Tujuan Training Preventive Maintenance of Electrical Equipment

Program preventive dan maintenance yang baik akan dapat menjamin reliabilitas sistem dari berbagai kejadian abnormal. Deskripsi Training Electric Power System Protection

Construction of generation plants, transmission and distribution of electrical energy systems is a costly business. At both levels of national grid systems and local industrial plants, two important aspects are at the heart of this strategic industry. These are the reliability of energy delivery to meet customers’ demands and safe operation. At different stages of energy processing i.e. at the generation, transmission and energy delivery stage, protection of personnel and equipment is of prime importance. To achieve these goals, protection schemes are to be employed. The philosophy adopted in any protection scheme is to clear faults with a minimum system disruption, at a high speed, and in a simple and economical way. The course deals with different types of protection schemes used in large networks and those adopted in industrial plants. It describes some of the important components such as relays, comparators and other protective gears, and techniques and calculations used for their settings. The course also reflects on recent development and what are new in this important field of electricity industry.

Deskripsi Pelatihan Dasar Ilmu Tanah

Ilmu tanah merupakan pengkajian terhadap tanah sebagai sumber daya alam. Dalam ilmu ini mempelajari berbagai aspek tentang tanah, seperti pembentukan, klasifikasi, pemetaan, berbagai karakteristik fisik, kimiawi, biologis, kesuburannya, sekaligus mengenai pemanfaatan dan pengelolaannya. Tanah menjadi tempat tumbuh tumbuhan dan mendukung kehidupan hewan dan manusia. Studi mengenai tanah memegang peranan penting dalam perencanaan dan pembangunan yang berkelanjutan serta berbagai usaha dimasa yang akan datang yang berkaitan dengan tanah. PENDAHULUAN TRAINING INSPEKSI DAN KOROSI

Korosi adalah kerusakan atau degradasi logam akibat reaksi dengan lingkungan yang korosif. Korosi dapat juga diartikan sebagai serangan yang merusak logam karena logam bereaksi secara kimia atau elektrokimia dengan lingkungan. Korosi dapat juga kebalikan dari proses ekstraksi logam dari material. Contohnya, logam besi di alam bebas dalam bentuk senyawa besi oksida atau besi sulfida, setelah diekstraksi dan diolah, akan dihasilkan besi yang digunakan untuk pembuatan baja atau baja paduan. Selama pemakaian, baja tersebut akan bereaksi dengan lingkungan yang menyebabkan korosi (kembali menjadi senyawa besi oksida). Oleh karena perlu dilakukan pengurangan yang bersifat pencegahan terhadap timbulnya korosi.

Korosi tidak hanya terjadi pada logam tapi juga terjadi pada material yang bukan logam dengan sangat cepat atau lambat. Dalam kondisi demikian hal yang penting adalah bagaimana menghambat, mencegah terjadinya korosi tersebut. Korosi secara ekonomi sangat merugikan sehingga korosi dipandang menjadi masalah serius pada kontruksi mesin dan peralatan. Dibidang korosi permasalahan yang muncul adalah bagaimana menganalisis, mencegah dan mengontrol serta menginspeksi korosi agar secara ekonomi tidak merugikan .

Untuk mendukung sistem produksi yang memadai diperlukan tenaga kerja yang handal atau peningkatan keahlian tenaga kerja profesi Inspeksi dan Korosi.

 

TUJUAN TRAINING INSPEKSI DAN KOROSI

Membekali peserta tentang wawasan dan pegetahuan inspeksi dan korosi baik pada logam maupun non logam, serta pemeriksaan dan pengendalian korosi.

Setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini, peserta diharapkan mampu:

MATERI TRAINING INSPEKSI DAN KOROSI

  1. Konsep dasar inspeksi: pengertian, tujuan, dan filosofi inspeksi.
  2. Jenis-jenis inspeksi: berdasarkan waktu pelaksanaan, berdasarkan jenis pekerjaan, berdasarkan status benda yang diperiksa.
  3. Konsep dasar korosi: pengertian korosi, klasifikasi korosi, lingkungan, kerusakan akibat korosi.
  4. Prinsip dasar korosi: aspek elektokimia, pengaruh lingkungan, aspek metalurgi dan lainnya
  5. Laju dan bentuk korosi: uniform corrosion atau general corrosion, galvanic atau two-metal corrsion, crevice corrosion, pitting corrosion, Intergranular corrosion, selective leaching atau parting, erosion, stress corrosion.
  6. Pemeriksaan (pengujian) korosi: pemilihan material (logam dan paduannya, non logam), pengubahan lingkungan (modifikasi elektrolit, inhibitor, tanah sebagai lingkungan)
  7. Pengendalian (pencegahan) korosi: pemberian lapisan (lapisan cat, lapisan plastik, lapisan beton, lapisan logam), proteksi anodik, proteksi katodik (metoda anoda tumbal, metoda arus terpasang).

GARDU INDUK INTRODUCTION

Gardu induk merupakan salah satu komponen sistem tenaga listrik yang memegang peranan penting dalam penyaluran energi dan pengaturan beban. Gardu induk merupakan pusat pengaturan, pusat pemulihan dari gangguan, pusat pencatatan besaran listrik, dan pusat penurunan atau kenaikan tegangan. Mengingat peran gardu induk tersebut, maka diperlukan suatu teknologi peralatan listrik dan teknologi pengendalian yang tepat. Kegagalan gardu induk dalam menjalankan fungsinya akan menyebabkan kegagalan penyalurkan energi listrik ke pelanggan. Dalam Training ini membahas tentang teknologi peralatan listrik, efisiensi pengoperasian, pengendalian gardu Induk, serta perawatan gardu induk.

OVERVIEW TRAINING QUALITY CONTROL OF CIVIL WORK

Pembangunan suatu proyek konstruksi yang dikerjakan oleh kontraktor seringkali tidak sesuai dengan spesifikasi dan persyaratan lain yang tertuang pada dokumen kontrak.  Kecenderungan adanya gejala di mana pencapaian mutu hasil pembangunan baik berupa gedung, konstruksi jalan dan jembatan, serta bangunan irigasi, tidak konsisten dengan perencanaan teknis, di mana terlihat dari hasil pembangunan yang ternyata rentan mengalami kerusakan dan usia ekonomisnya lebih pendek dari perkiraan rencana semula. .Jika hal ini terjadi tentu yang dirugikan adalah pemilik modal / investor.  Untuk meminimalkan terjadinya penyalahgunaan, maka peran seorang Quality Control (QC) dalam hal ini sangat diperlukan untuk melakukan inspeksi dan pengawasan, memonitor dan mengevaluasi pekerjaan yang dilakukan. Salah satu upaya untuk mencapai sasaran itu adalah dengan memberdayakan sumber daya manusia agar memiliki Quality Control of Civil Work yang memiliki kemampuan mengendalikan mutu proyek-proyek yang ditanganinya.
