Overview Training Hazard Identifiaction Risk Assessment

Risk assessment merupakan hal yang wajib di pelajari bagi semua praktisi industri untuk seluruh level / posisi. Kenapa demikian ? Karena di setiap lini pekerjaan di pastikan mempunyai resiko dari setiap aktifitas yang ada. Pemahanan setiap orang dalam memahami resiko bahaya dari pekerjaan akan menentukan proses penanggulangan yang akan di lakukan.

Pekerjaan rutin yang di kerjakan setiap saat haruslah dilakukan proses HIRA (hazard identification & risk assessment), dari proses ini maka bisa di lakukan prioritas cara penanggulangan, baik secara engineering, system prosedure maupun proteksi menggunakan PPE (alat pelindung diri). Pekerjaan yang sifatnya tidak rutin, maka di perlukan permit to work yang di dalamnya sudah mengandung proses risk assessment terlebih dahulu.

Begitu pula di dalam document CSMS (contractor safety management system), proses dasar yang dilakukan dalam tender pekerjaan adalah Risk Assessment, yaitu menganalisa resiko dari pekerjaan tsb, yang kemudian akan di tentukan kualitas kontraktor yang akan di pilih.

Risk assessment bisa di lakukan melalui JSA (jobs safety analysis), bisa juga di lakukan melalui TRA (task risk assessment), yang sifatnya lebih detail dan lebih terperinci.

Menangani bidang Waste Water Treatment (WWT) lebih dari 12 tahun mulai dari physical treatment, chemical treatment, biological treatment (anaerobic + aerobic), solid waste treatment dan lainnya. Saat ini sebagai WWT Development Manager di sebuah perusahaan besar di Indonesia yang menangani lebih dari 8 perusahaan di Indonesia . Sebagai seorang Chemical Engineer beliau mempunyai pengalaman yang baik di bidang proses industri kimia. Alumni Magister K3-LH dari Universitas Indonesia ini juga masih sempat mengajar di Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Tirtayasa di dalam bidang Waste Water Treatment (WWT) dan Pengetahuan Lingkungan. Saat ini beliau juga mengelola forum diskusi mailing list WWT IPAL di Indonesia dan sebagai Senior Member di dalam forum diskusi WWT tingkat Internasional yang beranggotakan lebih dari 6000 members di seluruh dunia. Dari pengalaman yang luas di dalam bidang Anaerobic Waste Treatment, saat ini beliau sedang mendevelop WWT untuk program CDM (Clean Development Mechanism) dari Kyoto Protocol yang sangat memungkinkan pelaku industri mendapatkan incentive uang dari PBB. Pengalaman yang luas di gabungkan dengan program CDM menjadikan pelatihan ini semakin menarik untuk di ikuti.

PRE-REQUISITES

The participants must have a basic knowledge of Project Management concepts.



TARGET AUDIENCE

  1. A four-year degree (bachelor’s or the global equivalent) and at least three years of project  management  experience,  with  4,500  hours  leading  and  directing projects and 35 hours of project management education.

The Agile Project Management Handbook provides advice, supported by Hints and Tips based on the DSDM Atern approach, on how to manage a project in an Agile way. Agile Project Management qualifications are currently offered are two levels: Foundation and Practitioner.

Beliau telah berkecimpung di dalam dunia industri kurang lebih 15 tahun. Maintenanance dan Produktifitas, 2 hal yang sangat berkaitan dan saling menunjang telah dikembangkan menjadi suatu sinergi yang hebat dalam suatu sistem manufacture.

Sejak tahun 1999 telah mempelajari dan mengetrapkan Konsep TPM dan Kaizen di dalam suatu industri. Kelebihan dan kekurangan dari implementasi TPM dan Kaizen ini telah dikenali dan diketemukan solusinya.

