PNEUMATIC CONVEYING

  • Understand the advantages of pneumatic conveying systems over mechanical conveying
  • Understand the characteristics, limitations and fundamental design differences of dilute phase, dense phase and air activated gravity conveying
  • Understand the design approach and typical specifications of positive pressure, vacuum and combination pull-push dilute phase conveying systems
  • Understand the factors influencing the performance of pneumatic conveying systems and learn how conveying rates are affected by distances
  • Understand the terms “saltation” and “choking” as applicable to pneumatic systems
  • Learn by example – the methodology for selection of prime mover for a dilute phase pneumatic conveying systems
  • Gain understanding of pneumatic conveying system components such as fans, airlocks, separators, piping and filters
  • Learn how to estimate pressure drop in dilute phase conveying system

Deskripsi Training Casing Cementing 

Casing merupakan pipa yang berbahan dasar baja yang dipasang di dinding sumur minyak atau gas dimana peranannya adalah untuk menahan runtuhan dinding lubang dan mencegah air formasi masuk kedalam lubang bor. Salah satu hal yang turut mempengaruhi keberhasilan casing tersebut adalah proses cementing, yaitu proses pengisian anulus antara pipa selubung dan dinding lubang bor dengan bubur semen. Kegunaan dari cementing tersebut adalah untuk mencegah migrasi fluida antara lapisan tidak kedap air dan menyangga pipa selubung. Apabila proses operasi penyemenan yang tidak sempurna maka dapat memberikan kerugian besar pada proses produksi pertambangan minyak dan gas. Permasalahan yang umumnya timbul adalah sulitnya mengontrol produksi pada tiap-tiap lapisan formasi produktif. Keberhasilan penyemanan yang ditentukan oleh beberapa faktor mengharuskan perusahaan untuk mempelajari hal itu lebih dalam sehingga dapat meningkatkan dan menjaga perfomansi produksi yang dilakukan. Training ini membekali peserta untuk mengetahui berbagai seluk beluk casing cementing sehingga perusahaan dapat mengaplikasikan proses cementing yang tepat.

PENDAHULUAN TRAINING MACHINERY:

Mesin industri atau power plant merupakan pendukung industri yang utama dan memiliki tingkat kritis yang sangat tinggi. Bila terjadi kerusakan secara tiba-tiba industri tersebut akan mengalami kerugian yang sangat besar baik secara moril maupun meteriil. Oleh karena itu mesin industri harus dijaga jangan sampai terjadi gangguan, agar gejala kerusakan dapat dideteksi sedini mungkin. Untuk mengantisipasi kondisi tersebut diperlukan inspeksi dan monitoring secara rutin dan periodik, sehingga bila terjadi gejala gangguan dapat dengan segera diperbaiki agar tidak menimbulkan kerusakan yang lebih parah.

INTRODUCTION

Advanced PLC offers participants a hands-on approach to implementing industrial control using modem controllers to implement programs that utilize advanced functions. Participants will complete hands-on activities with PLCs. Singgih Saptadi, ST.MT.  adalah Master lulusan Teknik Industri ITB yang juga merupakan dosen tetap Teknik Industri UNDIP. Pernah menjabat Kepala Laboratorium Sistem Produksi dan Kepala Laboratorium Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Universitas Diponegoro. Bidang keahlian Beliau adalah Manajemen Operasi, Analisis dan Perancangan Pabrik, Manajemen pemeliharaan, Manajemen Resiko, Analisis Keputusan, Pengambilan Keputusan Multi-Kriteria, Supply-Chain Management Pemodelan dan Simulasi Sistem Industri, E-Business, Perencanaan dan Perancangan Sistem Perusahaan serta Perencanaan Strategis Sistem Informasi. Dengan kompetensi tersebut, Beliau terlibat dalam kegiatan konsultansi di Bank Indonesia, Pertamina, BRI, BNI, Holcim, Conoco Phillips, Freeport dan beberapa industri lainnya, termasuk perguruan tinggi. Selain itu, Beliau banyak memberikan pelatihan untuk industri dalam bidang-bidang kompetensi tersebut.