Awal tahun 2003, mendapatkan Sertificate TPM Basic dari Jepang dan disusul dengan penerimaan Sertificate TPM Advance juga dari Jepang pada akhir tahun 2004. Penerimaan sertificate tersebut tidak diperoleh secara teoritis saja tetapi juga dengan implementasi di Lapangan.

Tidak ketinggalan juga, Sertificate Kaizen Basic dan Advance juga telah diperoleh pada tahun 2001 dan 2005.

Berbekal pengalaman yang mendalam dan sertificate yang diperoleh, berbagai macam project telah berhasil dikerjakan dan berhasil dengan sukses. Project tersebut antara lain:

  1. Develop / training 25 group TPM dengan masing-masing group beranggotakan 5-8 orang dari tahun 2003 – 2006. Secara overall dengan TPM berhasil menurunkan Break Down rata-rata 15%, bahkan ada yang mencapai 40%.
  2. Develop / training 8 group Kaizen dengan masing-masing group beranggotakan 5-8 orang dari tahun 2001 – 2006. Secara overall dengan Kaizen, produktifitas dapat ditingkatkan rata-rata 20%.
  3. Presentasi tentang Keberhasilan TPM di Jepang pada tahun 2005.
  4. Pada November 2006 mendapat Medali Perak pada ICQCC, suatu konvensi international tentang QCC / SGA.
  5. Pada Februari 2007 menjadi pemenang ke-2 dalam lomba Best Practice Competition yang diselenggarakan oleh Omron Head Quarter di Kyoto-Japan.
  6. Sekarang sudah bergabung dengan ISSI Training dan Selnajaya Training sebagai Ascociate Trainer dan Productivity Consultant.

Tujuan Pelatihan

Berangkat dari kian kompleksnya ancaman keamanan (security threat) yang dihadapi oleh perusahaan-perusahaan di Indonesia – dalam mana ancaman tersebut merupakan hasil dari interaksi rumit kondisi politik, sosial, ekonomi dan budaya saat ini – menuntut jajaran eksekutif korporat untuk merubah sudut pandangnya tentang masalah keamanan dan pengamanan perusahaan.

Kini masalah keamanan dan pengamanan perusahaan tidak dapat lagi ditangani secara ad hoc, namun mengacu kepada paradigma baru yakni Integrated Security System yang berbasis pada disiplin Security Risk Management. Tujuan Training

  1. Memiliki pemahaman yang komprehensif tentang profile keamanan Indonesia terkini.

  3. Memiliki pengetahuan yang diperlukan tentang Pandemi Deadly Flu mencakup latar belakang H5N1 dan mengapa H5N1 menjadi salah satu bentuk ancaman keamanan dan keselamatan nasional. Pengetahuan ini sangat dibutuhkan guna menyusun Pandemic Preparedness Plan.
  4. Memiliki pengetahuan yang sangat dibutuhkan untuk memperluas visi pengamanan korporat, yakni Security Risk Management.

Deskripsi Training MONEV

Program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)  dan Community development merupakan investasi jangka panjang yang berguna untuk meminimalisasi risiko sosial, serta berfungsi sebagai sarana meningkatkan citra perusahaan di mata publik.  Salah satu implementasi program CSR adalah dengan pengembangan atau  pemberdayaan masyarakat (Community Development).   Agar program ini sukses, maka diperlukan  strategi, konsep, panduan program CSR beserta  evaluasi dan monitoring (Monev) . Kegiatan monev merupakan kegiatan yang sering tidak mendapatkan perhatian yang penuh sehingga menyebabkan kegagalan program.

Program monev ditujukan untuk  mengukur  kinerja perkembangan dan keberhasilan program. Monitoring dan evaluasi  dapat dijadikan instrumen untuk meminimalisasi kemungkinan terjadinya kegagalan dan konflik. Hal ini merupakan bagian dari proses continual improvement dalam meningkatkan kinerja program , dengan membangun koordinasi dan sinergitas antar stakeholder terkait.
